Bolstered by battery boom, mining company eyes 9 new open pits in Kola Peninsula
Eurasian Mining Plc teams up with state company Rosgeo for the development of a new far northern 'global center' for mining of metals. The new mines will be located on vulnerable Arctic lands near a nature reserve.
fter more than a decade of planning, the UK-based company now looks set to kick off the development of large metals resources of its Monchetundra licenses. In March this year year, the company joined forces with state enterprise Rosgeo to prepare the ground for extraction and processing of nickel, cobalt and copper.
The area has the potential to become “a new global center for platinum metals,” the companies explain. The Monchetundra is a mountain range located on the western side of the Imandra Lake near the city of Monchegorsk. On the eastern side of the lake is the Khibiny nature reserve.
Monchegorsk is from before a heavily industrialised town managed by mining and metallurgy company Nornickel.
The Monchetundra is located in the central part of the Kola Peninsula, near Monchegorsk.
In mid-December, the two companies’ joint venture Terskaya Ore Company signed an agreement with the Development Corporation for the Far East and Arctic, a state business development agency under the Ministry of the Far East and Arctic. According to the company, up to 3,15 billion rubles (€37.7 million) of investments are now underway, and more than 380 new jobs will be created.

Afternoon all
Thank you to all who responded to my Motley Fool post yesterday. I am aware of MF's dodgy reputation. I honestly was just seeking views from you guys and girls who have a wealth of opinion and analysis. I have invested in £30k recently and while just underwater at present I see the opportunity here.
Apologies if my post looked other than what it was.
Thanks for all the opinion and analysis, it is really useful as well as the importance of dyor.
A little late to the party, granted, but onwards and upwards hopefully from here.
Have a great day
Mark
I did not and still do not give any attention to what the Motley fool says about EUA
First, we live in a capitalist world were it is all about money. In such world I do not trust anything that is a "free" advice or recommendation.
Second the Motley Fool generally does not like mining companies owing to the cyclical nature. Fair enough but I like taking a bit more risk and owing to my upbringing in South Africa, I do like mining as an industry
Finally. Motely Fool have also got there fair share of disaster recommendations. What they say is for sure not gopel
In conclusion, yes I have been a subscriber to the various paid services (Investors Chronicle as well) but I really use theur articles, tips, recommendations as the starting point for my research.
Have to say Party Pooper I do exactly the same as you. To me Motley Fool is a good barometer but in reverse, it certainly works well for me or has done in the past. As for this Mark Go, it's probably about time he went, so off you go Mark, you can spot them a mile away. Please don't waste any more of your time on this imbecile.
Why does Tom Winnifrith hate Eurasia.
There are 2 reasons.
1 - He knew about EUA before most of us. In the below link, you'll see Christian Schaffalitsky talking about EUA in 2014. Guess who posted the video on youtube? Tom Winnifrith! Had he take a few million shares at the time, when the SP was sub 0.50p, he would be like Mac, feet up, chilling.
2 - He then took a short out on EUA and started claiming all sorts but the share price has not stopped climbing. When EUA came back from suspension and the share price took off, he lost a lot of money (same as JUB Capital - they declared bankruptcy) and had to close his short.
That's why he's bitter.
here is a video he posted IN 2014 lol

By the way, CS even back in them days was saying their plan is to sell MT.
That's why UBS are in this and as DS said, the size of the banks involved should tell you what kind of deal we're involved in.

Didn't Roland make organs, I'd say he's an organ!
Note that Foolish author Roland Head has had a varied career and has multiple ‘areas of expertise’ … DYOR please.

I forgot to say, I always do the exact opposite of what the Motley recommends lol
@MarkGo … you forgot to mention the most important part of that Foolish article - here’s a reminder:
“ The content of this article was relevant at the time of publishing. Circumstances change continuously and caution should therefore be exercised when relying upon any content contained within this article.”
Never trust a website that has an article template for pump or dump angle.
Delete company name....insert new company name and copy, paste and post .

Motley Fool has helped me make good returns over the last two years, very consistent.
At one end you’ve got Motley Fools … and at the other Simply Wall Street.
Let’s just settle halfway between the two
:D
Quite recently, in September, they specifically advised people to sell fast, just two or three days before the sp surged up to 36p from 15p in just a few days. I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them. If they come out with a strong message to sell fast then for me it's as good as saying they're in-the-know that something great is about to happen. Charlatans.
One of the most dangerous places to go for information, totally incompetent. Good way to lose money though
Is that one of the many fool articles that appear unaware that an asset sale is being progressed?
He thinks his post will get him a lot cheaper golden ticket tomorrow. Eyes roll.
Tad late to the party Mark.
More chance of a rave ticket for No10.

If you read Motley Fool regularly you will know that one week they **** a share off, the next they pump it up. Weeks later, depending on how the share performs they say "told you so".
A complete waste of paper that rag.
And now, when we are moving up again, do you conveniently copy and paste it again...Hmmmmmmm
This guy predicted my employers share price would be $500 (pet share) within 5 years. This came as a shock to our CEO who outright called them inept ??
Don't trust them with anything, it's pure uneducated guesswork.
I wouldn’t waste my time reading anything printed by motley fool. Nice try Mark!
Fools...about the only thing accurate.
