Lots of smoke and mirrors here always has been the case, if the truth is bad rest assured we'll be the last to find out. Pay your money take your chance could go either way. However from here I don't think there is much more downside to this share, but possibly a very good upside albeit 50:50 IMO
I'm sure its just a maintenance issue been taken to the paint shop .....
After those 20 ancillary vehicles we recently bought have performed their 20 or so journeys to dismantle and redeliver the rigs each time to a new well location at MJF I wonder what they do with them for the next 2 - 3 months while they aren't being used ? such a waste of resource to leave things idle ....
6th November - Sinopec stuff up A8.... Clive had made comments that Casp staff understand as much if not more about the BNG drills than their Sinopec counterparts ....
" Work to clean the well is progressing satisfactorily, with periodic oil flows to the surface. Work has recently paused pending the arrival of additional coil tubing equipment."
Extensive use of powerful coil tubing equipment has been followed by two separate acid treatments.
Followed by,
A mixture of oil, gas, water and drilling mud flowed to the surface. The pressure in the well has remained strong throughout the process. Our intention is now to close the well for a short period to confirm the pressure measurements before deciding how to proceed.
I.E A8 is stuffed like the others .....
8th Jan - "Well 150 was spudded in mid-December with a Total Depth of some 2,500 meters."
Also 8th Jan deep Wells A9
Following the success at Deep Well A5 we are keen to press on with further deep drilling on the Airshagyl structure. The next deep well there is expected to be Deep Well A9, which, if successful, would extend the perimeter of the Airshagyl structure.
Our intention is to spud Deep Well A9 in the first half of 2020. - THAT'S NOW ISNT IT ?
21st Jan ... " The Board of Caspian Sunrise is pleased to announce the proposed acquisition of the Caspian Explorer, can drill to depths of 6,000 meters" .
Talking of a waste of resource - Tim Field I cant imagine they lured him on board and then left him sitting idle, he doesn't strike me as the type to be happy sat on the subs bench, I Dunga what he is up to ?
I've got it Coffee, the towers not erect on one of the photos. When you put the tower up the paint falls off.
Quaytec ... yup, ignore marine traffic site, keep that for 2022/23 ... but what about the game as per my earlier post ??
Berthed up
Marine traffic shows it in the middle of the port entrance, it's actually alongside a jetty breathed up

Just on it;s own,,,, all alone...By it's self ,,, Unloved,,, Unwashed.....
Lol sounds something like that song. I had a commercial fishing boat. The captain sank it at the dock. Cost me over $50,000. One of the worst days of my life.
Not necessarily a new one .... adds options ....
It opens up a whole new world for us
and ancillary kit onboard for the guestimated $30m fit out...
Diver - another RNS correction drilling depths 2.5 to 5.5 metres not the 7.5 in the RNS .....
If you read the original spec sheet it gives you the numbers.
Ha ha the Caspian is that shallow I don't think anyone would notice if it sank, To date, Caspian Sunrise has focused exclusively on onshore exploration and production. In parts of the Northern Caspian Sea, where the company’s management believes there are attractive oil producing prospects, the water levels are extremely shallow and cannot be explored with traditional deepwater rigs.According to the company, the independent directors believe the Caspian Explorer to be the only currently operational drilling vessel of its type capable of operating in water as shallow as 2.5 meters in the Caspian Sea. Further, given the lead times and construction costs, the independent directors do not expect a new competing drilling vessel to enter the market in the next few years.
Rhertig, did you write a song about that a few years ago ?
Sinking at the dock of the bay ?
Watching the C.E rolling away ....
Went something like that didn't it ??
It sank at the dock. Oh never mind that was my boat.
Awww come on tell us, it will be dark over there soon

Anyone got live satellite images on their pc ? have a look at what Boaty Mcdrill Face is up to in harbour ...................
You would think no activity and mothballed until contract wouldn't you ??
