Siborg,
No. If i was to mention a company, (or companies) and i happened to be correct, i think that would raise some serious questions, so no, i just think it will be in the pharma sector
Neil do you have an idea of the company they may be looking at or your instincts just pharma???
I spoke to a lady at Allenby Capital who assured me, that news will come tomorrow.
Unfortunately some of the recent posts may have given us all some false hope, but tomorrow looks like a pivotal day.
At the end of the proverbial day, we can believe or discount what we want on these boards.

Chriss...sounds like your call caught them unawares. If their is any news tomorrow Allenby are not even allowed to mention it. It is easier to ignore rather than break company rules...
"Yes Mr chriss everything is on track with the RTO and expect news tomorrow at 7am
...or..."An Rto has not been achieved..Rns at 9am in the morning"
I wouldnt take any notice of whatever neil, adrian etc post. They arent part of the bod as far as im concerned its all heresay.
The red dot will reveal all.
@neilin.
If you have anything to say on this share, regardless of names or anything then now is the time to post it, here or on twitter.
If not, any cryptic all knowing join the dot type posts you've made in the past will look very foolish with the rns tomorrow.
Stop panicking Mr Mainwaring!
I tried to keep off for a while
Antos, Antos , Antos.......He is NOT our saviour!
Still banging on about "his gold".
Some people could not join the dots up if i gave them a pencil and a ruler!
Stop panicking
Just a tiny bit more patience and you will all know.
Sorry, but it had to be said.
No benefit for the board for this not to go ahead. Antos has all to gain and lets hope the RTO is on tract with the gold company
Adrian
Did you actually speak to Allenby Capital, I have been waiting for a callback all day but no joy?
The switchboard has now gone to messages only
Chris
Not looking good..... Did you speak to some1 were the quite jolly or just said there will be an announcement????
I was told, there will be an announcement tomorrow. Fingers crossed all!
Very disappointing for Antons exuberant cheer leaders (of which I was one!)
NMS1966...true but they must still show intention to Rto or as you say COVID prevented progress. Thre stock exchange will ask them for evidence that they have target/s and how the covid virus is preventing further progress. It might be that a potential target is going broke so an Rto may or may not save the company. They would be sure to establish if BOU are not just stalling for extra time?
Imo
You could be right, today is the last day so delist at 4:30pm. Rns tonight or 7am ?
To me just sums up the poor communication by the BOD all along
Is the actual de listing tomorrow? Meaning they always intend to rns tomorrow?
Applegarth, I am not so sure about then needing to already be in an RTO negotiation, they could have been impacted by the Covid-19 enough to stop them getting so far IMHO, I also don't think there will be in depth assessments of all extension requests, as no body has the people or the time to do such a task, I feel if they are in the qualifying dates and they apply then they will be granted it. but we will see.
GLA
No excuses for any delay at this stage. They are fully aware of stock market rules on notifications. News of finally delisting MUST be RNSed at earliest possible time. UNLESS they are in the process of applying for the regulatory extension re: special circumstances. If they cannot show that an RTO is being negotiated then they just can't apply...simples.
So sumtin's up imo
I have just put a call into Allenby Capital requesting an update as a shareholder
Will let you all know what response is asap
Chris
