I hope it works out well . Just a question of keeping the troops intact and the bankers happy .Not a lot to ask !! .I would feel a lot more confident if the main board was popualted with some of the serious fee earners from the various brands under the umbrella .Estate agents are entreprenurial by nature so not having enough skin in the company for the long game makes them footloose and fancy free
Hi Sain,
24 months is a longtime...I don't trade short term, I have only lost doing that...I go long on all my acquisitions and have been generally successful with this strategy. My two holdings I am most excited abut over the next 24 months are CWD and MTRO
Convb . Well I wish I shared your confidence . Mine is a pure punt and sentiment play .I would be very surprised if LSH who they have certainly relied onto feed revenue have not been suffering more this year .The huge red flag for me would be the Boys From Belfast BTW Shiells jumping ship again. They really are Bobby Dazzlers having sold out for astronomic sums to CWD in its various guises in the past only to walk away gratis and rinse and repeat . I would be very happy for 5.5p to be breached .You can't go broke making a profit springs to mind !
Finally Sain you have dipped your toe in...you have showed great patience and are rewarded with an excellent entry price.
I also have entered previously at this level..my estimation is 15-20p within 24 month...a few things need ti happen geo-politically but I am happy going long on cwd.
Carer to share your future value in 24 months based on your investment today.
I have finally entered MTRO...I think she has some recovery in her medium to long term..
Space bar not working .No I havent changed my mind at all . They are carrying an uncomfortable amount of debt and unlikely in todays market to have made any inroads on that and they need some major changes to the BODS . Maybe more goodwill being written off too Only surprise is that some of the brands havent just drifted .I had bought some Foxtons and took advantage of yesterdays rise to book a small profit so just recycled some in a very small way .Certainly wont be talking out of my pocket and will be watching as ever and reporting as I find . What was worrying was the statement accomapnying Knight Frank's report "Group turnover fell 2%. The main cause, it said, was the decline in transactions in the south-east of England, including London."Pleasing news from Hamptons mind on C London Lettings
Welcome aboard, I hope we all make some money over the next 6 months.
I thought I noticed a little change in your negative posts over the last week or so, it's funny how one changes their mind / views when money is involved.
So maybe you are now turning into a half full glass gent instead of a leaky half empty one.
