I need to get my eyes tested, at first glance I thought you had typed 35p there Micky!
Great work Judge.
Judge your 21:32. Interesting perspective on valuation.
The fly on the wall I'd love to be would inhabit veles offices on late Jan and then migrate to USA and visit HCW in may.
Of the 2 I'm most curious what happened to those 27,400,000 shares at 29p. Those involved must have known at the time that releasing that form 8dd would have panicked the market. No serious shorts were declared prior in 8.3s. I'm also not sure how you actually borrow your own shares to open short positions. I'm not dismissing your theory BTW. I've no idea how that bit works. My guess is someone loaded up to the hilt in the dip after a quiet nod at the urinals. (as Tilly would say)

Sorry auto correct turned deal into desk and sp into “ do” ?? Hope it made sense lol
Normal course of things once a desk is “ as good as done “ the do will re rate to within 5% or so of the value the market ascribes and then the huge pension funds etc will buy vast amounts happy with the guaranteed 5/7% or so ! If you have the capital at your disposal a 5% return on a sure thing in less than 40 days is a no brainer for them ! :)
Everyone can’t sell. Unless someone is willing to buy. If it’s for dividends you won’t sell and the price I guess would rerate to dividend level ish. Not sure there are any case study examples like EUA.
If it went to £2.10 and trading was suspended as everyone wanted to sell, what happens then? How does it sort itself out?
Fyi I know I like to play attack dog against de rampers mainly coz it’s fun and they deserve it, but there is serious consideration, research and a solid rationale behind my heavy investment here not “ cult member compliance “ :)
I reckon Christian wants to retire, dmitry wants to move on to pastures new and the remainder of the board will carry on with the buyers £2.10 for full sale it is then.
We deserve it!!
Like most in here I’ve jumped through financial hoops trying to work out a price. I settled on $5 bil which I believeis £1.38 ish each :)
Since then we have had two large ii both weigh in at around 26p when they could have bought @ sp and velles @ 29 I believe ??
Now I know a placement like these allows for juicy trading opportunities such as forward selling, pushing sp down buying cheaper, loaning to shorters and a multitude of other “ shenanigins “ but what return would you as a ii expect realistically for that size investment ??? So I looked at venture capital q&a and found this “ if the startup even theoretically can't make 10x, that means it's bad investment for us, even if it's low risk great investment.“ now this is pure V/C so different but there is always a chance of failure so they expect good return on risk !! I chose to halve that figure because asset is partially proven ( pgm estimates in ground ) so different slightly than V/C BUT that’s 5 x from a base point of 26p !
In my view the placing investors will be expecting a fivebagger ! So a 29p +26.5p+26p “ investment is an average of 27.16p @5x is a minimum expected return of DUM DUM DUUUUM :) £1.3583 minimum expectation upon agreeing to the placing :)
So that is my new considered sale price as the minimum expected by what we could loosely call our venture capital investors !!!
Works for me gla
The second quarter of 2021 saw the announcement of megadeals (deals worth US$5 billion or more) totaling US$734.4 billion in value—more than in any other quarter on Mergermarket record (since 2006.

The share price was over 35p the other day you joker. That price is an insult to the BOD and their hard work.
Gecko. You make a good point. It just means I'll have to change my name to montybank
Gla
Ha ha 1st time
I thought that also
I agree the full shebang is still on the cards..... For me that would be a fitting conclusion to an epic voyage.
The whole shebang £2.10
I know dealer that's life isn't it. One thing I won't be doing is coming on here and slamming the share once sold though. I hope it works out for us all.
Gla
I wouldn’t rule out a offer for the full mashings & suspension.
The Lock , stock & palladium Barrels ! @ £? a pop
Whatever the final deal is the Map is unfolding to a conclusion in my eyes
& the market shenanigans will crank up to Biblical feeding frenzy of financial piranhas ripping at the EUA carcass for stock flesh .
Rums all Round
When the final deal in what ever form is announced will the shares immediately be suspended to prevent mass sell off or Will it be open trade as the deal is done and cash available to pay out as demanded??
Always the way rob.
Whatever it is I pray its soon. Change of circumstances mean I need the money soonish. Just my luck that it will drop when I have to sell. Haha

No abuse from me. You’re entitled to your opinion.
I think the whole lot is going but I’m happy either way.
Clue was in the RNS dated 1st Sept-
Christian Schaffalitzky, Executive Chairman of Eurasia commented: "The Directors are delighted that our hard work on Kola that started as a joint venture with Anglo American Platinum in 2005 and is finishing as a joint venture with Rosgeo, a much stronger partner for doing business in Russia, is coming to a successful conclusion with DFS, JORC reserves as well as the EPCF (engineering, procurement, construction and finance) contract already signed. The Board is committed to execute on the strategy as announced on 12 May 2021".
That’s how I understood it anyway.
And £1.65. :-)
I personally think £2 min company value. You don’t fiddle and take this long for under £1 imo. Deals take time sure but had it been £1 worth a big player would have snapped up by now surely.
You cannot value the Divi because they will not state what is being sold.
Lol Dmitry worked 13 years for that .....give over 35p lol..
35p is fine if you can see what’s coming longer term. And the 35p doesn’t put the share price to 1p after. Problem with divi is tax maybe. So a divi and a high share price is better.
Come on what do we really think the Divi might be???
I’m betting a series of positive RNS encouraging us to stay loyal to the bigger picture, ie company growth and a dividend as a sweetener say 35p…..GLA, no abuse please as none of us actually know…..
