Why do I get the feeling you may be right short term! – Patience is the key and all will be good!
Merry Christmas to you the Grinch!!!
6500 units ordered
Not a word on how many made??
Inventory now useless so we are selling it to Bob over the road for jigsaw pieces
But we promise promise promise jam tomorrow
We will do better
Look over there… look at tomorrow…. Don’t ask questions about last three months
Bigbang… you thought of me… and that’s important
Merry Christmas
Plenty for me to gripe about thank you big bang
Down 4p I reckon
Looks very positive to me!
Even has a tiny smidge of downer for theboyg to relish and focus on with a moist towel :) eg ‘ The results for FY23 are marginally below management expectations at the EBITDA level ‘ (Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization is a measure of core corporate profitability)
But you are right that this marginal difference has already been priced in and 2024 is looking promising. GLA
Overall a very good RNS with positive moves for next year , pretty clear that the delay etc has been priced in here for a number of weeks . The funding for me is the critical part as no further raise is expected prior to cash flow positive . The market is huge and growing
GLA
I do love a letter of intent ! Often followed by sweet f&ck all
The official deal still awaits that ‘mid December ‘
It’s 20th tomorrow
Anyone else wondering what the delay could be?
We will find out soon enough
Jam tomorrow people
Merry Christmas to you all
TMT acquisitions announce in RNS this morning that it's takeover/merger with Belluscura is imminent giving BELL immediate access to almost £5m cash to exploit big increase in demand. Quote:
The Offer adds a significant injection of working capital into Belluscura, enabling it to capitalise on its burgeoning opportunity in a fast-growing global market. The Offer also enhances Belluscura's ability to leverage its position as a provider of innovative oxygen enrichment technology. Given the introduction and significant pre-launch demand expressed for Belluscura's DISCOV-R product, building on top of the continued sales progress of the X-PLOR, the directors of Belluscura and the directors of TMT Acquisition believe the Offer has compelling strategic logic which significantly increases Belluscura's ability to execute on its burgeoning sales pipeline and strategy, whilst creating considerable potential value for all shareholders of both TMT Acquisition and Belluscura. The Company is pleased to confirm it is in receipt of irrevocable undertakings and a letter of intent to accept the Offer from TMT Acquisition Shareholders holding, in aggregate, 16,805,418 TMT Acquisition Shares (representing approximately 61.11% of the issued share capital of TMTA). As announced on 28 November, it is anticipated that it will shortly post the Offer Document to TMT Acquisition Shareholders.
Half empty here
Huge sells at the death! 500,000
I wonder whether the news is a buffer for something to come. Due this week I think…
I went to HSA Singapore website to see if the device is there with an approval date to firm up any conspiracy theory! But blocked from accessing the page
I am here, going nowhere. But sells like that at the death always arouse concern!
Let’s hope it’s step 1/10 toward maximising their deal in the region! 55m max. But my guess is double that if it takes off and they can produce in numbers. 26.5m minimum … so we sit and hope
Keep the good news coming
GLA
Just taken a quick 15% profit on Sondrel and put it into Belluscura. I see this doing a very strong reversal in the next 7days as TMT news arrives bolstered but updates.
What is the malfunction?
I have contacted LSE. It would appear that they have software malfunction.
The bottom end of these ticked up a penny. That must surely be a data malfunction???
Have a good weekend all
Not sure if it is clinically sensible with a PaO2 of 99% but on my run last tues it was well below freezing, it was easy to see the tidal volume increasing during the first mile, swathed in freezing exhaled air. By the middle (about 3 miles) I was producing huge clouds.
2L/ min doesnt seem much but then again O2 is only 21% of the mix. I'm sure the device can help a COPD patient though and enable more exercise which in turn elevates overall fitness which is ideal.
The company economics don't appear strong but it's on my watchlist.
Theboyg - TBH, I would like to buy more in this company, become a major shareholder, but due to my health, I am now avoiding this in any company as it requires posting notices at various thresholds, so I’m staying below 3% – If I had another seizure and was out of it, my family and even my accountant would struggle with the procedures/duties! My partner hardly knows what a share is – struggles with a cash ISA!
Oh, and a couple of other tips-
Don’t get too deeply involved in exact projected number of sales/margins at this stage. – its far to early to do that – take a few steps away look at the overall picture…Director’s character, ability etc.
Don’t react with the others when the price drops – by then it’s too late and all you up doing is crystalizing losses – I almost do the opposite, buy when most are selling – requires nerves, but mostly pays off.
As I said, its all a risk – so you must brace yourself for losses + missing out on opportunities – In the 90’s I was an assistant to a corporate lender, learning the trade if you like – I had to to call out to see customers to get documents signed etc as well as sit in on meetings. I can remember calling on one tiny customer on a partly build science park, with few buildings and mud everywhere on the roads. Also, being cross that my MGB was covered in mud after the visits – well, 30 years on that client is now one of the largest companies in the world – can’t give name as I guess I’m still bound by privacy even though retired, but a clue AZ. In hindsight, should have invested back then!!!
Oh, and I’m not trying to up sell this company either with a hidden agenda – simply reached a stage in my life where you want to pass on knowledge / experiences and help other avoid mistakes!! - GLA
Cheers bigbang….
I wish you every happiness. Let’s hope it’s 10 years plus, with extra on top and we toast bell @£2 in June 2025
Obvs, in light of your last, you will be buying
Tbg
Sounds like you’ve had an unlucky run! I was about opposite to you last year, making a 7-figure profit on just one of my shares – won’t name the company as I was a major shareholder and would prefer to keep my i/d anonymous.
Don’t be too down, things could be worse and still would prefer to be in your position! Having just retired after 35+ years in corporate lending I was diagnosed with a brain tumour which isn’t good and consultants not sure if I have 3 months or 10 years left…mind you, I don’t think anyone knows over a certain age, so I just carrying on!
Gathered as much information as I could on this company, weighed up the directors who seem to know their stuff, TMT may add some financial acumen. ..and then you simply have to place your bets – similar to corporate lending – I never got into trouble with the inspectors, as long as I had all the relevant information in front of me when I made the call. Sometimes would make a bad debt, but again if no bad debts, inspectors used to be on my back, saying I wasn’t taking enough risks!!
Yes, I’m a MM, have more money than I know what to do with, but not my health. So, no travelling as planned, vehicles were my passion – had 2 cars and 1,000cc motorbike, but DVLA have cancelled my license, so had to sell – so I get some thrills from trading high amounts!
So, who’s going to win out on this share between us – down the pan with your glass half empty stance, or a winner from my stance!!
We shall see – but trust me when you get down to brass tacks, health is the most important – so get the balance right – I was too focused on a good retirement – didn’t cross my mind that I would be bugg**ed within a few months of stopping work!!
So, message to all – make sure you get the balance right between enjoying life and saving – there’s no point of being the richest man in the graveyard!!! – Here endeth the lesson!!!
Have a good weekend!!!
Bigbang
I’m
A glass half empty man! I thought this was a good buy at 95
But at every turn it has been disappointing in terms of what is real. But I agree it has huge potential. Having lost so much last year, I am having to stay in work and now paying 800 a month more on a mortgage I shouldn’t even have! I think I’m just desperate to see this go north! I watched one go from 260p to zero
Another 210 to under 10
Another 160 to 16 (rallied to 25)
But on the balance of probability we can’t keep picking shockers!
Things still don’t feel right here! Nothing but good news but we are at 19p for a reason
The absence of meaningful updates is frustrating.
June 30th Paul hill interviewed. He has them in his portfolio and I’m sure he’s desperate for news but that was 5 months ago. You would have thought, if there was good news, that they would want it shared.
I think we need to know how many they are producing, selling.. what the quality is like, return rate etc. It’s not as if they are starting from scratch. They were producing the first model … this is just a better model. So what is the issue??
I need to hear numbers. Then we can work out their annual capacity and likely income.
Bob Rauker said ‘I like to hit my numbers!’
Since then he hasn’t hit one
And I did NOT like the sound of ‘rentals’. Said to me they ain’t selling the ones they plan to make
But it’s now numbers. They tell in Jan that they have made 3000 in Oct Nov Dec then their 6500 order will be done by end Q1 and in that time more orders should be in!
But numbers now. Not language about ‘reduced prices’ ‘500 shipped and 6000 due to be shipped’. Fluff
Just actual numbers
Bigbang…they go to £1, I’ll meet you for a coffee. My shout. (Small size obvs!)
Decided to do some gardening after all and do an impression of Captain Oates – Its certainly cold out there!!
Theboyg - Thanks for that – wasn’t expecting actual figures, but good to know!
So, if you are so heavily invested, why do you take every opportunity to talk down the share, almost willing it to go into the teens?
Is it a reverse phycology thing, almost hoping that the price will go the other way!
I aways try and give a balanced view, plus and negative points, leaving the reader to make their own mind up. Each to their own I suppose!
As I said before, nothing is guaranteed, but feel this one is a matter of patience - we shall see!!
Oh, and off they go again 4 x £1.89 deals – I’m confused dot com!!!
Have a great weekend GLA
Theboyg is heavily invested
Most at 95p
Some at 25
Heavily for me anyway.
I go away for a few days and the price drops – sounds like another topping up session! Just wished I’d left it a bit longer – maybe it is Santas silly season as the volumes were relatively light yesterday – unless TEK is at it again/ and will be reported later?
I simply don’t understand all these sells..what we know
1. There are plenty of orders for the units in the pipeline.
2. November and December were always going to be used to set up manufacturing/production of the units, so there wont be many sales, but New Year should be good.
3. To me (and I could be wrong) the extension of the posting offer document, simply sounds like a ticking off an overlooked admin disclosure. In the news section, same day, 28th November it clarified this saying ‘ It is currently in receipt of irrevocable undertakings for 16.8 million TMT Acquisition shares, representing 61% of shares.’ Unless there something wrong with my English, Irrevocable means : ‘not to be revoked or recalled; unable to be repealed or annulled; unalterable.’
In any case some of the TMT holders have sold, loads of form 8.3 issued – do people think these are all wrong? – if they are, they would need to buy them back – I don’t think so!
The only thing I don’t understand, being old fashioned is all these piddly buys and sells – one for 95p today – what’s that all about? – I assume it’s something to do with price manipulation by the youngsters on their mobile phones – maybe it works short term, who knows!!!
And the other question remains - is theboyg a shareholder, wants to be at the right price or what’s his/hers interest if not – they never make it clear!!
Anyway, almost couldn’t be ar*** to post and let people panic, but thought I would do a Corp Jones, from Dads Army!! In any case too cold for gardening!!
Or maybe I’ve missed something?
Steaming turd this one. Avoid.
It is clear that deal not gone through yet! I thought it had. So the new shares aren’t even sellable yet??? The delayed letter means deal can’t have gone through.
And they mention that the terms are the same! I wonder whether it may be dark forces… driving price a little lower in hop fir 3 for 5 not 3 for 4
High teens
Barely any of the 22,000,000 sold and high teens are almost here!
Those who mocked….
Another delay
Utterly in keeping with delayed orders, delayed production, delayed payment….
Small company that has much to prove and is proving disappointing!
Time to up your game people. Nothing but disappointment when it come to material stuff….
Money, product and results.
People have placed millions with you and it’s time to show some results
