With all these warrants flying about I cant see the sp going anywhere.I should done more research.End of month the contract has to be signed for $6.5M or it lapses apparently. Why all these warrants if all this money is coming their way.Yes I sold early this morning.
Thanks for your reply Trellis and you're right I don't know what dirt you've dug up on Parsons and his entourage........good luck with that one. My comment on why folk didn't see it coming still stands.......it was like the emperors new clothes.........let's just leave that one anyway.
I didn't know you were an LTH and a balanced board is always best.
I'll just sit at the back and watch for a while.
All the best.
I'm new to this stock but I do realise that risk is well priced in.
Trellis, I really think you should stop trying to make comparisons with SOU (Sound Energy ) as it was the snake oil salesman who was responsible for that debacle and it still surprises me that intelligent folk lost life changing sums when it was frankly quite obvious.
Now you are presiding over the shareholder action group which is the last refuge for the shafted shareholder and is well known for having zero success across all fronts......the guilty are always a couple of steps ahead of you......... Why are you here ?
I've seen Mr Emptor on other boards and the impression I get is of a shorter with an ironic name talking his book.
I prefer statements like our assets are worth more than our share price.
Good Luck Everyone.
For sure Caveat Emptor, (very apt name btw)
That is why his companies make news like this -
"Xtract Resources – Calamity Bird does it again: another forward sold placing with spiv bucket shop Novum plus dirty dealings by ex Beaufort boss and there was just no need!
2020-09-30 10:23:15
Having advised readers to bank big gains on Xtract Resources (XTR), I waited the requisite period and then dumped my own shares, disgusted by the way that Chairman Colin “Calamity” Bird seemed determined to dilute his mug punters in a shameless and un-needed fashion. Today, vindication."
"C B has changed the direction of each of those companies over the last two years such that their assets are becoming aligned"
Hmmm
New potential investors looking in here....
CaveatEmptor can't handle the truth, and trellis wants to help him not handle the truth.
Aww that's lovely, but money don't care about your love.
Facts are "bullshiiit" and "immoral".
Tell the share price.
Sending love to Mrs Caveat and Mrs trellis, Lord knows they needs it.
trellis 23:47 "your points are indeed valid"
No shizzle sherlock, facts usually are valid.
"I continue to respect Caveat Emptor even when I disagree with him"
Caveat is wrong, but that's okay, I like him.
Jesus SMH.
Jesus trellis,
You don't half over think things and beat around the bush!
You just said you agree with me, and Caveat is a knob (but you like him).
I only posted facts, you have now made it personal.
trellis, you need to be more decisive.
It was CaveatEmptor that started the whole "bullshiiit" and "immoral" thing.
I just replied to it.
"Caveat Emptor even when I disagree with him"
Jeezus, any sane person disagrees with him.
"even where I agree with you."
So you agree with me, and the truth, that's good!
Why are we now celebrating the truth?
Should it not be a standard?
I did not make "contrary views" I have only posted facts.
" I find it hard to respect you even where I agree with you."
I don't care, and money certainly don't care who you respect.
You agree with me, that's a start! I have only posted facts.
Agreeing with facts is good going forward.
Sending love to Mrs Caveat and Mrs trellis, Lord knows they needs it.
You are welcome 8ead,
I have only posted facts, some on here seem to not like facts.
As you state, views from all should be heard, whether long or short.
I have took a kicking from one sided idiots, to try and show you the truth.
I gave no advice, just posted facts. That's what this BB is for.
It appears some people think differently.
Sending love to Mrs Caveat, Lord knows she needs it.
8ead, I think you now have your answer.
Facts, figures, and CaveatEmptor (very apt name).
Thinks facts and figures are "bullshiiit" and "immoral".
Sending love to Mrs Caveat, Lord knows she needs it.
Good luck with your research and investments.
TAF.
@Takeaimfire
Thankyou very much for your information, I must admit I dont research the leaders of companies as much as I should.
It is a very interesting read on this gentleman, time will tell if he can get it right with this company.
He is a slight mark against in this share but with many other positives time will tell.
Appreciate other posters imput, these boards have beeinvaliable over the last 12 months all information welcome from shorters, long term holders and others, im learning to cancel tge noise and pick oit good snippets off info to help
Yes, I do usually believe facts, and that is all I posted.
Night night, say your prayers and dream of unicorns.
All the best to Mrs Caveat, she needs it.
Sad thing is that you seem to believe what you are saying. Sleep tight.
"Posters that quote bullshiiit tend to speak it. If the cap fits..."
It was YOU! - CaveatEmptor 20:57
"Interesting to note you can buy bullshiiit, just as easily as you can buy shares."
Makes no sense at all, but hey ho. It takes all sorts I suppose.
Jeez I feel sorry for Mrs CaveatEmptor, life with someone who doesn't remember what they said 30 minutes ago must be no fun at all!
You tell me the if cap fits? For posting what YOU said! HaHa! You need help.
8ead asked for facts, I posted facts for 8ead.
You jumped on me saying facts are "bullshiiit" and "immoral"
I was not talking to you, I was talking to (and even named) 8ead in my post.
18:47 "8ead, I always look at the people at the helm."
What a great example you set for any newcomers to this BB!
Facts are "bullshiiit" and "immoral". Nobody is allowed to discuss or share information.
8ead asked a question, you say it should not be answered.
Sad, very sad.
Yes, many think it is immoral to post, as evidence, news articles which have not been researched or which you think are false. If you think those 'news' articles that you posted are true, or posted them without carrying out due diligence then that says a lot about your posts.
Posters that quote bullshiiit tend to speak it. If the cap fits...
My motivation was, 8ead asked for any insight.
That's what this board is for right?
I posted only facts and news articles, no opinions or advice.
Not sure what your "bullshiiit" comment is refering to?
Facts and news are now "immoral"?
SMH, I think thou doth protest too much.
Interesting to note you can buy bullshiiit, just as easily as you can buy shares. Quite right, my name is often very apt...
Many of us have our own opinions of the reasons for the content of that report. Hopefully your motivation is not as immoral as the decision that some think was taken byTW? I guess only time, and your posts, will tell...
And news like this.

"C B has changed the direction of each of those companies over the last two years such that their assets are becoming aligned"
Hmmm.
I agree Enrico, and it seems to me that C B has changed the direction of each of those companies over the last two years such that their assets are becoming aligned, particularly when you take the expertise of JLP into account ( a serious £150M CB company coming into focus at the moment)
Maybe 5 separate companies at the moment, but maybe one mega prospect in the near future if all the assets and skill sets are amalgamated? Watch this space...
Enrico, yes I held XTR in 2016 (0.2 average),
and before the 200 to 1 consolodation and then the endless dilution.
I must point out though, I have given no advice or even an opinion.
All I have done is post facts, and asked people to make their own mind up.
8ead asked for any info or thoughts, I answered.
Age is only a number? Warren Buffet? Jeez Moonglow, you really are wearing the rose tinted.
GLA, TAF.
Good for him, at the tender age of 80. :-)
Joking aside, I'd discount the non-executive positions, as some businessmen tend to be independent directors of a large number of companies, and that takes just a few hours of their time once a month or even once a quarter. That leaves four companies: Galileo, Bezant, Xtract and Tiger. I've looked at these, plus Jubilee, and couldn't see anything fundamentally wrong within the most recent period (last two years). Not even with Xtract. Was your bad experience a few years ago, or did you get caught on the early September spike there?

Age is only a number - Warren Buffet is in his mid 80’s and still works very long hours and is extremely driven.
Must admit I think this is my first CB company as well, but i’ve Just gone on RNS’s and interviews and to me he comes across very well.
"just a very energetic businessman"? He is nearly 80 years old!
I did lose my shirt with Xtract Resources, that's what made me look closer.
How could even the most energetic person manage these positions?
