It’s great to have the ‘doubting traders’ and the ‘day traders’ if the SP will stay low for another 6 weeks my shareholding will be very reasonable for a fantastic price! With the experience they have gained since the first partnership with O2 the industry has evolved significantly, the content on the site has something for most people to trial, the rolling out if the substantial library will coincide with O2 and Facebook advertising, the subscription set by O2 demonstrates their confidence, with the launch of the MelodyVR Viewer ‘just around the corner’ it’s becoming a stable product with the launch of the John Gore experience along with a ‘Free Quest’ wouldn’t that be a boost for MelodyVR & Oculus!!
You might have found the question easy but you score 0 marks

"If you love APPLE so much, why don’t you marry it"
Because I was not raised in your family.
easiest question by far
Jesus Christ the riddler is back. Beware.
If you love APPLE so much, why don’t you marry it
Good to see you back ‘BrownAdder’, there is certainly a lot of interest in EVRH, with O2 having expectations of MelodyVR and a subscription of £8 per month this is just the start! Oculus Go is a great entry device, along with the MVR viewer this will start to gain real momentum for Xmas and beyond, great investment.

APPLE raised 7 Billion last month
whilst sitting on over 100 Billion in CASH
I have more trust in my investment than any one of you EVRH
As for why companies raise money all the time
Even when they have money in bank
read a good business book
here's a hint
its the same reason why you continue to work and raise wages
even when you have savings in account
what one wants and what one needs
is NOT always same as
what one should do
do the right thing
pass fair information, speak truth and your mind what you know to be right.
money comes money goes

When is the question Brownadder? Hopefully when they are making a seriously big net profit !! An need to get to the next level, like Spotify did.
CAR3Y, can you explain how the warrants are having an impact for the ignorant amongst us :)
agree wth those who feel placing is unlikely.cant be sure of course but it doesn't have the feel of that situation to me and it would certainly negate the gore options.i have always been puzzled by the terms of the gore options.the strike price (17/18p?) was so far above the s/p at the time.thats not unusual in itself but when coupled with the very short timescale of the end of year makes the terms look very odd/exacting.either it was some form of promotional window dressing or there was/is a very real expectation that events would occur to give s/p a massive boost.hope the latter is the case.gla
Liking it baker - should have changed my name to half man half. Biscuit
Fundamentals still same as yesterday keep calm and eat biscuits
Maxdba totally agree
This talk is again subtle deramping
Placing is definitely not required
It’s in melodyS interest to keep the sp high for jg
Enjoy the ride
There is nothing wrong with placing or cash raise, take a chill pill
Why would there be a placing now ?
The recenty said that they have £17M in the bank
They have just said that they are going to start generating revenue via O2, ok we don't know how much.
This news isnt really big enough to go for a fundraise of £15M or £20M (my guess at what would be needed) as it woul kill the sp at a time when they should be trying to talk up the sp to get John Gore on board.
Almost seems inevitable as they'll need to raise cash at the rate it's currently being spent. That said, if the 02 deal proves popular and helps promote the app to customer's friends etc we could be suprised by the figures next update (in a good way!)
You cant rule out further placing
There is not going to be a placing !! Only dropping today because warrants been forward sold before Tuesday. Once clear we will have a sure and steady climb. Be patience, this is a cracking share with a cracking future. All will come good shortly and yes there's more news to come !! This is just the beginning !! I'm even more happy the trolls are still here, they are only around on good shares
As some have already mentioned, a few big sells have gone though today. Two for 300k shares worth £19k each. So why? (another £100k sale just gone though at 09.10am as I type).
1) Possible placing. Never underestimate AIMs constant need to top up their coffers. Placings are often announced just after good news "we have a great new partnership but need money to develop it / deliver it".
2) O2 user take up. If I said "I'll pay you for each car you wash" wouldnt you want to know how much? EVR will know how much they will get for each O2 users who takes up the deal, but we dont. O2's £39 tariff gets you a free VR headset AND Samsung S10 phone. There cant be much margin left in that. Just how much will EVR get for each O2 customer who takes up the deal?
3) O2 user take up. How many )2 customers will take up the VR offer? This is the crucial point. These arent like headphones. Obviously you cant "wear and walk". Take up can be as little as 1% for things like this. Yesterday someone said O2 had 8m UK customers, but how many of those will take the new £39 deal and want a VR headset? And then how many O2 customers will continue with their Melody VR subscription after Y1?
4) The reviews on Google Play Store arent great. With any new technology you get teething problems, but people demand (expect) these things to "just work" and thats not always the case.
I loved the movie "Ready Player One" and genuinely beleive that VR has huge potential but I'm just not sure about user take up. And thats what this comes down to folks, user take up. How many people will want to use this?
All of the above points will have already been known, except point 1, a placing.
Also, do we have any figures for the Facebook deal? How much REVENUE is that generating?
Just my thoughts...
