Since when has Canada lead the way, they are looking at LSE for the catalyst.
shaa this is what i been trying to say all the time .
Since when has Canada lead the way, they are looking at LSE for the catalyst.
WTI back over $72, the longer we stay suspended the richer we become as every day we are producing - CHILLAX.
@star guilty as charged
LB is right unfortunately. NA market has said thanks but no thanks.
Looking forward to this changing.

Nothing happened in the dead market as expected
@HFB I do hope for the sake of those who have funds stranded here that it becomes fungible again on LSE sooner rather than later. I do.
Just giving my opinion on the probability. Based only on reading personal tea leaves, plus the pattern of comms on the subject.
I know nothing more than anyone else, and am only one of hundreds of opinions here.
Yes it could technically happen this week. Heck it could happen half an hour from now when trading closes in Canada. I hope for your sake it does.
Dealing with regulators can't be fun, and I could see getting hung up on one issue or another and choosing to spend extra time going back and forth with them. Sounds plausible, no?
After all, Art's pumping oil and cashing cheques for operating netbacks 24 hours a day. The relist is definitely "on his to-do list", but not critical path to running the company.
(Main motivation for relisting, IMO, will be dilution and acquisition projects. That I can do without, so if it stays suspended I won't cry too many salty tears.)
as said the real deal is when we see our name in lights on these two websites
confirmed approval and a date to trade until then or he updates us mushrooms
with an official RNA message to say otherwise we are all in limbo guessing lol

the process can be in continuance with supplementals from an initially declined prospectus
submission which some of us think is the case and now hoping the publication of results and
dropping them into the prospectus was the last piece of compliance required by the FCA
They may have even told Arty so, ok mate we still need x, y , z once compiled and added you
are good to go, so fingers crossed we are in the final throws of the process for approval and
can quickly move to his delist/relist arrangement with the Exchange and its a wrap lol
:))
Guys if it was going to relist soon at all, they wouldn't have needed last night's "fluffer" RNA IMO. Which unfortunately didn't work anyway.
Language was clear in its' opacity IMO. "working on finalizing" -- WTF does that mean.
If my kid told me that, I would know he didn't do his homework.
We know the value is there, and the longer the wait the higher the probability that we relist with actual earnings.
I'd actually rather not relist right now today, as a (nominally) money-losing enterprise.
North American markets' response has been swift and savage: Basically told Art and his assurances to fck a gravel driveway.
Approximately zero uptake on the post-Q1 company, breathless production anecdotes notwithstanding.
Waiting is worth it in this case.
Just remember the guidelines on the FCA and Exchange are just that an not set in stone
FCA and Arty from previous RNA messages over rns/sedar suggest dialogue has been ONGOING
for sometime, the rejected prospectus can be tweaked by supplementals guided by the FCA in
which case if the results where the final cog in the requirements wheel, we are done and be it
a newly submitted or supplemental, they could approve in 1 day
(the guide is a max response up to 10 days or supplemental up to 5 days)
The Exchange is a guideline of 10 working days, again from Arty's previous RNA messages he had
been in dialogue with the exchange for months, delist April / cancelled and his now plan to do a
quick delist / relist once ready , again if an arrangement still in play it could happen quickly on the
back of FCA approval
Only Arty and those in that dialogue in the loop but in Theory , if amicable after all this time working
together to get us over the line, it could be a next day approval and whatever his arrangement was
with the Exchange , said quick delist/relist but no timeframe given at the time
But if they went to the trouble of making the original arrangement , would be surprised if it is not less
than the Exchanges standard listing on the Main Market , guideline of 10 working days (2 weeks)
Hopefully Arty again remembers the rna/rns system this week and provides an update on those details
and arrangements with the authorities GLA l8trs
:))
Many quoting your proactive as the source at the bottom of articles, so the word should be
well spread in time for our relisting and RERATE

bloody auto correct , just about every NOT and NOW in the last post switched lol

mannan
certainly possible if the supplemental dropped in today , as said could be approved next
day if that was all the FCA where waiting for and if so Arty's other previous quickie delist
and relist IF still in play could see us back next week, again its all guesses
BUT at most if we are now fully paperwork sorted, we could not follow the NORMAL plan for
an rto suspended to do the deal , and 3-4 weeks max for the final 2 steps of an IPO ,we did
a reverse take over in reverse deal completed then suspended to sort the paperwork lol
So be it next week or not , all should now be moving quickly
paperwork and accounts sorted , re- org completed (sedar) , results submitted hopefully
also not dropped into supplemental prospectus - quick approval having complied with
FCA requests - Fingers crossed Arty's deal with the exchange still stands for delist/listing
bish bash bosh and trading again very soon lol
:))
We as many have said all guessing from the info available and normal process and
regulations but as said before , it's their rules the FCA and Market can change them
if it suits THEM to do so
All will become clear as mud , when we turn up on these 2 links
an approved prospectus and a firm or provisional date for TRADING on the exchange

1 week. Is I’m expecting to relist
Holstb
Fits nicely with my many posts, that we SHOULD be under a supplemental to an initially
rejected prospectus and if submitted Today, it could be approved as early as tomorrow
(original 1-10 working day response / supplementals 1 - 5 working days max response)
Hello Ben:
I attended the Annual and Special meeting yesterday and there was mention about the time it is taking to relist on London. He said the prospectus is in their hands and that he is hopeful the process will conclude by mid-July. He spent a bit of time explaining that the audit done for Atomic was a challenge because there was little attention paid to bookkeeping and that because it was just one person doing everything (the owner) it took considerable time doing 3 years of audits. But he did mention there are no liabilities carrying over to COPL. Art is not able to do an interview or put out any news whatsoever until the prospectus is cleared by the FCA. That is the law in the UK and also in Canada. I hope this helps and many thanks for your patience and loyalty. I agree with you!
Kind Regards,
Cathy

This is an email I got from the PR people 3rd June.
The prospectus can’t be FINALISED until the accounts are included in it, but the work is done. All we were waiting for was the accounts. It could be a 5 day turnaround from the FCA.
YM
the wording in the releases suggest we did long since and it was knocked back MORE REQUIRED
which would bring forth either a full new prospectus to be submitted later
OR as I am hoping , original retained and supplemental prospectus 1-5 day response , not read
the war and peace of it on FCA recently but last I looked , you could submit up to 5 supplementals
before they cut you off
So as said in the previous post , we could in theory have been waiting as per the words in the RNA
message Supplemental to be dropped in :)) and if that was done with publication of results on
Friday or this Morning , Friday - Thursday or Mon-Friday , 1-5 day APPROVAL could now be in play
:))
Holstb, so why are people still saying the prospectus may be submitted this week or next week?! They obviously need to be put right!
and Groover long time no chat , you need to look at RNA messages on the Canadian SEDAR where
COPL is XOP, the up to 100-1 consolidation has been approved
Arty seems to forget for the past few months , he can still send them to us also via the rns exchange
newswire , feed us mushrooms lol
