Yes I'll be happy to chip in more if my warrants trigger at 30 and 40p. This recent deal with the existing Russian client will have been a good morale boost and in such a small company should give a tangible uptick in confidence. It's had the same effect here, not so much doom and gloom!
Clarification
The 20p warrants vest when SP reaches 30p and the 30p warrants vest when SP reaches 40p.
So we need to see 30p to raise additional £650,000 via warrants and 40p to receive a further £975,000 .
So expect some action soon to get the SP back to 40p imho.
The key now is to get the warrants exercised at 20p and then at 30p
This will transform the financial position of Ethernity and will ensure it has more than sufficient resources to reach the promised land by mid/end of 2021.
I am sure Levi is aware of this and has some deals in the pipeline to announce soon to drive the SP through 20p and from there the jump to 30p will be swift.
Geri. They are very far ahead and in fact they are the only complete solution in addition the Ethernity firmware can be deployed on any third party fpga.
The reason that until now we have seen only very small deployments is simple these are the only deployments that have been made so far.
The UPF and many other resulting functions are to connect telecom to the 5G network. The 5G commercial network will be deploy in 2021 in China. The Chinese Telecom committed to selling 5G services are entering testing now to determine how they will connect their mobile and fixed asset clients to the 5G network. We know that 3 of the Chinese majors are going down the fpga UPF route and will be lab testing Ethernity really any time in the coming weeks. In China there will be thousands of opportunities to save on capex by flowing and accelerating, some of those will pick Ethernity.
There are many more applications that are just coming to light now, definitely in the core where redundant capacity can be eliminated and in wearable and hub wearable compute.
Ethernity will be in discussion with many providers and vendors picking their solutions path. In my view Ethernity will win the lions share of the business but even if they flunk out and just get a small bit part the result will be huge from this market cap.
In summary, ethernity has a market leading product that is essential for economic deployment. Mass deployment is starting very soon. The first market is China where Ethernity has positioned well with Fiberhome and has access to all the big Telecom.
Don't be distracted by the small contracts so far these are very specific markets and nothing like mass deployment that's looming now.
Tracylied...why is it that the FPGA based Smart NICs are so ahead of the game that they seem to be making little headway?
Bit of a white lie earlier, just bought another 5,000, that's me done now for the foreseeable!
I was pleased with the tiny topup today which takes me to a round number and decent holding. Unfortunately increasing my stake from now will be difficult, although not impossible. Enet certainly sounds compelling and I only deal with early stage companies with very little or virtually nothing priced in like we have here. The potential is truly enormous, I'm definitely following this story very closely.
Kit story is compelling. Of course many short term bottom fishers won't ever find out. One day soon they will look back on it with regret. Ethernity have to build a volume of recurring income and that will happen with mass deployment. That predictable reliable income will trigger dividends much earlier than many envisage. Compared to where we are now the first dividend year could easily be more than the current share price.
OK it was one tiny buy that tipped it. Now 4 on 16p.
Bought more, couldn't resist.
A couple more and 15p will break.
Inevitable sooner or later. No way this will be under £2 on mass deployment and if the sector storms like I believe it will the price will be much higher. This is no place for day trading with such liquidity but 6+ months will return big now. We deployment window is now where I thought it was 18 months ago. Ethernity will play a big part, that is now more clear than ever.
SP certainly looking perkier than I am on a Monday morning.
WINS aggressively chasing your shares at 14p on large quantity, the rest aren't in the game at 12p and down. WINS aren't waiting for the rollovers to liquidate at a loss and will bid for them now if others aren't. I suspect that they are trying to balance their account and are well short.
Rollovers look to be involving at least 700k shares. Despite having 6 MMs now only a couple seem to be driving the movement. I suspect that they are eyeing those 700k +++ as a target. They will of course not want to overpay.
Limbo until that's sorted unless the other MMs step up.
I have attached guess that the market is very finely balanced until the T trades are closed. MMs have run dry.
13.62/14.40 currently available. 10k buying 30k selling.
They are quick flipping. Let's not let them get away with it
WINS now back on the bid at 12.5p. They are the only MM in the game at the moment.
I wonder how long WINS will absorb at 14p. Next stop 15p. I suspect whilst the larger T trades are still live they will collude to cap the price.
Guys you need to understand that the deal announced yesterday is old business, it is what Ethernity used to do. The scale is small but it is handy to tick along whilst they wait for China to erect 5G and vendors to seek solutions.
Prennie
You are right ...we await some more deals with
more meat on the bone .
I think we are close to some significant deal flow which could be transformational.
I note the case of OpenNet who were struggling until it concluded a sizeable deal in the US and was then swooped on by Amdocs .
One of our shareholders Cipio Partners had a big holding in OpenNet ( also in 5G Technology) and made 700% return after 2 years or less.
It will happen here with just a £5m market cap Ethernity can rocket if the deals start flowing.
Quite a few hefty buys showing up the last few days. Just need a contract similar to the one announced the other day with another 0 on the end and we will be away.
