@jambo
I think this is where Absolute Precision and Rosgeologica may fit into the jigsaw. It's a guess on my part, but I suspect they are both feeding into the data room.
It's well documented that AP are working with eua and NN. Rosgeo have an active project slap bang in the MT neighbourhood.
It remains to be seen if this exploration is formally announced, but its a couple of huge coincidences in my view. I personally think it's all linked.
Don't know if this helps lol.

I have no idea of what to predict as the contradiction in my view is exactly what is the value of the assets in the ground we are selling ?
This seems to be anywhere in the region of 10 to 100 $billion.
Now if it is the higher number it has to be a confirmed resource. Has it been confirmed? Cos if it was then the SP would be a lot higher right now even if EUA was not up for sale. That is the contradiction I wrestle with.
Hi Hallster,
Thanks for that, I will check that out.
Hi JB,
An asset sale of WK or MT would require a vote too as it’s a significant asset held by the company, all was explained in an RNS but from memory it was around December 2019.
Ginger,
You are omitting the required vote should a sale of the company be the resultant outcome/decision then we will have a voice.
If it's an asset sale, ie MT then no voice, but overall PI's do have a seat at the table.
The more we PI's declare to the world, what we are willing to accept as either a company or asset share price takeover, the more pressure we may add to our BOD's in theory at least?
Bottom line for me is whatever the BOD's decide is a fair value then that will be OK by me.
I just think that speculation by PI's on an acceptable T/O price on this BB may be working against us ? Just need to calm down predictions, just let the BOD's decide what is acceptable? After all PI's hold a sizeable chunk of EUA shares, last count from my investigation was around 40-45%.
I bet that the sale price figure, assuming EUA sold, will be whatever the buyer deems affordable to them and acceptable to the bod and shareholders of EUA :) Nowt worse than a smartar$e!
7Bn is the predicted/guessed at/onanised over sale price from the more optimistic calculations being bandied about.
No problem :)
Its the assumed offer price. Seems it was mentioned the other day. Could be less of course...who knows??
D'oh! It was right under my nose. Thanks, Builder.
Stonk, you may find it useful to look at the "EUA Fundamentals" link located near the top of this page. Or just click on the link below

Where do you get a 7 billion market cap from ? The market cap is simply the current share price multiplied by the number of shares. It is derived, not a starting point.
Shezer, or should I say George?.......so a nice £2.7Bil takeover price would make it a nice round £1 per share
Thanks for that info, Shezer. I'd not see that actual number of shares before.
I think it will be in Dollars so less. 7 billion dollars is around 5.32 pounds therefore, approx £1.92 approx
"Gents, there's 2,759,000,000 shares."
So a £7bn market cap on that many shares equals a share price of £2.54.
Teddy over at NEX has just had my opinion,
At what cost ,,, say 1 to 3B ,,still big prophets
94p would be fantastic.
I am entitled to my opinion, like everyone else. I hope it's higher, they have to dig it up, costs money.
Roka predicted £3.50 at around 6-7B did he not !!!!!
Or was I on to much rum that night ,,,,,
94p.
