Exercised my right to change my mind and took up my allocation yesterday. I have been with Halifax for years and found them excellent to deal with.
I finally got my OO shares through after calling Jarvis for LSE. Going to take my full entitlement plus another 40% as its all the cash I could shake out the kids piggy banks.

Monkfish457 - I'm with Charles Stanley Direct. Received OO details today via their app. Charles Stanley stated cut off was 28th October @ 15:00 but your broker may be different. I've requested to purchase more than my standard entitlement. I've asked for 1 in 4 =]
Not heard anything from HL yet. If anyone on here is with them have they heard anything yet?
Monk - all the info regarding dates etc is in the latest RNS. You need to chase your broker If you haven’t heard anything from them yet. I received confirmation from mine yesterday and have responded with full allocation plus a further 120,000 shares.
Two of my brokers hold BPC on my behalf.
One has released my entitlement to me which I have taken up.
The other has indicated it will release as soon as possible but no sign so far.
I guess it is a function of whose Corp action guys are most efficient.

I'm not sure about the LSE platform, so perhaps worth contacting them to ask.
My ones under the 'Corporate Actions' link, within the brokers platform that I use.

Hi guys,
I'm with LSE now (previously iii) and I've still no notification of any OO allocation. I've nothing through the post either. Are those that have received their entitlement getting it online of through the post? Also, what's the OO application cutoff date?
Cheers,
Monk
I'm applying for all mine today & the excess, once I sell the 'dud' stocks that have been sitting in my PF doing nothing.
Just told bank to take up my allocation in full. Wasn't really keen to commit more loot but didn't want to be diluted at such a low price . Those shares not taken up will be placed OK. By the time our rig is in position the sp will be quite a bit higher.
Absolutely JBT. Go for as many as you like Bapuk!
Any oversubscription will be published and will send the SP higher for sure.
How many you end up with on oversubscription is an interesting question as the motion to increase share issuance at the AGM was a lot higher than the OO and CLN so would the Company increase the OO in order to raise more capital towards second drill?
I don’t know is my answer but like to think it is a possibility.
Any thoughts welcome.
GLA.
As many as you want Bapuk, go for it. However, depending on the take up by other shareholders you may not get them all. The excess that is.
Dear all
Sorry for what may be a silly question: I’ve logged into iii to access my choice for open offer shares. For those who also deal on iii, in states the number of exercise subscription shares that one is entitled to (ie approx 1/5 of my holding) but it does not state how many Excess Application shares one is entitled to. Does anyone know how many excess shares one can apply for in this section (it’s an empty box so not sure if I can apply for any number of excess shares or some fraction of my holding )...?
Thanks
Bapuk
