I see your logic bunsen, and I have to agree the JV is the thing that keeps me coming back here. I have no faith in CTEA on their own, but this does potentially open doors for them that they haven't been able to on their own. Whether or not they can convince the customers that it's worth the additional costs we'll have to wait and see.
Anyway, getting closer to my entry point again, lets see if it happens :)
Well I mean I do t know why BHA feel blockchain or CTEA are necessary but they obviously do and again I say why I think that - because they are going to work with something or someone very large. Say it was the South African government- maybe they feel it’s necessary? All I can say is the questions you’re asking mainly is why would BHA work with CTEA on a 50/50 basis - I think it’s pretty obvious- because something very big is happening and they need them. All my opinion and of course - time will tell
"the track & trace element is clearly going to be integral to BHA otherwise they wouldn’t have offered 50/50"
But the CTEA app is not track and trace. It just securely stores via blockchain the results of a covid test.
There are already several apps out there that do exactly the same, but without blockchain. The Halo app for exemple.
As I have mentioned before, I do not see why blockchain is essential for an app like this. Normal encryption, like the Halo app, is sufficient. It is after all only recording the results of a covid test - not your life history.
Other than poor marketing skills, that may be a reason why CTEA have not coming through with sales. There are other apps out there already being used by testing companies - the buyers of which have clearly already realised blockchain is not essential.
can you please highlight where I have asked you that question before ? im sure that's my first interaction with you tbh.
Stick to your game plan. Theres a reason these dudes are busy getting upset here.
Yes all I can do is apologise. Everyone has their opinions. Mine is simply that the track & trace element is clearly going to be integral to BHA otherwise they wouldn’t have offered 50/50. They’ve spoken about potential dealings with governments or along those lined and so for me this is a very exciting time to be onboard. Each to their own though! Oh and don’t forget - mkt cap is £6m so any kind of decent contract and we multiply many times. If mkt cap was £35m+ I’d be more nervous but at this level I see potential for massive up side
gosh, woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning haven't we
I disagree bunsen but I appreciate we don't all have the same opinion and you are willing to have an actual discussion.
As opposed to stegood asking me the same question he asks me each time I post. And show calling me a liar but not being able to back up his statement
If you watch the proactive interview with both CEOs it’s quite clear that BHA don’t feel they can get the big contracts without CTEAs track & trace element. You’re absolutely right - why don’t BHA just sell the tests and keep more profit - well for me the answer is simple - because they are targeting something big. If they get a contract with the S.A. government or get a big step into the private sector (ftse, stadiums, concerts etc etc) then BHA know they must have the track & trace to boot. Otherwise as you say - there’s no point in CTEA. Except there is - a big contract is coming their track & trace is an integral part
Why don't you tell me what is incorrect about my post, Shox? Explain how it's disinformation.
Lets also note then that the SP was 0.4p before CovID came along. So it made the company worth 6 times as much as it was before. There is plently of potential already priced in basing it on there having been no paying customers at the peak of the disease and lockdown that this app was meant to help.
Ignore the disinformation below. Its quite obvious who those Twitter trolls are. DYOR.
Why are you asking me a question I've answered numeruous times on this board before stegood? So you can call me sad for coming on this board. Go ahead. It doesn't bother me and won't make me upset so that I never come back here. This is a CTEA discussion board open to the public. It's for people to discuss CTEA. It's not a board where you're not allowed to say anything negative or question some blatant lies being posted. As much as it upsets people when anyone dares to have an opinion that doesn't confirm with the mega bagger everyone on here wants to see, I feel it's good to have a balance.
bunsenburner. It doesn't have to be the UK government but it seems from reading the last few days posts that is the main discussion point and where people hope the revenue is coming from. BHA hold all the power in the JV. They make profit if they sell tests and profit if the customer chooses to have CovID bundled in with it. What makes you so sure tas to say it's a certainty that contracts will come. It's been months now and no-one wants CovID still.
So when someone says "you can have this £10 covid test or you can pay £12 and have an app to store tour results. An app that no government or company recognises. I assume there is some sort of subscription to go with it too. Blockchain is expensive. That would be my guess to the main reason as to why no-one wants CovID. This is forgetting that it's useless until large amounts of companies or govs start agreeing to trust it as a source that you don't have covid. Although that result can be invalid the day after if you catch it can't it?
Also worth noting - the SP was 2.50p BEFORE the announcement of the JV with BHA. So anyone complaining that a contract has not been signed yet - the JV is essentially valued at £0. So in that sense, it’s an investment that you can’t lose on (obviously you can but my point is simply that the market has not factored in even the potential)
at what price are you planning on investing Crizmo if not already invested ?
GLA
Cannot sell for the past two days!
Why does it have to be the British government? CTEA are based on the U.K. but BHA’s main customers are South African - so surely a contract with the South African government is more likely. They also have offices in the US so something could be going on over there but far less likely. Why would the two companies form a JV if they weren’t clearly happy with what each party offered? This JV is not just covid testing - they will work together on many diseases & viruses to track and trace. Then there’s the private sector route. Yes it’s frustrating we’ve not had a contract I grant you but it will come, of that there is no doubt. You don’t form a JV partnership, go to great lengths for nothing. Something big is on its way
I said I'd leave you people alone for a month and I did. Since then how has the groundbreaking news you were all so made up with worked out. Here's my summary of what I've missed
Still no paying customers for CovID
Afrik-ID is basically extending the trial. So nothing has come of that in 4 months.
Guy has done another interview saying there's lots of interest. Just like the one he did 5 months ago. The first interview was clearly a lie as not one single contract came for CovID. You've all bought back in though. He's telling the truth this time clearly.
You all talk about big contracts for millions of tests but CTEA only get 50/50 split of the profits if CovID goes with it. The government already have a track and trace app so this won't happen. Which means any mass test sales will be 100% profit in BHA back pocket.
"The complete solution" gets thrown around lots. What tie does the app have to the tests? The answer is none. Someone could buy all the tests from BHA (£0 revenue to CTEA) and use another app to record the results. There is nothing that links them. Whatever CovID does with the BHA tests can be done with anyone elses app.
some one should flag CTEA up to the press or local MPs as offering complete testing solution
Yes so the Innova test doesn’t look much good which paves the way for CTEAs Healgen test which has all the certifications, accuracies and costs efficiencies it needs to be highly successful
As lewy has also summarised his opinion, do you expect not to hear from him again either?
DG73 Thank you for your post yesterday. I expect that to be the last we hear from you as you summarised your opinion so well, you don’t need to say any more.
Not looking good for the Innova test

Well said. And the thing is - it only takes one RNS to completely change the fortunes of this company. One contract RNS and it’s all been a massive success
