Phillim my thoughts are with you.
Phillim
My deepest and sincere sympathies to you. It is heart warming how this board has rallied around one of our own. We are here for you.
Sorry my computer played up while posting last message. Just you both deserve this to come good.
GLA LTH.
Phillim and Madpunter
Madp sorry to hear about the sad loss of your family member at what will have been a devastating time! As well, at the same time and along with the rest of the frr crew we were seeing our investments diminish! What I have learnt is that aside from the odd maniac , there are some kind and very thoughtful friends on here ready to provide support. Your posts are very informative madp and here’s hoping that karma does after all kick in!
Phillm - I just added the 92nd tick up to your post having only just read it. I know how tough it was posting your thoughts on the situation as I lost a close family member in 2018 after caring for them for a number of years. They weren't invested, but due to the sleeping for up to 18 hours a day in the final months, it resulted in research which brought me here from early 2018. I rapidly went from about 10% to 90% (the other 10% was unavailable to trade). Just after I had almost doubled my investment (that took me to 90%), I was told by more than one stranger and a number of friends (a Gypsy, a Sikh, a Zoroastrian, plus more than one Hindu, Muslim and devout Catholic) that I would be greatly financially rewarded for those years of caring. None of these people knew at the time of my investment. I know some will probably laugh at this concept of what is in effect Karma, but if it helps in your belief, then any flak will be worth it.
Hear hear regarding the spring celebration. Even if this goes tits up I hope some people will still be down for a pint or two to raise the spirits a little.
Looking forward to that too so many people to thank all the super sleuths and all who have kept our spirits up this last year, so much support for each other on here feel like I know you all
Phil it would be absolute honour to meet you!

Just want to thank you all for the fantastic support today it is overwhelming! It’s not something that is easy to disclose without realising the reality of the situation. Look forward to hopefully meeting some of you great people at the spring celebration party!
Phillm,
All the noise on here (good and bad) pales into insignificance against the backdrop of your news. My thoughts with you and your family.
I very much hope we are victorious here and you may look up and give a little wink to your loved one.
All the best,
Bezzy
