Do you need inside knowledge to know it is a good thing to buy shares going for 40p+ at 30p?
this warrants might be traded. the same happened with some options that the Pfizer/Moderna CEO's were holding when they were working on the COVID19 vaccine. They already had the preliminary results but were not public yet. And executed some options.
Healthy market forming here. Needs to settle above 40p for next leg.
I don't think that conditional warrants can be included. It would be unfair as they are set by events outside of their control.
They might have to get a shift on then as AR released back end of June, so they have till back end of April, if that's correct as in it applies to warrants. I'm sure they are aware of what the situation is and what needs to be done.
Dealing in close periods
3. A director must not deal in any securities of the listed company during a “close period”.
A close period is:
(a) the period of two months immediately preceding the preliminary announcement
of the company’s annual results or, if shorter, the period from the relevant
financial year end up to and including the time of the announcement; and
(b) if the company reports on a half-yearly basis, the period of two months
immediately preceding the publication of the half-yearly report in accordance
with paragraph 12.49 of the listing rules or, if shorter, the period from the
relevant financial period end up to and including the time of such publication; or
(c) if the company reports on a quarterly basis, the period of one month
immediately preceding the announcement of the quarterly results or, if shorter,
the period from the relevant financial period end up to and including the time of
the announcement (save that for the final quarter paragraph 3(a) of this code
applies).
4. A director must not deal in any securities of the listed company at any time when he is in
possession of unpublished price-sensitive information in relation to those securities, or
otherwise where clearance to deal is not given under paragraph 7 of this code.
Any securities must include warrants I would think
bid, I guess we're going to find out soon.
As warrants are at a pre-determined price and the exercise price is not subject to news, being fixed, then I would have thought it would be very harsh to restrict exercising of warrants.
Thats my take fwiw.
uhlf i guess the only issue is if there was a closed period (i.e 1 month before results or whatever) - I would assume that any dealing, even in warrants, would be restricted.
Good point that Martyn. I bet Yosi is quite please at getting some of his salary as shares as well!
Actually it might be a blessing for the directors, as they can’t buy when they know of an impending news.
But they’re well within their rights to take up warrants via a pre arranged option.
44.9p shares for 30p. Makes the fundraising at 17p average price. We were buying at 12p.
If they haven’t got the cash I reckon they will find it from somewhere. It’s not like this will have taken them by complete surprise, they’ve had plenty of time and I’m sure they have financially planned accordingly.
Hi Dallo - I know it was a few threads ago - thank you for the apology. Moving on:
My only concern is do the directors have available funds - I have no doubt they would buy if they have the spare cash.
Baruch not Barauch
Apologies
With another £540k almost certain to come into the company via the 30p warrants including a possible £325k from Directors and staff the share price is set for further rises during the coming week or so.
Once Levi and Barauch and staff announce they have exercised their warrants ( via Directors holding RNS) the market will react favourably to this vote of confidence by the Directors.
However in the unlikely event of them not doing so the market will not be amused.
dyor
imho
Tracy, a lot of small buy a now to build a decent shareholding now, good to know it is new money and not purely the same bunch on this board. Also nice to know they are reaching the same conclusions leading them to buy as it reinforces our decisions.
Sergi is that about the best for a SmartNIC fpga or ASICs processor. Or fpga SmartNIC against ASICs silicon.
There is no answer to either question. It is all about the application and the scalability and future of the application.
There will be many winners, ASICs won't win them all and neither will SmartNICs. However when it comes to SmartNICs fpga is cheap and very powerful in the right hands.
I think that we have a lot of new money here. I have been contacted by several since the Tarana deal and I met one here in Israel yesterday who is a UK citizen. Nice free lunch and he/she had a good understanding of this situation.
Where were these people when we sat in the dark.
Still only £22.3m MCAP.
Great day, guys.
I am happy not only for the gains but for the cost of equity being reduced. That's important for the company as it gives them easier access to capital and reduces the probability of failure. Hoping it is only the very beginning.
Maybe we have more news in a week or two. I'll keep buying as mgmt executes.
Next week Silicom Q1 earnings call. I have a question for them about the ASIC vs FPGA technology, since they sell both. Let's see what they report and what they say about that.

Nice steady buying, probably a mix of new investors building or existing shareholders topping up having more confidence seeing risk substantially negated.
A final buy this morning to take my isa to a nice round number.
Any further news now will have this absolutely flying, I can see a few taking a quick buck but most will stick this out.
Well, I arrived a little late to the party so didn’t get the chance to add @ 12p.
Very happy with my c 30p average though.
And if we’re going to £5-£10 it ain’t going to make much difference!
We’re still an amazing buy, added more today
