scrambler
i'm an Idiot. you looking in the mirror again
sure you'll have plenty more to say about this.
Ive got better things to do.
Safe as a Nuns virginity!
@ Mr Nation Almost anything can go bust, lets just hope this doesn't, pretty sure it won't but could be a low SP if we are unlucky.
Sold out in March and still banging on in October. What a complete idiot.
scrambler
bla bla bla More B* S*
people like you certainly put people of investing. Its your way or the highway is it.
As least I saw the righting on the wall and got out and not continuing to invest in a dead dog.
Good luck to you.
Thats going to be an other one of your very successfully shortlived losses. You were long yesterday and short today.
Shorting lows and buying highs. Bloody genius you are
TWDIF,
then there is something wrong with you if you got out in march and still bleating on about Capita in October.
No one is listening to your rubbish so just fade away.
@mylordflasheart
maybe I am a disgruntled ex-employee but when I did leave I was really happy about it.
For me, the company was not a good fit. Even if they were underhanded about it. So time to move on.
Anyway, enough said, hope you and your fellow share holders have better fortunes with CPI
Wow....Scrambler. Aggressive. Chill pill !!
Think I have earnt the right to say what I think about this company.
who's to say I wasn't a share holder and got out at about 80p in March
left 3 months ago
the company reported a loss of £63m while debt had ballooned to £791m.
My understanding is that the education arm, put up for sale, has not sold.
In recent weeks a private equity company might be interested. If that does happen then that would shake things up a bit.
Referencing Bruce W (was the lead) in Armageddon
Funny thing is at least Willis raked in $553.7M at the box office.
JL is still having round table talks. Guy isn't capable of closing a door let alone a sale!
Not a particularly hard sell, companies audited financial performance referenceable. Agree it, sign up Head of Terms roll into legal's. Haven't even agreed a sale yet! 5-6 months down the line.
Night....ha ha.....Sputnik Reg
Reg - I wouldn't mind the stars...just don't want Bruce Willis flying the spaceship.!
@ TWDIF
Well, I still work for them and have for many years. I've lived with the solid changes and positive evolution of the business since JL took the reigns, and if I didn't have confidence then I wouldn't have bought 40,000 of these suckers.
You're coming across a disgruntled ex-employee with no stake in the operation succeeding.
Isa, something will happen before it gets to that stage. Reg
Nightwatch,....this company is on the block.....the lower the sp.....Why have the moon (ESS) when you can have the stars (Capita)....Reg
Dave_1, Directive22, regvarny and fellow Capita investors.
We are all in the same boat JL needs to take responsibility. Guy is simply robbing a living!
hi reg i agree 100 percent , and to all negative people on here once they sell ess later in yr theres going to be lots of people going to make some good money so to all doom and gloom merchants **** off and kiss my disabled arse bye bye all negative people
When the existing assets significantly outweigh the ongoing debt obligations. Surely an 'incompetent' CEO such as Capita would understand off load more units. Trimming headcount will just hamper growth. Selling ESS will help but not eradicate ongoing commitment.
JL is a useless fool. Can do his management promotions in a charity somewhere i.e. a place that makes no money (non for profit). Then again he is a crook, probably make it 90% in pay packages and 10% back into charity.
Guy needs to take responsibility or get off the pot! I would like to see him take a significant pay reduction. 50% of his wages awarded in shares. Also for his ego to understand he is actually rubbish at his job and gradual decline is because of him!
Why is the sp so low? Why are management not defending the share price. You could argue they have thrown in the towel. Absolute tosh! No, the only sensible conclusion I can come to, is this is a deliberate strategy to allow vested interests to purchase shares cheaply and attract a takeover.... I think this company is going cheap in the sales.....Serco are the obvious suiters IMHO. Reg
I agree with you Dave. When I saw H1 result, it feels very frustrating, demoralising and they did not even try to soften things up. Nothing to be positive about. The real question only high level Capita can answer is why would you release such complete negative report in the first place. Either Capita will be doomed eventually in a year or so or it is the intention to keep the price low. I'm hoping it's the latter. Even an incompetent CEO will try to publish somewhat reasonable H1 result to soften the blows. Either they know smth we don't or they are dumber than dumb itself.
Night watch... I can't argue against the JL comments from earlier.
Fingers cross it all comes good in the end
Capita have 3 debt repayments in the next 18 months.. one being £200 million. (Full total £250 million)
This is the reason the big investors are backing off.
As soon as ESS is sold and the cash put aside for these payments then you will see this as a very safe bet long term. Obviously the more ESS goes for the better.
I strongly believe Capita H1 results were manipulated in a way to report profit at the end of this year.... (apologies if u have just spat your tea out)
I honestly do, if you look into the following
1, Holiday payment... everyone in Capita has been told you can not carry over any outstanding holiday and this years entitlement had to be submitted last month for 2020, anyone who gained extras days can spread them out over 2021 which means no payment unless the employee leaves the company. Possible saving of 45 million.
2, Capita have never paid any cash to the pension deficit at half year... this year they put a side £17 million... leaving roughly £45 m to pay in March.
3, restructuring costs are down 40% if that trend continues to full year you will see a saving of roughly £70 million from 2019.
The reason for the big restructuring costs for 2019 was a massive contract loss which resulted in redundancy etc.
Add further cut backs and furlough cash and office closures I'm starting to think Capita could report net profit.
Question is why did Capita manipulate the H1 which resulted in 10% drop?
By the way I did slightly get H1 prediction correct, I did say we are looking at a small loss / break even...so don't think I'm ramping this.
Watch out Berk is back...again
Actually last time you started giving your two cents worth - these shot up!! Then you vanished into thin air 'pooooooof' like magic.
TWDIF........why are you here? You are Not invested, dont want to be invested. Our saviour? Our investment guru? Just being altruistic? I dont think so.
Who would put negative comments on a bb about a share since March?
Clear off sonewhere else
