Seems the message is, get over covid hype, look at long term options..
More options and warrants. No sales....
Probably fair to say that if they don’t release news this week then someone else will and beat them to it
Must contain some updates. Lots of news about use of Covid apps over weekend on bbc and sky. Need contract news to move this forward and I hope this week we get it
"Now if you get a phone app to work with this then it is a win win ...Think CTEA could be the one ???"
PRO2 I really hope so. I have shares in CTEA and ODX. I have posted before I dream that ODX do the antibody tests, AVCT do the Antigen tests SNG offer the treatment and its all recorded on the CTEA app. That would be lovely
Wow time flies just checked back and i mentioned it 5 weeks ago lol
I did say about 3 weeks ago a tie up with odx could be well possible.

https://facilityexecutive.com/2020/07/the-role-of-data-in-transforming-the-post-covid-workplace/
"In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, businesses are facing entirely new utilization and wellness challenges. When bringing employees back to the workplace, there is no one-size-fits-all plan. Each organization will face unique circumstances. Some will have too much space; some may stagger the return to the office; and others may ask that most of their employees continue to work remotely. At the same time, the risk of regional flare-ups of COVID-19 that could result in “local lockdowns” also impacts scenario planning.
For this reason, data and technology play a significant role in the return to the workplace, not just in keeping employees engaged and safe by maintaining social distancing and creating a productive environment, but also in maintaining buildings, maximizing space, and analyzing costs."
For the really big businesses with many employees it's been judged a bad idea by those businesses.
Risk assessment alone says offices can hold ~ 30% capacity and the cost / disruption of sending people back home is not to be underestimated.

"the combination of regular testing with strict household quarantine, which was not analysed in their models, has remarkable power to reduce transmission to the community from other household members as well as providing earlier diagnosis and facilitating rapid contact tracing."
All CTEA needs to do is be the middle app from the testing to the end-user, and hey presto easy to monitor and allow people access to shops etc...
Apart from that one news item whe they first announced it.
This is actually a message to anyone that is also in avac. Seeing that avac has already collaborated with another aim MWG wouldn’t this make a perfect fit?
In fact, doest look like there is a mention of cov-id any where on their website.
Interesting read. No mention of the cov-id app in the article. Are they quietly dropping that and going to push one of their other products instead ?
Yeah posted today.
They had some other job news on their linkedin that has since been pulled, so looks like the marketing and sales engine of the company is switching on
Good find Claire. Was this updated today?

"As societies cautiously emerge from lockdown into a ‘new normal’ reality, Catenae is helping to ensure that both health providers and the populations they serve can do so with confidence and peace of mind, based on the partnerships we build between care and technology."
Over? Far from it. As the song goes - We've only just begun.
Government announcement tonight: employers to decide on people returning back to work. For the really big businesses with many employees this would be a really good idea
I was enthused too. Hope is not over for us all yet! These things take time.
That's great to see MJe20. Shows that they have defined their proposition for a key market. Good evidence of where they are headed.
There's an interesting piece indicating Catenae is working with health care services (plural). At least it's a sign of some focus on comms. It appeared via linkedin. https://catenaeinnovation.com/news/providing-the-technology-that-makes-healthcare-stronger/
Interesting article on the BBC about weekly spit tests. One challenge would be seamlessly demonstrating that you have passed a recent test. Now if there was a GDPR compliant passporting app that was part of the clinical pathway and that worked at scale...wouldn't that be handy?

If other countries are heading the same way, then there is a very healthy market for the COV_ID app.
Something to think about over the weekend. Have a good one everybody.
