Jim jam,
You could always buy the kings head!
Jimjam, it absolutely won't come in for £45, Hoochy is unstable at best.
You'll note as you read through that second link that they use various valuation models, all the ones i've found for miners are in this link -

We're a long way into the process now, the buyers have done a lot of work just to get to the stage of putting their non-binding deals forward. It's exciting, you can't give it any other description after being here for years tbh.
4-8 weeks (non-binding to binding) is the window the first link suggests, we'll see shortly if that's accurate with Eurasia's FSP case.

If it comes in at £45 for each share I will give £1m to cancer research. My children would be able to retire. Keep dreaming, I will be chuffed if we get more than 50p. JJ
Ftsedow - $176bn is double the GDP of Croatia !
Or $11,345/oz of PdEq for 15.5 moz
Quite literally worth 5x of the in ground value.
Those numbers are fine for banter, but it’s not only tediously Rampy and takes away any other value or substance from the post(s).
Under £2 is sensible. Anything over is very unlikely unless Eurasia spend a year or two proving resources.
Get the company sold now, everyone walks away happy.
Why is someone a whiner if they don't believe this is worth £45 a share lmao
And I will walk down the street without a Telly-Tubbies outfit. Not even my waders.

Ibiza, the final part of negotiating is the purchase & sale contract. The link is specifically about the non-binding and binding stage of the M&A. We hear when all sides decide to move forward with a binding agreement. We're moving between step 7 and 8 here i believe -
https://corporatefinanceinstitute.com/resources/knowledge/deals/mergers-acquisitions-ma-process/
The SP heads to just under the value figure given in the binding deal until the purchase & sale contract is done, from what i believe.

Mac, ..... raspberry blown :-)
Your guestimate has been duly updated from £1.55 to £1.56 - ha ha!
Do have a good evening mate!
ftsedow,
That may be close to the value of what's in the ground. Therefore the potential value of EUA if we mine it ourselves.
Only sayin'.
Good steady rises past 2 days - thats what is needed.......apart from the big RNS.
It reminds me of one of those old spaghetti westerns, when the pocket watch chimes are slowing down and the three advisories are looking at each other. Only this time it's Dimitry, Putanin and another, maybe Elon. Except it's not the watch slowing down but the snow slowly melting in Montgorska.

Hi Mac, how long is the "final negotiation phase" expected to last for? Do we expect there to be more than one bidder at the final neogtiation stage? Your link only goes to 5 steps, unless I have missed something.
GLA
And you're slipping Ian, you've missed the latest addition -
"Cheers burrito12323 Feb 2021 16:28
I've made a sandwich as your moniker made me hungry and my sp prediction is now up 1p. Good afternoon if you ask me. 156p, poor Ian, another guess update lol"
GLA
Personally I'm aiming for Hoochy's £45 a share! ... but will be happy with anything over 50p :)
Ian, you can write the book 'Captain Grammar police' hahaha
GLA
I'll take Mac's £1.55 as it's 7p more than my prediction, but if the BOD insist, I would also be happy with the £6.25 mooted earlier. As valuable as this all is, though, I can't see us squeezing $20bn out of the buyers, but would love to be proven wrong!
Mac, you should sit on the naughty step for grammar! :-)
"The FSP has went on that long "
Has went on?
Should that not be 'has gone on'
Just taking the mick :-)
By the way, you are up to £1.55 now :-)
The FSP has went on that long there could be a book release and a film tbh lol
GLA
The intense bidding war should be televised, it would make up for the boring stretch of 2021. A live feed only accessible to shareholders would be great, obviously sign a deal where you wouldn't buy any more while having access to the live feed lol
GLA
They should do it X Factor style on a live feed. And show the best bits of the company leaving the competition to buy EUA.
6 week mark tomorrow, day 1 of week 7 on Friday -
"5. Second Bidding Round and Process Letter II
By deciding on whom to admit into the next round, the process officially enters the second phase. This phase is determined by the opening of the virtual data room as well as intense due diligence done by the prospective buyers and their advisors. It usually covers a range of four to eight weeks and is governed by the process letter II. Towards the end of this phase, the buyers, given continuing interest, must submit their binding offers, which determine who will enter the final negotiation phase."
