I doubt it. We never seem to keep pace with the German and Australian markets. I don't think that will always be the case though as our potential is enormous.
after that late splurge of buying on the ASX before close I wonder IF there might be a similar occurrance today here? some one sniffing about ???
...THUS giving Czech investors and others one way into investing , directly, through EMH until Geomet list too of course, by then will we be owned by someone else? or majority owned , bought out?
Who are those interested parties? DGWA might very well know..
Sid it is EMH listing on the Czech exchange not Geomet , Geomet will list later on . closer too production finance
https://dgwa.org/
well well... lol
I wonder if the reason for the New funding facility is to fund NEW activities not factored in to the deal at the time, possibly DGWA being one who could put us intouch with investors of a significant nature, further bolstering up EMH position, I dont know if listing on the Czech exchange costs alot but if Geomet are to do that then theres that cost I dont know if that would be shared 51% 49% tho.any other unforseen costs?
In my opinion the decision to introduce DGWA into the mix is a progressive one , designed to facilitate the larger investor we desire to move forward with construction etc who is it? FIIL but maybe DGWA do....
1. Does the entity expect that it will continue to have the current level of net operating cash flows for the time being and, if not, why not?
Answer: No. The Company has signed final agreement with CEZ Group regarding its investment in Cinovec Project on 27 March 2020. CEZ has paid ~AUD 50 million into the Czech subsidiary, Geomet to fund the Project. This will reduce the Company’s holding in Geomet to 49%. On completion of the final agreement, the Company will cease to consolidate Geomet’s results within the Company’s consolidated accounts. It also means that European Metals will no longer fund Geomet expenses, thereby significantly reducing costs. In addition, the Company has been appointed to provide management services to Geomet and will be remunerated for doing so.
So can someone explain, if we are being remunerated for providing management services to Geomet, how come we are setting up a funding facility and we are issuing 1 million new securities at 0.24?
You also fail to notice that some markets measures price change as being between last and prior trades. If the last is a buy and the prior is a sell, than there appears to be a huge price rise IF the spread is large. This differs from other markets - or financial websites - where the price change refers to movement in the mid price. So tired of pointing this out.
I am trying also to understand who is doing the DFS? EMH or Geomet? And where exactly and for what purpose is the money that Geomet got for the sale of our 51 per cent to CEZ utilized.
The question you should be asking is actually are we getting paid from CEZ anything? As per last announcement after the deal it was understood that we don't need to raise anymore funds because we are getting paid from CEZ as managers of the project. Be in the meantime we just announced that we set up a new funding facility for the next 12 months and today that we are issuing new securities at the price of 0.24 aud. Correct me if I am wrong.
Shouldn't we be calling them?
On the positive, finally we realized that the ones calling us for the past three years, WV, BMW and the rest, had the wrong number. So finally now we are paying DGWA to fix the line so they can get through to us, lol
" Who are they going to call"?
Apologies - completely forgot standard ramping protocol !
Lol mrcautious, because they failed to mention that yesterday fell 26 percent on the asx from 0.285 to 0235. Do today it bounced back. Simple. Somehow in this forum they mention only when it goes up but never when it goes down. I hope it makes sense.
Europe up 20% but UK up 1.69% ----- how can this be ?
432,817 shares traded fifth largest trading day in last 12 months , the 3 others were all in April this year . What is more impressive the amount of volume that is now underpinning this rise , with three buy orders of 200,000 shares just below today's pricing .
29 buyers for 871,535 units & 12 sellers for 242,225 units . sellers start at 29 cents and finish at 48 cents ( 16 to 27 p )
