Dulwichman: I'm convinced your option B is the most likely as all parties want Block 12 producing to its max asap.
I do believe we will get communication from ZZ before this Christmas....either the Gregorian one or the Julian one. :-)
Madpunter/Lime/ZZ? was very definite about Georgia celebrating an Orthodoxy Christmas ! :-)
Dango: Member since Nov 25th 2019...Oh dear!
Another for your filter list RR me thinks.
Big Dave the GG could take it all its called nationalization, Jerry Corbyn style
I am now for the first time in along while I fell positive about the surviabilty of the Company. To get to this point I really must thank all of the super sleuths for there intense work and objective and honest reporting. As Regdik has stated NIL communication is never good but we may well find out in the future when communications re open but of course if my feeling is right it will not matter anyway- all we can say is that there is a reason for it and given our most recent period of sleuthing looks like like it may all be worthwhile.
For the first time we can start guessing what the future may be so ican only surmise that in simple terms it will fall into one of two categories. That being A) a smallish investment to allow the lights to be kept on and immediate bills paid. Whilst the Company seek a number of options for the big stuff to happen this could be a buy out JV or what ever but this may be some time away as they take for ever to put together and mad even worse in terms of time if two major investors what to share the burden on what is a huge asset as far as we believe. I would like to think that if it is this option fairly soon this will be officially communicated -sadly this will mean a lot more jam tomorrow for us PI's but at least we will know were we stand.
Option B) is what we would all like which is any sort of arrangement with the big boys - I still hold the view that much of this work has already been done and only needs topping and tailing and again thanks to the sleuths we do know that the pressure on the Georgian Government from both uncle Sam ( Mainly) and the EU which really does not seem to have been very active but is in itself is under pressure from Uncle Sam to get on with looking after itself and in our case reduce its reliance of Russian energy and of course the internal pressure of the Georgian Gov re membership of Nato and its desire to have a better economy.
I have assumed that we have stabilised the ownerships/ etc given the recent information and as kickmuck so aptly put the rest is just fluff! so perhaps it is time to let a little dust settle as to if it ends up being option A or B at this stage I do not care as I am an investor - All the time the Comany is alive things can happen and it looks like we are in a better place than we were.
As far as any communication goes I completely agree with Regdik - a simple one liner to say the lights are still on is more trouble than it is worth as there is still much work to do. I would think any communication will be about financial matters and I would think not including any of the mistakes of the past!
Lastly I can only repeat I do not think we will not get a Christmas present but may be not far off - of course I would like one but I would like the Company to succeed even more
Thanks to all who have sleuthed and kept some of us sane. as for the shorters well vengeance is a meal served up cold! I feel that the meal is still warm at present but is cooling fas
Big Dave with all respect you know sweet FA ... If you think this is over why come onto this share chat?
Does it make you feel better posting negative rubbish are Frontera, BP and Zaza?
Dave after a number of years of struggling it looks like a light has appeared at the end of the FRR tunnel. Will it come good and start smelling of roses I don’t know. However as legitimate SH in this private company (and a SH/pensioner in BP) I can take steps (even legal) to ensure that any deal with GG/BP would have to be made public. The US Gov. themselves are seeking transparency and fairness with any GG/USA agreements so any shenanigans would not go down too well with the powers that be. As a SH/pensioner I can ask questions as a group we have a very good relationship with Bob who attends many events. Indeed if a BP deal is announced I can ask direct questions of my old peers and obtain information.
Nil communications are never good but I suggest you look at what has happened this year and the amount of CC’s is staggering for two directors and their lawyers to manage (the changing of lawyers alone would be a full time job). To start a dialogue even “the lights are still on” would cause a natural flood of clarification requests. I don’t agree with FRR approach but they obviously have agreed a closed shop environment and they are sticking to it.
All we can do is watch and wait and we have a first class sleuths sniffing out any mention of FRR (and derivates) that will keep us informed the best they can.
If you want to blame someone look at those who made it difficult for FRR to raise funds by shorting. If their greed and pumping and dumping did not take place we would be in a different place as a company.
If that was the case BDB, surely SN and Zaza would have taken B12_away from FRR and started a new company in cahoots with the GG...
You need to get your missus to buy you some Eau de Optimism for Xmas pal...
For some reason i have a nagging doubt that we’re not going to come out of this smelling of roses. The way zz as treated us share holders / his workforce. The Georgian government won’t give a toss about us. Give us a dividend then we might have faith in frr I smell a rat. BP will only want our gas and I wudnt put it past zz the government n BP all doing a nice little deal with each other. Jmo
