Potentially. But I’ve seen these play out both ways. Where the price can recover slightly (not back to its original price, but small gains).
Trek always makes valid points about the warrants and triggering certain ones. I’m just thinking in my head, what’s left to fire. A lot of RNS bullets fired to no success (share price). The one I’ve been looking forward to more than anything is Creswick and we still have 8 holes to come which is exciting.
But if that doesn’t get the share price moving north, like I mentioned before I don’t think we’ll see any assays until the new year. (HR3 phase 2 drilling), how will the price hold up. This would be another major benefit for a JV right now. A rise to 4/5/6p and take advantage of the price with a fundraising.
We had £3m+ not so long ago but I believe we still had to pay the final payments on 2 of the properties. Would be interesting to see the companies cash balance now. At the current cash burn, we may see further fundraising before the end of 2022, which is fine, I just hope it’s on a much higher price to today so the company don’t have to release another 200-300 million shares to the market.
@AG a considered post, as always, but : "Big drop, not really surprising but it’s out of the way now." I'm not sure is entirely accurate. Investors will read, digest and reassess overnight, could be more coming.
The only real rises Cora had, we’re from outstanding results. 49m@15g/t and 19m@31g/t but yeah beyond that, no real rise. The resource upgrade will deliver a rise soon.
But I do agree about sector sentiment. Sorry for “cross ramping”, but Cora had 13/13 brilliant set of results. I think if the grades on their worst RNS, if they were released on ECR’s ground, you’d have seen a huge jump. A lot want to see this succeed, myself being one of them. And based in Australia, investors feel a lot More comfortable & secure investing here rather than say Mali. And I fully understand the reasoning, but I chase the Gold. Having the right ground and geology solves a lot of problems.
Gold is on the up, if the sector sentiment improves and ECR are able to release some nice high grade hits at Creswick, I think this will move pretty fast. One factor I’m looking forward to, once all of the results are out, is seeing a real detailed diagram from the company and mapping showing the assays so far. ECR’s Creswick footprint is quite large. But the majority of drilling has all been concentrated on the S/SW section of EL006184. After 2019s campaign and 13 holes this year, they may be able to think about putting a resource together moving forward.
Big drop, not really surprising but it’s out of the way now. Time to regroup and focus in on what’s coming up.
Agree with you Paul. Let the trend be your friend.
I like to watch hanke-cofnas gold sentiment indicator and GDXJ as leading indicators.

I guess it's obvious, but I have not bought back in on today's 'news' and remain out.
Had the assays been more upbeat I don't think the result would have changed much - there have been excellent results from CORA (truly excellent) and they've had no impact on SP. I believe the necessary change will have to be sector wide to get this going and that's simply not happening anytime soon and thereafter I expect companies with better results will rise faster than ECR.
GLA.
Mentalmax if you take that as arrogant or patronising that’s on you. Expertise is essenatial in all industries it would be foolish to think anyone can interpret geology and the contextual interpretation of drilling intercepts. I don’t claim to be able to do so but have a network of geologist I turn to help.
Why am I here? Because I would like to share what I’ve observed and encourage people to do their own research and be critical. The junior mining space is very competitive with 1000s of companies trying to attract PIs money. Picking the best i amongst all the noise is a very difficult thing to do.
Good luck to you and all.

Wise words HII, "Recognise where we are in a cycle, all boats rise with a rising tide. The good the bad and the ugly."
The rising tide over the last year or two has helped many a small 'gold' cap fill the coffers
''If you don’t have skill to distinguish good from bad, should be a wake up call to get some expert help.''
What an arrogant, patronising and highly sanctimonious post HII. If ECR is your 'biggest mistake' then why are you still here? Get over it.
Said it before this was my biggest mistake and lesson in junior gold investing.
Recognise where we are in a cycle, all boats rise with a rising tide. The good the bad and the ugly.
Keep your eyes and ears open to recognise spin, bluster and no substance.
Take the time to do some research.
Go to company web site look under investors section at shareholding’s, research notes and financials.
Are any large institutional investors invested or is it nominee accounts of PIs
Does the Board have significant skin in the game?
3 Research notes, from 2016 to 2021 review them all. How much progress has been made? Take a look at the drill highlights in March 2021. If you don’t have skill to distinguish good from bad, should be a wake up call to get some expert help.

How much cash is going into exploration versus SGA (marketing and salaries).
Well Cherry Tree not great, but one or many many prospects + perhaps the additional cores suggest better to come?! Sp reaction is the anticlimax effect. See what the ‘better’ cores show and move on/back to better ground. lots more to report and lots more to drill. Our luck will change, surely!
We shall see Snip..only need one of mine to come in ..2 would be a bonus....
But have a great feeling about all of them... Hey but that is me....
I did not find my investments , they found Me...

2022 is going to be the year...... the best year ever....
Sorry for the cross ramp...:))
you think it's going to be the year for a lot of stocks though so you obviously believe you have the Midas touch. Law of exploration averages tells me you're going to be wrong on many of them.
The Gold is there Snip, previous assays , the site history and the location.
Victoria is the place to be... I am extreme happy holding here and strongly believe GGP type gains are coming....
2022 is going to be a great year for ECR.... Watch this space...

Bitcoinbuyer - what is it that you are seeking that I don't? What results so far make you believe anything economical is present?
Certainly get the feeling that rather than wait for the hole 9 assay results to soften any blow, the intention was to get all the poor results out to the market shortly before maximising the impact of good news to follow from hole 9 and Creswick
Bitcoinbuyer - I certainly read it. The share price speaks for itself today. Not a good reaction by the market. As shareholders were allowed to discuss the results, which, are not favourable. Hitting gold but averaging small widths far below 1g/t. It’s not mineable product. Hole 9 may be an improvement and I hope it is.
But as stated this morning, this is exploration. You won’t hit the jackpot in every spot. There’ll be more lucrative and favourable targets to drill out, eliminating the weaker ones means less resources being wasted in the future.
Phase 2 drilling at HR3 could produce better results after the first campaign and there’s a lot of data to report from Creswick which could be extremely bullish.
Obviously some not read the RNS properly..
Hole DCDD009 ..Remarkable improvement in vein quality and size and moving the drill west to Byron HR3
All good and a great opportunity to add as nothing has changed , just money well spent...
Interview soon I expect..
why wouldn't they do that at the Creswick property?
Snip was thinking the same. It’s in the cherry tree area but that doesn’t necessarily mean they have to mine cherry tree. They may return in years to come but the property was purchased for a number of reasons. 1 of them being a possible decline location for CT but the property will provide a location to build a processing facility which can be utilised for HR3, Blue moon and some of the other deposits.
Serious questions to all lth/experienced investors, what does this mean for our property purchase?
Agrees dvh. Poor results I’m afraid. But that’s part of exploration, if it’s not there, it’s not there. Fingers crossed for their return to HR3. And also be good to hear more from Creswick soon, hopefully that can send the price north of 2p, promising signs so far.
Well, doesn't look like that RNS is going to get us past 2p!
Its there
