Qz yes mate out waiting for that £3.50 you mentioned ;-)))
This is a definite edginess in the markets at the moment and when new ground/highs are broken. Glencore is in a strong position with strength in core markets, lower debt and a good hedge against inflation.......the thing that concerns me the most is if Russia invades the Ukraine.....the markets will tank...and what then!!!!
I strongly suspect your suggestion of high teens this week will be correct Billy. One more day like today…
Hahahahaha
RBC RAISES GLENCORE PRICE TARGET TO 550 (460) PENCE - 'OUTPERFORM'

Some good thoughts Billy but quite a move from yourself there. There goes your seat on the glen board lol. As you say there is going to be quite the squeeze on peoples pockets this year but am currently not seeing much other than big rises and fast sales on the house prices down my way - far to high when considering rebuild values and unsustainable, but there is always somebody with deep pockets around it seems. As for the gas and leccie prices, those are going to really bite people in the rear end. At least you can sleep easy at night now which is a huge bonus.
Billybigwig well done !
Still waiting for a sell signal from my budda lol
Day all glencore ...if ftse was at 7000 and glencore was at this current price I'd be very happy to of hold not when its at 7600 and China is about to go into melt down interest rates going up there may be a house price crash on the cards too how many families are just about holding on and home fuel bills about to go up 50% plus interest rate hike on their mortgages.no thanks I'll take the cash now and hold on to it...too many thing to consider
Troajan I'm in a very good profit I usually have sellers remorse..but not this time I'm actually happy to be out ....unless China implodes which it will
Where did you get that target as i only see - not that brokers are often right

Hi Ken yeah the whole market went Into melt down it closed up trading platforms all over the place even suspended the market a few times....I'd rather be out early and sat on the fence with a large chunk of cash than still in when it collapses we will all get a bite of the cherry when it comes..im not putting another penny in until a large drop comes even if it rakes a year or so ..good luck all
Wish i kept the trading pot i sold at 368 the other week, grrrrr.
Still holding the 85k, but watching very closely, and nervously.
Good luck with the choice Billy, large % or just a few?
i think its a bit early,to be going to cash already
although,itsa good idea,to hold cash...they say,20%,is a good ammount.
hope your alright billy and are just having a blow out, valve extractor flush.
billy - ive watched it go down to £1.10 twice now - taking profit £4+ was my idea also but believe more legs this time around. Unless evergrande tanks it all
Billy, respect in order there I remember not being able to sell Glenda.
You e been here a fekin long time and your wait has paid off congratulations I think your making a very wise decision.
