Agreed about the profit taking. I left the LTH core untouched but the top up bought at 305 sold this morn 375, Re-bought at 355. Already back to 372. Happy day!
I think NCA report is potentially a non issue, as would not implicate Boohoo, just employers = suppliers.
the father and son make the business model unique. not because its father and son obviously but for what both bring to the table and how its drives two key segments fo the business. so it would be detrimental to the company and anyone that suggests its a real option, either doesn't understand the business model or is letting emotions cloud their judgement.
I’m heavily invested here and only want this to go up but a bit concerned that we’re still waiting on the NCA report...anyone know much about it?
That report is full of tosh.
Why should investors be annoyed if they had faith in the company they would never sell and thus never lose anything, we are now nearly back to pre scandal prices and closing.
Should us investors then all sue the government for how Covid impacted our shares due to how the government acted, of course now we'd be laughed at.
Seriously are the press this desperate. LOL!
Yes The Evening Standard writing more pish .
Doesn't worry me

Has anyone read this? I just saw it- I know results will be good but a bit concerning?
My guess is 48-53% up on sales and I also think BOO has some other treats in line for us too. ;)
Abso-****ing-lutely gggg. This is especially true if they are about to release stunning results and leads me to believe they are preparing for this exact eventuality...
The decision is absolutely perfect to do. Release today let them write whatever nonsense they want. So that come Wednesday they can upgrade guidance, give amazing results and move on without the strap line "boohoo takes advantage of labour" as now they can point to it as old news.
Well played the boohoo board! Brilliant plan
It was an external investigation lol.
Are we expecting an external investigation btw?
Clearly a strategic decision to release this before results. They clearly don’t want anything from detracting from Wednesday’s announcement, which in my view means that we are in for a ballistic day
I think the media are out of ammo now and the SP has held well...stage is set for Boo on the 30th now...
**Main point to note - If investigation findings were truly negative, this would have crashed**
The market never lies!
The day traders will have sold on the earlier higher and buy back in later. This is a strong hold without a doubt as likely to see further significant jumps in the coming days.

Agreed look at the volumes, 37m sold, most likely profit takers first thing in morning...38m bought, most likely funds lower down...they play the long game!
