Tra1: what do you mean mean by mode change?
Thanks for that guys, tbh I've not dealt in stocks since the 9/11 attacks as lost a huge sum of money in stocks I had when the market reacted, stupid me had 90% of my money invested but no one could predict that tragic day, god bless the people who lost their lives, only this year have i started dealing again so bit rusty, im just bit confused why my stock broker wouldnt automatically send anything out regarding anything I have to act on, didn't this use to happen?
Although I'd add, Richie, that the reason to do as Jace86 says is so that your shareholding can count towards the votes in favour - you do want this to go through after all. If the RTO is successful and voted through, you won't miss out if you didn't vote - your shares in BOU would just turn into whatever the company lists as post-RTO.
Im with HL too Richie. Keep your eyes on notice for an EGM. HL won't send you anything usually. You'll be able to look on notices and circulars of the Bould website and then you can send a secure message to HL along with voting instructions for each resolution as and when they come about.
When/If the rto happens do i have to act on anything? I mean should I be receiving anything in the post from my brokers? I'm with HL, or is a case of just sitting back and waiting for Bould to come back from suspension as a different name? Never been in a stock which is looking for a rto before you see.
1p per share in BOU will be very welcome
Some will be very wealthy!
Tidy sums... autocorrect having my pants down again!
Kammi - if you had losses in KIN, join us here and put that to bed.
Those in the shell as and when it came about certainly wouldn't have made a loss and would be sat on tiny sums.
Now when something comes here you'll be in to welcome the rest of the party just like those making huge gains in BIDS did.
On 26 October 2017 the Company proposed to consolidate every 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.0001p into one New Ordinary Share of 0.5p ("New Ordinary Share") (the "Consolidation"). The Consolidation was approved by shareholders on 13 November 2017.
Consolidation is a given and is not a terrible thing. It will happen here, it has to. That goes without saying.
Looking at Bids, what bids came back as, and how well it's doing now price wise and the potential is what's got people excited.
The same or yet better can happen here. That's the hope, with a board this experienced, and equipped. Something really good can come from this.
Bids is not responsible for those who lost money, as BOU is not responsible for those who lost money via psl.
There is a great deal of gains to be made for anyone who buys in now, as also is there risk.
Party is still on. Join us
Sorry to spoil your happy conversation. Kin had a share consolidation, I think it was 50000 :1. So it was not a huge profit for shareholders who lost a lot of money. Bids present value does not remotely make up for the loss.
Correction #Bou should read... Raised gross proceeds of £1.15m
Have just done a cross reference to Cash raised #Kin £1 million #Bou £1.1 million when they became a cash shell ..with Antos in place my expectations are good !
Very good read. I think in time people will be looking at the 1 and 2p predictions and will think how right they were.
Now look at #BIDS last price to-day 29.5 p ...can't wait to see what is in store for #BOU GLA

Here is the link to the old KIN share before becoming BIDS. Note the mode change before and after the RTO :-)
