Actually chisler, it's what you have failed to prove, that provides all of the evidence for everybody. ;o)
Lol! chisler
I dont have to prove anything to anybody.
ive done my own research and due dilligence at my own cost.
thats what adults do.
you need to prove to me its a good deal and not a trap ,

I'm always happy to listen to alternative views, if by doing so it causes me to reconsider or confirm the validity of my investment. In the case of EML, the recent funding RNS made clear that we have a willing investor who has contributed a notional sum and who is prepared to contribute more as the debt finance is secured - which actually I think is quite a smart way of funding the capital element of the refinancing. The investor also wants to stay below 30% (for obvious reasons) with an ability to ratchet up, if necessary, to avoid dilution. I am struggling to see anything untoward with the structure of this capital raise. So, chisler, please tell me why I'm not bright enough to realise that this "deal is a trap"?
chisler, as ever you such a charming character, you do make me smile, I mean, 'leave this to the Grown Ups....',? Hopefully you will forgive me, as lets face it you have never shown any financial expertise before, apart of course from landing on Emmerson as a good bet for your cash - which I am assuming is true, despite all previous indications to the contrary.
We already know beyond a shadow of doubt that diplomacy is not your strong suit, so being the adult in the room, please do share your undoubted financial acumen, and answer Puzzler2's question, 'why do you see the GSM and GQC deal as a trap'?
Or are we to assume that you have reverted to the chisler of old, and are merely making provocative but inevitably baseless, and therefore totally pointless comments?
Only you chisler, can help us decide which now, by sharing you evidence - so over to you. ;0)
chisler - why do you see the GSM and GQC deal as a trap? - because they might have to issue more shares than announced in the funding RNS to achieve the correct debt / equity ratio to satisfy the banks? Would be interested in your views.
you have just admiited youre not a financial expert.
so go some where else...
leave this to the Grown Ups....
chisler
Interesting point of view chisler, but then again I'm not a financial expert...
Still if it concerns you that much at least you have option of selling up now and moving to something better.
The GSM and GQC deal is a trap .
look at it.....
chisler
RNS.
Expects to select the further contractor(s) for the balance of Basic Engineering before the end of 2021, signing contract(s) before the end of January 2022
Graham Clarke, CEO, commented:
"The financing deal we secured with GSM and GQC included an upfront cash injection so that we could advance the next stage of the Project's development, the basic engineering. This is part of the upfront capex, rather than an additional cost, and moves us firmly into the pre-construction phase. Having already signed The Contract with Barr Engineering for the Mineral Processing Facility, we have also received bids for the balance of the Basic Engineering aspects of the Project, comprising highways connection and site access; portal and declines; mine site infrastructure; tailings storage facility; electrical power; and water. We expect to be able sign contracts for these before the end of January 2022 so that this work can be dual tracked with the due diligence phase of the lending banks syndicate."
Testy, testy, touchy testy. :) Alt delete. If only he could find the block feature.
Looks like the new unofficial deadline is end of March. I just wonder what the consensus would be if still radio silence and no permit by then?
bluepalace and testpack3
I personally agree with both your positions on the engineering work, becausewhilst construction activities cannot begin without ESIA approval, the engineering contracts relate to the detailed design work necessary before any building work commences, which are substantial bodies of work in themselves.
Clearly the Emmerson BoD and indeed the Strategic investors have full confidence that granting the ESIA approval will take place in this period (Q1 2022), so to stick to completion timelines, are not wasting any time by preparing to literally hit the ground running ,once permission is granted and actual construction work can begin.
In my opinion, the engineering contracts are not dependant on the ESIA arriving before. EML awarded the first engineering contract to Barr Engineering for the Mineral Processing Facility in early December - others should follow very shortly according to the company. In any event, the ESIA will hopefully arrive in Q1.
Gullible. The first 3 letters of my name, Alt _ You are confused. Sad really. You agreed with Hillview post. He said the board is full of clowns posting unsubsantiated drivel - thats you Gullible.
Now to EML. Bluepalace posted '
'- contracts awarded for the engineering of all other work packages (end of January / beginning of February)
There is no way contracts will be awarded without EISA.
There is always the possibility that Morocco has decided against EML owning this project, and are just waiting for the 'penny to drop' at EML HQ. It's only a pessimistic thought. But something is not right. Have sold 1/3 of my holding as a precaution.
I agree - I expect the ESIA permit will be awarded by the end of March. Emmerson’s broker, Shore Capital, have said they will provide an update on the ESIA permit in Q1 - make of that what you will. I believe the board are confident it will come in 1-2 months.
Crikey Bluepalace, I’d have hoped we’d have received the permit by the end of March, not just getting an update…fingers crossed.
Testy, read what have written you’re replying to a post I directed to one of aliases. Admission is in your reply. Now become that deranged become confused with your fantasies.
I echo Hillview, the crapper style is just so, so (obvious).
Why we are here ex tory councillor first three letters of your name Alt… Certainly isn’t create multiple aliases and fill the board with no relevant data. Now run along. I’ve told you already.
Why we are here.

KHEMISSET PROJECT
Emmerson’s primary focus is on developing the Khemisset Potash Project located in Northern Morocco.
‘The project has a large JORC Resource Estimate (2019) of 537Mt @ 9.24% K2O and significant exploration potential with an accelerated development pathway. The recently completed Feasibility Study completed by Golder Associates has confirmed the findings from the Scoping Study, which showed that Khemisset has the potential to be a world class, low capital cost, high margin potash mine, which is a very rare asset in the industry.’ E.T.C.
I like your posts bluepalace but there needs to be an 'imo' in there.
Imo
