Thanks itsyou, I note the spread is really tight atm 82.5 to sell and 82.85 to buy. Never seen it so tight apart from that weird backwardation. I have been picking up a few more here while I can but I am absolutely gobsmacked that there has been no reaction to PSS buys and I have no idea where the recent shares have come from now the early investors and the insti have handed their shares to PSS. It’s seems pretty nailed on that a bid will follow soon as there can’t be much liquidity left.. Trek
Trek,
That's a new one today and the result of the opening auction matching between order book buyers and sellers, hence the UT trade.
You'll be pleased to hear that one side of that trade was Merrill Lynch(see link below), which if it's PSS again like before, would mean 21.83% now

itsyou what do you make of the £350k UT trade at 08:00 today. Is it part of the last 1% taken off book or will we get another TR1. Trek.
21%, that accounts for the other large trades. Trek, concerned now that we may not see full value.
I would concur on that been too long down in the dumps was always going to end like this
Bid 83, ask 85, last UT trade 1000 shares at 87p, sp 87p. I think it’s gonna blow soon! Trek
Another 250k delayed buy. Was that you this time itsyou! Trek
Just added 4706, sold my BARC few I had left at over 150 so happy there. Trade will show up here in a bit 84.975 paid. Trek, conviction or convicted, we’ll see.
6 indicative buys from the off, the earlier big sells were buys as the TR1 followed. If the pattern repeats the mm will drop the ask to deter buys for a while. I reckon they must be counting the float now. Not long IMO before the next rerate follows and we take a big step up, look at chart! Trek seems to be in tune here, no idea why!
Another 130k delayed buy! Trek, Wakey wakey mr market!
All I can assume is Ruffer are selling out. I just can’t see that there is that many left in free float. Excluding directors from 7th Feb, Domp Group - 13.55%, Unicorn Asset Management 9.39%, Ruffer 4.34% and Schroders Investment Management 3.91%.
Dr. Jean Marc Droulers / Finanziaria Le Perray* Hold 8.01% and Galbiga Immobiliare S.r.l.** hold 6.75% but I don’t see these needing to reduce (guess).
* Finanziaria Le Perry S.p.A. is a company owned and controlled by Dr. Jean Marc Droulers.
** Galbiga Immobiliare S.r.l. is a company owned and controlled by Giulio Cesareo, the CEO of Directa Plus.
So it’s Ruffur or a load of PI’s selling for 82p knowing that Pat has built a massive stake here?
Trek sleuthing!
Another 250k today for ML, to add to Pat's 20%
https://i.imgur.com/5vu5S4x.png
AIM may be slightly different as not same regs but I would suspect the 30% still applies for mandatory offer. Could be interesting as no idea where he would pick up 10% now. I just wonder if Giulio has already had a chat and said no and we have this creeping investment. But I could be way off and it is a plutonic, symbiotic partnership! Either way gonna be very a interesting ride here. Expect the MM to try and spook us to shake out shares. I reckon Pat wants ‘em!
...
Requirement for a mandatory offer: Where a bidder is interested in shares carrying 30% or more of the target’s voting share rights, the bidder must make a mandatory offer in cash at no less than the highest price paid during the preceding 12 months (often referred to as a "Rule 9 offer"). Mandatory offers can only be conditional on the bidder receiving acceptances that, together with any shares already held or acquired during the offer, would give the bidder and its concert parties more than 50% of the voting rights. As such, bidders cannot rely on other conditions to protect themselves.

Trek, call the police!
I reckon he is sat down with Giulio now, talking terms. Pat has got his 20%, he managed to buy shares off insti’s and early stage investors. ML have picked up just about everything in the open market including another 240k today so it’s time to talk. Congrats Pat I don’t know how you did it under the radar without causing a serious SP spike. Watch out Trump!
Dear Giulio please remember Mr and Mrs Trek when talking to Pat and if it’s gotta go get us a good price, I mean £1.50 is an absolute starting point and remember if Patrick is interested others would be. Trekpidation!
Bang on the money Trek. 20% TR1 reported..
Bullish indicators on chart, may get a spike to 90 soon. Trek
Could be another TR1 soon at this rate. Full 1% is only around 510k shares. Trek
There's the 67k reported, I mentioned yesterday that was also Merrill Lynch's
They also did 100k today. Not sure if it was the one reported though.
I got 15k @ 83.59 when the sell price for tons was 83.75. backwardation
can dummy sell 175k @ 83.75
Another 140k of buys, amazed there is stock available. Trek
Unfortunately that's the way these small caps go.
Nothing ever get's to its true potential;smart investors always jump in first.
Itsyou, don't know about you but I am concerned we may see a low ball bid here. Pat sees the obvious massive patented potential that can just bolt on to Nant and provide a future disruptive technology pipeline. Such an easy win for him. I just hope the market sees it soon to attribute some fair value here. I was hoping this would soon be a £5 stock and with all the risks we have taken I would be pretty psd if it went for £1.50 which is just back to square one. Trek
600k of that was Merrill Lynch. They also traded 67k today and 60k over the week before
Easy to sell 160k @ 83.125p this pm. Someone's got the hoover out.
950k of trades reported late! Trek
Trek,
"I think he wants more they’re just not available" - Reckons that's true...
I wondered why I could do a dummy sell(not intending to go through with it!) for max 125,000 shares on friday. Can do the same this morning, but can only buy 500 max!
