So destitutes account had been hacked.
Yep.
It's all going down on here today
Well the funny thing is that at 15.59 someone bought back in at 0.02 (which I think is what Wahrani has spotted) - 3680049 shares, quite similar to the 3,830,807 from earlier. I hope it was worth it.
More significant is the 13.5 million buy at 0.022 at 16.22
Any company looking for a listing by way of hosting a cash shell will inevitably look to the viability, integrity and expertise of the current BoD and the major shareholders track record. Antos has a superb investing background an much experience in company start-ups but never managed to secure a listing. With our current BoD taking us to a name change new company...i do believe Antos has played a trump card with his enormous stake. He obviously foresees ultimate success?
yep it does, all that woof woof today just to get a few bones for dinner at 0.2, well played boy lol
The above trade was very likely Spikes.
It all makes sense now.
Hi, I was in a company called Glenwick which converted to a cash shell and lloked for an opportunity to carry out a RTO. They failed.
Instead they invested the remaining cash in i3E shares which were distributed to the shareholders. The shares then de-listed and I have no idea what happened to them.
So this is my second time around. Hopefully with a more positive outcome.
Successful RTO: AVP to EVRH, KIN to BIDS (suspended and look at it now.
If there was no risk of failure, there would be little to no reward for investors. The risk is the unknown, that's where we are. Your either In or your Out.
Simples
Yes spike you are wrong.
Ignore the bit about 6 mil. That ONLY applies if the company wants to become an investing co. It DOESNT apply after the initial 6 months.
Spike, you seem like someone who either is trolling for fun, or you had some holding here and you started wetting you trousers and sold at a loss then after Friday's rise you became bitter and want the SP to drop to justify you decision to bail out. Most people here are well aware of the risks but also the rewards that can be gained when the RTO happens. Personally been here since December and have a fairly big holding which I acquired knowing the r vs r. If you are not invested (anymore) Jog on son, you are not welcomed here with your constant negativity.
A_Mill. I am aware of how a shell works, I don't need that explaining. I am simply explaining the risks, i.e., 6 months passes, stock suspends, IF and I say IF no RTO comes, the company either winds up or raises 6mil.
Am I wrong? No.
It is not my fault 99% of the board is blinked wearing rose tinted glasses, emotionally invested.
Fact is, if no RTO comes, what then? Got to look at these risks I'm afraid.
I will say 0.15 by end of the week. Lets see who is closest.
Last one out, please close the door.
Spike that's how a shell and an RTO work.
You have the first 6 months and the second 6 months (suspended)
Overall, you invest at a risk of all the above factors plus whether it will be a successful RTO or non at all.
All who invested know this better than you it seems. This was the risk we all took. That's called investing.
What's your point?
The fact you still want to call 9 trades a dump makes you look stupid.
Friday and monday has a classic tendency to carry news hence why people maybe piled in on Friday on expectations, some noticed ot could be due to a post about NED.
But fridays and mondays have generally had that impact at times hence "wouldnt want to be out of this over the weekend".
Again, your obvious. Won't work.
Thanks Spike, all very helpful and useful information. Thanks for sharing your wisdom with us all. now please sell your shares (if you haven't already) and exit stage left.
If your keen on doing good deeds for people and trying to help them out then ive a wish list of good charities that would be welcome of a good soul like yourself.
Or offered a £1k bet on a 50/50 to win maybe another £1k, or to lose the lot, and to make it worse, have to give it to the bookies for another 6 months while your bet is suspended. That money could be earning elsewhere in that period.
Very binary.
Remember, no RTO, company suspends. Money locked up for how long no body knows. Cant buy/sell/move elsewhere to make money. Look at FRR. Then you could have your funds down to zero.
You just have to look at the confetti share issues here.
Pumped Friday for the mates to get out, back down this week, and will drop all week.
To be fair Jace86, it was a gamble clearly, but if you were offered a £1k bet at great odds and told if it didn't win it would actually only cost you £50 rather than lose the whole stake, then it ain't so mad to be fair, I would consider it.
I remain a LTH, quite a bit of skin in the game (for me), currently at break even and not sold a single share since the PH RNS fiasco (sold and re bought then). I remain hopeful and optimistic.
Still sold at a loss. What would have been the case for their buy? To earn 5 percent and pay for the days bus fare?
If they do that on several stocks per day (chasing) without having a case for buying then they won't do well.
Not looking so stupid now are they
Some would look at it as disciplined. Small loss and maybe just a punt over the weekend. Been in many a puff and then not taken a small hit only to be left with a big hit or missed chance to buy lower. Each to their own.
How much can I possibly Lose today, kinda hobby
slowly expensive hobby
Perhaps it's just a Hobby
Some really shouldn't be trading.
Oh my days lol
Buys at 0.026 and sells at 0.022 - well done!
