ODR ,
I hope someone can officially confirm what you asked . I'm not of a legal mind and struggled to understand much of yesterday's document. I would love to hear officially that Hope is putting wanting shares over the cash . I hope someone can confirm that at some point today.
Thank you Gipps.
This continual shares chasing by him, can only be making him look bad to any future judge, and jury trial.
Wanting part of a company that he's tried to liquidate ????
He and his comrades have been trying to pull this company down, all along.
He needs shares, I reckon.
If you're trying to bring a company down, and that's your business. You use all the tools in the box. Even the very sharp ones......that children shouldn't play with.
That seems to be our main solace in this extended nightmare - that Hope is still chasing shares. We haven’t the faintest idea what is going on but the shares appear to be still worth fighting for.
ODR...
This question came up a few months ago. I seem to remember they could ask for cash or shares. If shares are still in the equation for them that's a good sign obviously as they think there is a value to them that more than covers what they are owed. It was also suggest Hope has connections and has some idea on what has been happening in the field. The other reason would be Hope would need them to cover a short, IMO it's not that though .
its would appear to be a massive cluster fluck in true Frontera fashion! IMVHO
If the personal guarantee was in the form of shares, do Outrider have to go for that before they can go for SN's assets? Maybe someone with a legal brain could answer please?
The point I am making is whether the fact they have gone for the shares means they believe they're not worthless now or is it just proceedural?
Your guess is as valid as any other Coggy. I still have some hope and a little belief that this could yet come good. A few mentioned today that the fact that Hope would go to court when SN and Zaza could simply give him worthless shares must imply that either the law can’t touch them or that the shares are worth more than $2 million. Now SN clearly has assets in the US which the courts can go after, so to my mind that means the shares still have value, at least in SN/ZZ’s mind.
So if 500 million shares are worth the minimum price of $2 million, that implies each share is worth at least 0.4 pence per share. It’s not quite the £3.69 Madpunter quoted this evening, but some where in the middle would suit me fine!
BP upped sticks and left some time ago. We're all guessing, so there's my twopenneth.
