Quite right Alfa, I'm sure that we've heard too many Chicken Lickens already.!
I never thought for a moment that this would get to the new tax year at anything under 25 but with all these fear mongers in the media there's a chance that in 5 weeks I could load the ISA up with more at these bargain basement prices. That is unless the VIP RNSs to come strike a chord and the market suddenly wakes up to what is happening here. More chance of the sky actually falling in than that I suppose!
Yes, in many ways the sky is the limit on energy storage and the opportunity here. It is somewhat incredible that yet again we have an SP below 20p. Following BobbyAxe and his thoughts looking into the future we could easily have a dividend well above this SP by 2024/25 paid annually. We have many times considered an SP in the £5 region and by the end of the decade why not in excess of £10 (maybe before then). Just because the market does not understand this today and the market makers have decided to follow the trend, but let’s not doubt for one moment that there will be a very strong recovery very soon.
The market may be concerned about the media scaremongering about the corona virus, but of course more people this year have died of flu than of Corona virus. Heathrow may or may not want another runway. To be fair by the time the UK build it we probably won’t need it anyway. Bit like HS2, people like independence and there own space.
But one thing is for sure people will be using more electricity for electric vehicles, ground source and air source heat pumps, we may even see electric radiators bought back. One thing is in a generation they will not accept anything other than renewables, and this will mean energy storage. Flow battery technology will be best placed with reliability and long life. We can be sure that the membrane tech will develop further and we may see a life of 30 to 50 years for this technology. Imagine the financial security from a 30 year lease agreement four our vanadium electrolyte in hundreds of large scale VRFB systems around the world from multiple VIP’s using vanadium from Bushveld Minerals. In 3 years time we will be producing around 8000 mtV per year. Maybe 3500 mtV for the steel market and 4500 mtV processed into Vanadium electrolyte even with a market price of $65 per litre, plus the royalties from leasing agreements this will be huge. By this time Mokopane will be open and we will possibly be building a huge new V205 processing plant for 12000 to 20000 tonnes per year suppling electrolyte for the huge market. This is all possible and very likely.
Three years ago, we had not bought Vametco yet! Look at Bushveld Minerals today. Forget the SP a moment, look at what we own and what we are producing. Now look at what is going to be achieved this year, let alone what will come in 2021.
The only thing over the next few days or weeks when we look back, we will be asking why did we not buy more shares back in February 2020? In much the same way some will be saying why did I not sell some at 48p back in November 18? If we knew everything we would not be making the decisions we have done or will do.
Not sure what all the fuss is about this week ... but I suppose the rest of the market has just had a taste of AIM trading , 30% swing ....pah... :)
Record highs next month...whats the odds on that...?
has not fallen in, I checked earlier on. It is pretty obvious that someone is doing their level best to target the spreadbet postions they think exist at around 19p. The thing is unless they have snuck a few bob to someone in the spreadbet outfit (illegal) they don't actually know this for sure. All the previous attempts to raid these shares have tipped people off sufficiently well to allow them to hold their shares more securely.
(For those who may not be aware how these leveraged situations work the basic idea is that if the SP goes below a certain level the platform demands some sort of cash coverage from you or they flog your holding. So it's a bit like having a gun put up against your head and someone else saying pay up or we pull the trigger. Anyway - it is because people insist on using the seemingly cheap credit offered by these platforms that they take these sorts of risks. Ultimately though if you have leveraged holdings you won't be as much in control of the shares you think you hold.)
Why is anyone doing this right now ? Coronavirus? Heathrow? or the prospect that in a weeks time the world will be fully aware that our VIP consortium is in control of Enerox and kicking off a major revolution in stationary energy storage ?
