dwall. To reiterate thoughts on India, there isn't a nation that hasn't lost families, friends and businesses as you should know. Sympathy and respect is due to every nation through this sickening time for so many.
I've looked in on ADVFN and struggle with your statement 'Advfn is producing some talented coverage of late'. It looks like a one poster crusade, adding unsubstantiated information, that is being lapped up by some desperate followers. Not unlike here. Another post here today, from a seasoned viewer, has added comments that have no foundation whatsoever. I wont be posting on ADVFN, though think it would be of benefit to challenge most of what I have read. This BB is far more amusing, which is all these boards should be really. Given nobody knows anything and the company aren't going to change that until they are good and ready.
tonlie, go reside on ADVFN, looks like they could do with a laugh : )))
And please DYOR lol
Hi All..
Closing thought for the night. I am not aware of anybody mentioning at this point the CC tie up to EESL for Africa which was laughed at by certain amongst us. Yet in so shorter time, months, could this be the result.
DYOR
Good evening dwall.
The Covid situation is a global catastrophe, affecting many countries. India and other countries, included. It depends on how individually they cope and recover.
I agree, that the full implications and benefits of the IntelliSmart tie-up with CyanConnode, is yet to be revealed. But as you have indicated, we hopefully " ....... look forward to seeing a couple of chunks of the IntelliSmart legacy orders announced in due course."
Until then, these new contracts announced this week, are generating some share-holder interest ( old and new, I would have thought, ) including potential revenue for the back-end of the 2021/2022 financial year.
It is good to hear from you again, dwall.
Good Luck.
LTI.
There was nothing drunken about them and nothing changes, you reap what you sow in my world.
Two interesting "left of centre" announcements this week,
Covid has been a terrible and devastating reaper to such a wonderful nation of people in India so i guess we can expect some delays but things seem to be moving in the right direction now and I look forward to seeing a couple of chunks of the Intellismart legacy orders announced in due course.
That will give some further confidence to new investors watching closely by the sidelines i would guess and will hoepfully give rise to a more interesting debate on the boards.
Advfn is producing some talented coverage of late, not really sure why anyone bothers here though it is good to see some long term holders still about from time to time.
Blue skies abound for those that care to see them!
:)
You do ask for it dweeb : )
Have you seen all 5779 posts? I was really upbeat back in the day, then things started to happen. Conversations with senior Cyan staff, and complete opposites played out. Much like recent events really.
Incidentally, my 'cheap shots' are just an amuse, yours were a drunken stream of personal threats dweeb. I do hope you now see the difference.
All that said, there is always money to be made here. Mainly due to above.
5779 posts of incessant negative drool day after day.
Coupled with cheap shots taken from the confines of being behind a computer screen.
Complete and utter loser.
As you have proven yet again today, most of your comments are bare faced lies. You never DYOR, always post desperate infactual garbage, and you need to be very careful when stating the company will impart very different information to an interested investment house. The least you should do is retract that one, your friend dweeb will by crying over his Babycham later.
Colour I never get embarrassed, most of my comments are well thought out. I do not go for your technicalities, I let you and accountants (Heather) do that worrying. You can see that CC is springing to life, with small contracts but spreading and buildable, better than one big one that meets roadblocks and you moan about.
All in all I still have my eye on 20p and soon if Intellismart come into play.
DYOR
tonlie, you won't answer my questions , but I will help with yours. Look again at the Dec 20 presentation. Both are happy money isn't an issue, JC invites viewers to work out revenue from a very basic sum. Let me know how much you think they should have collected by end H1 and apply the monthly running costs you used to crow about. Then try to work out why they needed to get that bucket out again.
You could then think about covering the claims you made today, before it gets too embarrassing ?
Hi tonyj
I don't think that anyone who has followed Cyan (the oldest start up in town) can be accused of being impatient. I'm not impatient, they just need to treat all shareholders with decency - behave like a proper company and provide the basic information (e.g. quarterly updates would be a start), so that we can make informed decisions and not be left playing blind.
We'll probably be kept waiting until the last minute (30/09/21) to get to see the 2021 finals. What good is that?
Cheers
ITT
Basically ITT, you are impatient considering past delays, is it your SIPP.
I am not going to read all that AIM, why do they have Corporate Presentations. Is it because they do not like to mix with the likes of me and you, could be.
Colour who do you surmise is not paying up on time, after all CC get paid by meter manufacturers or solutions. Of course at grass roots level we can disconnect the meters, LOL.
DYOR
Two new contracts announced in quick succession and still the SP is 20% lower than its recent high. Why is that?
Hi tonyj
Quite a lot is covered in here:-
https://docs.londonstockexchange.com/sites/default/files/documents/AIM%20Rules%20for%20Companies%20%2801012021%29_1.pdf
Cheers
ITT
tonlie, slow paying is not a bad debt, your glaring business inexperience so telling. You heard JC/HP say very clearly that funds were healthy and cash collection was running at all time highs. Within months, they were potless, what do you think happened? Now, what contract was delivered so fast, any one of them will do!
By the way, if CC are giving privileged information outside of their shareholder base, please provide proof of that also.
Well Colour if you think that is the case it would prudent of you to ask CC if they are suffering bad debts in India, otherwise that is a misleading statement.
ITT so you think a person with one share has the same credence as a Fund. If so why separate Corporate pitches, Colour may be able to help you there.
DYOR
Hi tonyj
The number of shares is irrelevant. If I have one share, I am a shareholder and the company has an obligation to keep me informed and not to withhold important information because it suits.
Cheers
ITT
Wouldn't single out Africa on that Dan, CC are clearly seeing same with India.... hence the placing.
Just one small caveat, which I don't think anyone has brought up, and I'm sure the company must have considered, is that, having observed other small companies trying to exploit amazing business opportunities in Africa, the customers, or the governments (especially if the customer is ultimately the government) are a little, er, hesitant about paying the bills.
Hello ITT.. Point taken if it's over 1m I am impressed but still not Fund size..
It may be JC is working in the direction of more updates, the more contracts on the go the more updates I hope.
My eyes now turn to Intellismart, apart Hardmans general summary the emphasis on 3m units of a 10m unit contract being up for grabs does not come out of the blue, so there must be a problem and if CC can resolve it then a big contract.
DYOR.
tonyj has no idea about life in general. His main interest here is who holds what.
So, 2 new orders, good news tonyj. Now, back to the question. You state your own absolute facts, give me the answer to just the one before we move on. You cannot state lie after lie, without providing something when asked, even if you do hide behind the DYOR.... which you clearly don't.
Hi tonyj
I'm not complaining about the company getting two sales in three days, just trying to explain why the market is behaving in the way it is. IMO, they should provide TUs consistently.
You have no idea how many shares I hold.
Cheers
ITT
ITT/Colour. You two are unbelievable, you ask/demand more contracts, one comes along in new territory and it is still not good enough. You, like me, are pidd**** little shareholders, yet you want the works, Fund holders are not making any moves to leave, so learn.
DYOR
Good morning tonyj,
It will also be interesting, when the news it not so sensitive, when all share-holders are informed of the country, the utility, the meter manufacturer and the value of the contract. And any intermediary, if there was one.
But there is enough information to be going on with. For me, anyway.
From the RNS today:-
John Cronin commented:-
" We are delighted to have received this contract from a new customer, in a new territory, which is once again testament to CyanConnodes technology. We look forward to working with this new customer to develop our business in Africa."
LTI.
Errr, yes, many can do that tonyj. They have been doing it, in volume, for years now. And can you give just one example of a CC rapid deployment. Anywhere will do.
