If you hold DDDD you don’t need to do anything. It’s only the LOAC shares which are converting to LBPS once they list on Nasdaq. At that point LOAC will cease to exist as an entity.
I have Dddd shares in ISA. Just hang onto those and any change would happen automatically?
Mine are on T212, still don’t know if they will liquidate my position at merger.
I used aj bell to buy the loac shares
Also I have seen no correlation whatsoever between LOAC and 4D sp. I do wonder if LOAC is pegged to within say 20% of the merger price of £1.10 as it only let rip once up to $19 then immediately dropped back to $12/$14 range.
Pure speculation and I also hold both.
Which platform did you put LOAC into your ISA please?
I sold my top up shares at 147 today and bought loac with the cash as it dose seem cheap and they fit in my isa which I did not know until I tried
@butty73
If you’re holding shares in 4D, nothing will change, they will remain on T212 (I assume within an ISA).
NB: they may be worth significantly more one day so don’t lose them..
I'm quite new at investing & still learning as I go. I've not had a share that has listed on the NASDAQ. I'm still a little unsure what happens, do I get free shares automatically ? ( I use Trading 212, would they just appear on my account ?)
Any help greatly appreciated.
Current LOAC price works out at about 125p per DDDD stock if I’m not mistaken. So bought a few LOAC and considering going in for more. Any catch?
Should we not receive an RNS re this? It's huge news for the company
