Before you are dead make sure FRR shares are passed on.
Most shares on AIM go down the drain but FRR may still be
there when we go up in air. In 7 years I shall be there and watch you
all in a rock, rock , rocking chair. Dream sweet dream.
I dont think any of us will ever forget about Zaza or FRR if we live to be 120. Alzheimers might be a blessing in years to come .
You can't leave tsbs!!! You can never leave!!!
What about the 5 quid dividends you'll miss out big time
I agree , Pud. We are lucky if we get our money back a.s.a.p.
We were delisted and left without news which is totally unacceptable.
Nobody knows and those who seem to know are as ignorant.
Guessing and messing around as usual . AIM never again.
Also Goit if you buy buy buy in Monopoly you win win win. Those who sit shuffling their Monopoly money on the side lines soon end up handing it over.
Best post of the month tsb
Not sure anyone can accurately speculate the reasons frr are trying to hog all the psa's when, as stated, we have not even succeeded with Georgia seemingly or reasonably started Moldova. Reminds me of when I was a child going round the monopoly board trying to buy everything property I landed on until I had no money left. You have to take solice that frr competed in it in the first place - which shows the lights are still on and they are busy behind the scenes as last as April 12th and they have some vision of a future for frr. Only 50 points behind the top tender doesn't sound like a token effort.
Exactly.....always wondered about why the f*** would we do that ?
As I say....we were assisting tender by competing.
We know f ' all about deep sea drilling.
People on here looking at it with Rose tinted glasses....thinking were front running bp. Me included...stupidly.
We were not there to win.
They initiated and prompted the competition, so I don't think so.
Were Frontera in the running to just make up the numbers...as there were not many takers. Thus creating a proper competition.
Tender would of looked a fix, if only ... say ...2 candidate's in the running.
Good point bezzy, maybe if we get the court case settled it will be a different picture or if a JV/ TO is announced.
I'm not sure what this scoring has achieved if anything at this stage? Can someone please advise
And the Lord said, "Come forth, come forth".
Alas, we came fifth and won a Teddy bear.
I thought the Dolphin area was going to be re-tendered at a later date (under the guise of widening the pool of bidders)? If that’s the case, maybe we might score differently in the future (financial strength etc) - in a good way!
Maybe Ukraine is dead and buried as far as Frontera is concerned but we came a damn good fourth.
Hope so, need to sort Georgia out not tender for more work we can't afford to fulfill!!
I am really starting to believe that the default has been sorted, but as always until we get something concrete from official channels i . e. Liguidater/Courts then still have to be cautious
You are correct macali we have seen all of this before. It’s old news.
What is all this sh 8t about, its always with frr, one thing hasnt concluded, and then they already starting something else...
before we hear more about Dolphin, next will be the Black Bear project bid
Frr having some nice looking backing, is along lines of what mentioned earlier.
Let's hope they have.
Well apart from the dead oil soaked birds at Dino 2, we haven’t done bad in that respect..
Hats off to big Terry, Maka, and Alex O..
wonder if we could get all them 3 drilling for us :-)
Do we get the environment protection through not doing any drilling ... ;)?
Sonny, I’d say we definitely have 45 for previous experience .. 15 for environmental protection.. that would leave the two 30 pointers.. Carol Vorderman would likely find another way.. :-)
Well IMV however one tries to apportion Fronteras score of 120 points among the different criteria I am impressed we did so well.
Thanks for the replies, yes sonny that's what I meant but you put it more concisely heh. Only a 50pt difference from top show it wasn't a hack job. Question is are frr allowed to modify their bid during this extension period or is everyone having to resubmit
Goit, here is a breakdown of the scoring criteria from doc posted earlier.
Each bid will be ranked based on the number of points as per an evaluation of each criterion:
the best work program (with a focus on the comprehensive development of the area and ensuring early production) – 80 points;
efficient utilization of natural resources according to the work program – 15 points;
attractiveness of bids as regards production sharing in favor of the State – 30 points;
the largest amount of investment – 35 points;
efficient environmental protection measures – 15 points;
level of financial security of the proposed work program – 30 points;
previous experience in exploration and production of hydrocarbons, in particular from unconventional sources – 45 points;
and utilization of goods, works and services of Ukrainian origin – 20 points
