Back to 1.80p today at this rate
Who cares. This has been a fantastic opportunity. Placing at 2.10p only a couple of weeks ago. What a steal, especially if you have patience for the inevitable rns. Chuffed!
thought it was a BUY :P
We still don't know that the 30 million was a sell.
Ooh there we go. 1.68
Cant buy a bean
Cant get anymore under 1.7 currently
Yes we are, said top up time was between 1.60 and 1.80
Bargain hunters will be out shopping today
Unless the holder initially held less than 3% (UK) or 5% (non-UK).
Isn't 30 million shares almost 2% of the total number of GST shares (1549 million) so that would trigger a TR1 on its own?
The only way around that question, is to obtain a copy of the share register?
What I would like to see is 'Whom' has purchased all the placing shares?
This I think is something that GST should be more open and transaparent about.
So in conclusion IMHO, if te same seller sells say 46.50 million shares in total, having already sold 30.0 million shares, ie a further 16.50 million then they will be bound to report / issue a TR1 as that will equate to falling below 3%.
Now then whom would sell at below 2.10 p, certainly not the latest tranche of buyers, therefore must/might well be those whom got in at 1p,

Just my musings. I'm still holding all my shares and am not expecting any real move upwards until the API for Angra is achieved OR alternatively we achieve a launch of transfer payments via other means using the Lithuania model by whatever means.
Chapter 5
Vote Holder and Issuer
Notification Rules
A person must notify the issuer of the percentage of its voting rights he
holds as shareholder or holds or is deemed to hold through his direct or
indirect holding of financial instruments falling within n DTR 5.3.1R (1) (or a
combination of such holdings) if the percentage of those voting rights:
(1) reaches, exceeds or falls below 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10%
and each 1% threshold thereafter up to 100% (or in the case of a
non-UK issuer on the basis of thresholds at 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%,
25%, 30%, 50% and 75%) as a result of an acquisition or disposal of
shares or financial instruments falling within n DTR 5.3.1 R; or
(2) reaches, exceeds or falls below an applicable threshold in (1) as a
result of events changing the breakdown of voting rights and on the
basis of information disclosed by the issuer in accordance with
n DTR 5.6.1 Rand n DTR 5.6.1A R;
and in the case of an issuer which is not incorporated in the United Kingdom
a notification under (2) must be made on the basis of equivalent events and
disclosed information.

Apologies for any confusion Candi, I agree with your original post. I was querying SmellyBen saying that they only need to disclose changes +-1%.
…example was for UK holders with above 3% holding.
I thought that it was every time that they crossed a percentage boundary Smellyben? e.g drop from 4.1% to 3.9% would be reportable.
A director does have to disclose all dealings - if anyone else goes over or under 3% they also need to disclose and if over 3% they need to disclose any changes +-1%
Only if certain holdings thresholds are crossed I believe.
Does a director have to declare any amount of buy or sell Via a TR1
Agreed zag. A delay might be a blessing
Quite happy no RNS has come through as this bloodbath would have only dragged the stock down.
Let's hope it all ends soooon
The last two trading days have been brutal for many. Unless you are trading its sometimes best to go do something else for a while. Fundys are the same and the bod arent going anywhere
I think the share price is suggesting it's a sell.
