Well done you’re a winner in life, all hail the wigwammer
The company is entirely investible. I invested a large sum at 3.3p and have sold into a liquid market with substantial gains. Those gains were driven by a reduction in the risk premium attached to the company as a result of signing new contracts, increasing day rates, and general buoyancy in the oil production market. Some people predicted those things and got it right, others preferred to focus on the negatives, and got it wrong. It is unfortunate for those who bluff and bluster through life, that when it comes to markets, there isn’t any room for them to manoeuvre. It’s there for all to see - in the price. ATB .)
Not a case of me been right or wrong 4c, I never signed a deal to raise $75m the company did with the lenders. Then with the reduced interest rate, cost savings, higher day rates on some vessels, etc it gives GMS some breathing space to reduce the debt which obviously is what the lenders want and what the company needs. Once that’s done the market and me might see this as investable.
Any idea when the annual results are due on this? This ship is sinking fast on low liquidity that Amtech may actually be right (for the wrong reasons)
Best change yer trousers then, amwrong :)
Of course you did. Pmsl
I made gains of well over £20000 on the ones I sold yesterday, amwrong. As for you determinedly never investing in indebted companies regardless of valuation, nothing like turning “being wrong” into a process :)
Spend you £200 profit well WW you’ve earned it. I’ve not judged anything wrong, I told you I don’t invest in companies with MASSIVE $400M DEBT and with a $50M DILUTIVE RAISE incoming.
I couldn’t give a monkeys backside whether they raise money this year or not amwrong, it hasn’t prevented me booking a 150% profit in the meantime. I judged the narrative right, you judged it wrong. Hope that helps :)
We’ll see who’s wrong when they raise the $50m by the end of the year.
Yeah - that will be the narrative that has driven the shares from 3.7p to 7.4p.. lol… even with hindsight amwrong can’t get it right :)
What the narrative the company told you after they signed the debt restructure with covenants to raise $75m?
Dont forget Amtech I bought you a few shares!!
Just so you dont feel left out when we are buying our yachts!!
Because that narrative proved to be totally wrong, and the shares have consequently doubled. AMTECH = WRONG :)
When did I call it wrong?
I’ve said they will raise the $50m before the year is out?
I’ve said I don’t do companies with MASSIVE DEBT?
If you think that’s calling it wrong so have to insult and get personal it just shows what a scum **** you are.
Lol. Get to know yourself amwrong. The “personal stuff” has been invented by you to divert from the following - THAT YOU CALLED GMS STOCK COMPLETELY WRONG..: just let that sink in and stop the blathering :)
You’ve started with the personal **** wigwarmer, bet your dads real proud of you if you knew him
Eww.. so yer a foul mouthed wannabe bully, as well as someone who gets things wrong, blusters and tries to disown. Thanks for clarifying :)
You know nothing about my life you piece of ****
“Some you win and some you lose”.. with respect amtech, there is no evidence here you have won anything in your life. Plenty of evidence that you will get it wrong, bluster and try to disown however. The market is so clinically objective in these situations. ATB
I'm selling nothing. This rocket hasn't started yet!!!!!!!!!
I never watched it go from 2.9p Mcatee, I posted early Oct at with a sp of just under 4p and it’s not at 13p it’s at 7.18p. Still, there’s the little issue of $50m cash raise still to come soon and still $400m worth of debt to address so don’t forget about that. This uplift due to the UKR/RUS situation gives them the chance to get that away sooner if the sp holds the gains with less dilution. No doubt things will be getting put in place as we speak ready for it. I’ve many irons in different fires so it matters not to me, but well done if you sell and bank a profit, some you win some you lose.
Taken some profit today, 150% return in a few months. Thank you GMS. Retaining additional rockets for potential moon orbit. ATB
Fasten your belts boys! We have lift off!
Ripley you dropped a clanger! This baby is going to the moon! 12p by June! Good luck all! Shrewd move amtech watching it go from 2.9p to 13p before investing
