Owls - you are right about not using anything anyone says on a BB to make an nvestment decision. The other day I got into a minor argument with what I consider to be a ramper on another board. This is a person who posts copious amounts of analysis theories presented as fact and financial projections etc etc, and they had the nerve to try and blame me for acting on what was said on BB's ! So the only response was to say why do you spend so much time posting this blurb if you are not trying to inflate your investment !!!
@Owls
Well its Friday and we were nowhere near 29p
"I had a feeling".....LOL LOL
Hi Captain Hindsight.
I was referring to Eatstocks ability to predict when the SP will drop and rise.
When you look at it like that his analysis has been spot on every time.
He said this will drop... it did!! However he predicted we will have a strong finish at the end of the week.... it did!!
I couldn't predict that and you certainly couldn't.... and if you think you can then you're not very good at it as why would you let it drop from £1.40??
Tell me, are you this pathetic with the weather man? Do you ring the BBC and say how dare you get the weather wrong. You told me it would rise to 29 degrees today but it was only 25?
Dave, I was responding to your comment "Eatstocks predictions are more or less spot on. In fact, struggling to remember one he has got wrong". And yet his latest one was way out.
I tend to have a quick look at the BBs evening time for a bit of light entertainment, I certainly wouldn't use anything on here as part of my investment decisions.
HH, I am invested in about 30 stocks across the FTSE, hardly a tracker. I make on average over 10% a year so I'm more than happy with my strategy. I make more profits than losses but I admit it when I get it wrong (e.g. CPI) rather than keep blind faith.

Still in here!
Disabledman.... you're right mate the newsletter has been updated and no longer mentions ESS. Strange
Sorry for typos as usual, not at the pub, just drinking red with my wife if thats allowed
Many if us had a **** day if the hyenas wanna come in and laugh go fo it. Could not car less.
Eats, if this has a sharp rise tomorrow then you would have called this week correct.
You said it will drop it did and hopefully rise tomorrow.
Not shocked at all Owls and Bert aka Captain Hindsight and his sidekick Penfold popped up again.
Anyway I had a shot day, give me a break.
Got my ftse100 right though which if you followed paid a good 200 pips
Pigs fly ? Good grief going on the back of those predictions there's more chance the moon ship might fly LOL
True got that totally wrong.

@Owls
LOL you didnt need to look too far back for that one !
The one before was a breakout @28.5pence
It duly fell down immediately.....
29p ...pigs will fly !!
It's that time of the day..... Ive noticed you only seem to pop up when it's dark.. you should change your name to Night Owl... what is it? Wake up in a bad mood and take it out on Capita for having a £1.40 average?
"Eatstocks predictions are more or less spot on. In fact, struggling to remember one he has got wrong."
How about his last one.
"I don't believe we won't close bellow 24.20. And we will get a sharp jump to 29 tomorrow or Friday."
Agree with the % and admin comment.
If anyone is new to this board... Eatstocks predictions are more or less spot on. In fact, struggling to remember one he has got wrong.
I did predict before that we would fall to that price if we broke the 25.50 mark.
Now I don't see it following much lower.
I would advise anyone not yet invested to wait for a 26+ breakout.
I am as many of you invested in here and today was hard to swallow, but if you don't sell the only reason you would lose is if Capita goes into administration, the odds of that happening in my opinion are extremely low.
