Coplfiddler thanks but no thanks for your direct reply.
Eye am not worthy of this interjection from ewe.
Like most Atomic ++ holders, we do not give a funk what you spout forth
DYOR and interrogations
Be happy with your investment .
That. Really made me laugh out loud.
But I suspect this applies well beyond The Valleys. Lol
Coplholder - please don't tar the Welsh with the same brush- we cant all sing, you ought to hear my wife! Second thoughts you wouldn't want to hear my wife.
Llewelyn only finds a voice on here due to his Welsh upbringing so be forgiving.
As a child Llewelyn came home from school and told his mum he had a part in the school play.
'Wonderful' said his mum 'What part have you got?'
Llewelyn said 'I play the part of the Welsh husband.'
His mother scowled and said 'Go back and tell them you want a speaking part.'
CH - I’m going to have to disagree with you on two of your last comments.
A) Llywelyn’s fantasy deramps we’re highly amusing. So much so one of the drab four partook in the merriments. (Ironhide you are the funniest of the bunch).
B) None of the drab four are anywhere near being partially funny.
Yep bridging loans allow you to span a gap in liquidity, expensive but short term.
Exactly what I thought Shouston…..
The ducks are lined up.
When they start to get knocked down one by one, surely the rerate will start to happen
1 US court approval
2 RS report
3 Formal completion of the Cuda purchase
4 RBL agreed
It looks like Canada has heard something, tomorrow should be interesting
I am confident that AM would not commit to a bridging loan if a RBL was not lined up.

"not necessary to have a hearing..."
WHY NOT!!!
Because nobody is challenging the f'in decision..
The judge just has to que up a tune requested by that," Sly Old fox in the corner, licking his lips"

1509 thanks.
I would like to add something to the end of your post if I may.
“It will be done in Chambers as it is not necessary to have a hearing, no issues”.
Thanks 1509 for reaching out for the truth.
As for Llyelyn, I always feared your 4th point would be our greatest risk to success...
4. A religious cult will have taken over some of the compounds and started worshipping the Sage Grouse
Iron gets," quip of the day"..I even clicked that one LOL
"Aha me ARTies!!!!"
Coplfiddler, did you giggle at that one?
We know CUDA adds 47% to the reserves. It's a no brainer.
XOP on the move!
Charts looking prime for a repeat of what happened when the Oil find was announced.
LittlePhish on the Canadian chat shared these trading views which I think would be good shared over here too.

Should be wrapping it up about now then!
I have received a reply from FTI
The court hearing is transferred from in person to via teleconference, therefore the courtroom status shows vacated. The court hearing time is still the same.

We’re 7.4% up from last week, I’d take that weekly rise for the next 12 months no problem.
Not bad Ironhide :)
I’ve never heard such rubbish in my life Llewelyn! Exactly how are these so called “Pirates” going to sail their ships in Wyoming? And what…..I suppose they’ll be using Sage grouse instead of parrots, will they?
It's basically a done deal and a non-story. Happy days.
However, if I was now paid to have an alter-ego for the benefit of some dodgy little cabal that seeks to benefit from turning reality to something a little less convincing, I would.......seek assurances (make it up) of the exact time and date this gets rubber stamped, and if not forthcoming, I will convince myself (not really as I know this will be huge) and others (most definitely, I'm paid for this) that the massive oil find in Wyoming (COPL oil - fact) and CUDA production will result in:
1. oil slowly seeping away as the minutes of some imaginary made up deadline passes....leaving COPL with no oil
2. AM will have absconded with our money (yes, our money) to Cuba or Barry Island (no extradition treaty)
3. Pirates and trailer boys will have stolen all the heavy equipment and infrastructure in order to buy some beer
4. A religious cult will have taken over some of the compounds and started worshipping the Sage Grouse
5. That WTI will be down to $22 (but hey, there's no oil so who cares)
6. That the increasing use of bicycles renders oil a meaningless commodity
7. That seaweed will replace oil anyway, and that offshore dusters are the O&G companies we should really invest in, as there's lot's of potential seaweed to harvest from their rigs
8. Can I stop now boss? It's 19p...
GLALTH
Not sure about that Gold, your interpretation is that the case will be rescheduled, mine is that it will not and it is done and dusted, no need for a case as there is no longer an objection.
There will obviously still be a closing but the courts done.
Its a joke, obviously not.. but heh if you think it was serious, over to you.
Not sure that volume can be called “on the move”.
Right direction of travel though!
Actually, I am so convinced I am correct in my assumptions / analysis for this case that I'll make a bet.... how about if I am wrong, I'll leave here and if you (Gold, or any of the others for that matter, you know who we mean) are wrong, then you likewise do the same, no coming back........bet there's no takers?
Xop on the move
I think this is why keeping production bopd down until USA court has stamped and signed off the deal - this stops anyone from shouting and complaining that copl are getting an absolute bargain and the price for Cuda should be higher.
Imo
As if by magic TW turns up in his Calamari overcoat.
Did you forget to change your moniker back over Pizzaboi?
Thanks for looking in, now kindly FO.
Yep, that's him, the toxic Trollmeister General.
You out on remand?
