Good riddance BUTD - glad I reported him.
Final note on BUTD- showing on his profile as nil posts. His account remains open, it seems, but we know to report this guy immediately if he turns up again!

*their not they're*
Lam, I don't need thanks - but thanks anyway.
I just like to help, with others, to try and point out the subtle doom and gloom merchants or disruptors who infest the board. It can be assumed that everyone on the board is a savvy investor and know not take notice of these types of posts, but their main agenda is to sow doubt but at least to disrupt the board - and it works, because people get drawn in.
IMO, There was two styles evident at the weekend g.wiles with their simple new to the board positive one liners and naive investor approach but then throw in the subtle one liner doubt post or a silly question to draw people in and just cause disruption; And then you have posters like betterupthandown who come across as the savvy intellectual type who post a few paragraphs with some financial, mining or geo knowledge thrown in but in their first post or subsequent posts there's the doubt kicker statement included, in really subtle way - but generally you can still spot their agenda when you look at the posting history.
Floater
Thank you again for sussing these guys out.
I was starting to get a bit worried, even though I know what we have in GGP.
Not good when these folks do that.
ATB
Betterupthandown is off the board for the present time but not sure if the ban is temporary or not.
I did red flag him on Saturday morning in the thread he'd started and again in the 'Stimulus Passed' thread yesterday morning but it still ended up with his agenda taking up a big part of the day; including letting myself getting dragged back in.
I stated I'm not against a balanced view with research but again pointed out they're agenda was to spread doom and disrupt the board - so people should be wary; and yet later in the afternoon I see another poster had come in and criticised me for my posting.
The disruption certainly worked.
Sorry to see an observer has taken up so much time on the forum today. Found it grating after a few posts . Hope that we can be given a rest tomorrow. If not and the misleading comments continue then I shall report on the basis of breach of rule 5c and disturbing the bb. Others who feel the same may wish to join me to seek mods review.Goodnight all and that includes you BUTD.

Here’s hoping for a good week ahead. I seem to recall that every time we get a proper weekend deramper the SP shoots up. Let’s hope BUTD is a sign that gold price and GGP are about to go on a run.
Bravo Zoros!!!
BUTD - I've caught up on your posts now. I always give people the benefit of the doubt, first time around. Learned that a long time ago. You are succinct and polite, never losing your thread or indeed your temper with some very childish and ignorant responses from posters to your replies.
BUT
this last one exposes you, sadly.
You describe Cu as a future success due to demand. GGP have significant resources in this regard.
Secondly - it seems we both agree that the resourc e super cycle is imminent. PM's are an intrinsic part of commodities - you are suggesting they will not be a part of this supercycle ["PM will be left lagging}.
Thirdly, as more and more FIAT money is being force fed into the global market - gold will be acquired to hedge against the fallout. You seem to think the opposite.
Fourth - and by far the main reason for my lack of support for your assumptions about GGP is that you have little or insufficient knowledge of what GGP is all about. GGP's future is locked in. Short of a national geological disaster in Australia, the production process for recovering this resource has started. This is not a drill! This is for real and it is happening at breakneck speed. It is driven and paid for by one of the biggest miners on the planet. The project is and has been derisked as much as physically possible. First gold will be poured within 12 to 18 months. This is NOT a "maybe". PI's are not divesting from this stock, it;s hardcore following has been added to, I would suggest not detracted from....because of the certainty this project brings.
At this stage in your reply, I believe you drifted away from what this is about and became borderline anodyne and incoherent with your musings.
All of the above, suggest to me that you have little or no grasp of where this stock has been and is going.
The SP has reset from its overblown heady peaks of 35p+ and is now in a channel which is aligned to its true CURRENT (MMRE) value. There is much news incoming and some of that will add gravitas to the SP which will align it more to the suggested outcome of the MRE2 and 3 later this year after NCM drill through the remaining crescents and breccias. And this is for Havieron alone.
If there is ANY further downward trend with this stock it will be because of an external influence outside GGP's control. Eventually the true value of GGP will reflect what we actually have in the ground.....this isn't a drill!
Farewell BUTD - try another stock and sharpen your research skills if you wish to be taken seriously.

Reported BUTD and filtered as you are false and misleading - preying on the weak probably for selfish gain. Bye bye to another miscreant.
Havieron some copper, somebody has not been following the situation.
Havieron as it stands could be a larger producer of copper than Rio's Winu one of the larger copper finds in the last few years.
Winu has not got much gold, Havieron has a lot of gold . MRE quantities were based on figures way lower than today's prices.
When the credits are factored in Havieron will be way more valuable than Winu.
A banker but you can't see figures.

“ my thoughts which obviously will be shouted down by the stalwarts.”
The reason why your being shouted down is because your full of 5hit.
Why is it that you have suddenly decided to make an appearance after being invested for so long, and making a small fortune.
Your hear to tell us all that we are all wrong & that you are something of a messiah & to follow you.
Not on your nelly sunshine.
Forgive me for not listening to strangers but it’s something my mum taught me not to do a very long time ago.
I’ll stick to following reported news & results thank you very much.

Yet another weekend ruined by an intruder who comes out of the blue to spout off that he knows more than ALL the posters already on this Board and that we should all sell up because GGP is doomed and we’re not allowed to contest that he might have selfish intent because he’s an Angel sent to us by God to protect us from ourselves - OMG pass me the sick bucket or at least put BUTD in the filter bin imho!!!
Betterupanddown
Did you answer the question when asked what reasons do you have for the fall in SP and other predictions you made?
Sorry if you answered already.

So we've got someone else bearish on GGP today. Betterupthandown, nice to meet you.
I don't have time to read it all, so I'll just say a couple things.
1. Anyone who is bullish on copper (as he seems to be) and yet thinks GGP is headed towards 12-15p either hasn't done his homework, or hasn't figure out how to read his homework.
2. Anyone who expects you to believe what they say about markets (or anything else) based on their claim to be a banker (or anything else) on an internet forum has no credibility.
I think most people here think I know something about some aspects of the markets -- but only one person (who is barely seen here anymore) has any clue what I do. I've never said, "I do this." I have what credibility I have because I've earned it with the information (much of it verifiable) I've posted, and because my analysis at times reveals a grasp of some subjects that most people don't have. I don't have credibility because I've claimed to have a position, and if I did claim it, there's no reason anyone should believe that claim.
And I know nothing about whether our new friend is really in the position he says he's in, or not, and if he is, whether he's good at it or not. There are certainly some who aren't....
