Full disclosure I did sell out but if it dips I'll buy in again for sure......if anyone researched the last TR1 it's an interesting person to have on board
well just across the valley from ARK is a chinese company been mining lithium for years. its thought the rocks are the same. Was in an ARK RNS or Mr. T interview maybe 6 months ago.
Mr. T was certainly bullish about it and the economics now make it viable he said...
I'm afraid they don't have much if any lithium! The lithium came mostly from the lithium fusion analysis that they used to analyse the rock samples..the technique should not be used for lithium analysis but plenty of cowboys on AIM and those details clearly don't matter so much with this company.
Perhaps Johnno could add “It’ll never be cheaper, and £20m isn’t much more than you spent buying back yet more of your own shares yet again today (£15m ish)!”.
Calling Glencore!! Come in Glencore!!!
We have just under 25% of something you want…just give us a measly £20m for it and it’s all yours!!! Cheap as chips…bargain…pocket change for you…it’s just gonna go up with each Group11 drill…get it while it’s hot!!!
Mr Teeling…feel free to copy and paste the above to send to Glencore as you see fit…
January 2023 RNS...

If they want to buy it cheap, then I would guess now is the time before a junior exploration comeback in the markets. Although presumably neither ark nor g11 will want to entertain offers before the results of the next Stonepark drill around the fault system. I will be buying more here once the drilling is announced as that seems like a reasonable chance for a leg upwards. Teeling is a typically poor a communicator, but at least he isn't creaming off a huge salary and fees the way the directors are in a couple of my other aim investments so I am very thankful for that.
BM - can't disagree with any of that. Remember, though, that Glencore previously tried to buy the stake out, for £11m (maybe it was $s) IIRC, but it was when ARK's share price was a multiple of today's. And Johnno T does have a track record as a mercurial dealmaker with quite a bit of personal interest here, so I doubt he'll give it away too cheaply. The option for Glen to simply dilute ARK into oblivion is of course always there, but as is well known they are awash with cash and would presumably prefer to own the whole lot in the longer run, not least as they own PallasGreen next door. It's going to be interesting to see how this plays out.
I would assume that Glencore will ultimately want to own all of the g11 and Arkle targets. G11 will want to maximize their drilling in order to prove up the most resource and get the highest price when they sell to Glencore. There will not be any great hurry to buy Arkle out of Stonepark, although I am sure they would be happy to buy it at a decent price at any time. But what price? I suspect it will be a lot lower than many think. Perhaps an FSP is the way to go: Glencore's worse case scenario would be that another big fi or PE money would buy Arkle's Stonepark interest, because a lot of money behind Arkle would mean an inability to threaten them with massive dilution since PE and another big miner would be able to fund their share. Why someone else would want to get involved just depends on how cheap they could get Stonepark and how much they think they can blackmail Glencore for. My most likely scenario is that Glencore keeps offering slightly larger amounts for Stonepark, but I doubt it will be anything more than 10-20m for Arkle's share. And it might be less especially if Teeling has decided to focus energy andoney elsewhere, in that case an offer for their share of Stonepark which was just equal to Arkle's market cap in cash, say 2m even, might prove hard to turn down. Anyone wanting to see big returns from Stonepark would do better to invest in g11 which has a lot larger area of interest, Glencore is the largest shareholder already, and it is a vastly better run company.
Re G11/dilution, maybe so, especially based on what we think ARK's share may be worth.
Glencore's view may, I suspect, be rather different, especially given that they already own 23% of G11 in any case.
I doubt G11 would dilute to buy Stonepark, they are more interested in their massive find at Ballywire from the looks of things. The one major positive for Arkle is that they have metal rights on Stonepark, and that will be a major headache for Glencore/G11 so they probably get bought out in the long run. Of course in the long run we will all be dead.
This interview was posted/retweeted on the G11 tw itter feed a few days ago. It gives an interesting insight into the view of another major shareholder, Michael Gentile, a 17% holder of G11 alongside Glencore. His enthusiasm for Stonepark is very clear:

News on lithium could indeed see a run-up.
And news on Stomepark could be transformational!
Looks like the TR1 holder is still buying at the 0.6 level.
Cant be much stock remaining under 0.6 and then a squeeze higher.
Is he going for 7/8/9 or 10% of the company?
Any news on Lithium in Zimbabwe and Arkle could have a serious run up. GL.
Interesting so clon is another of mr Ts companies
It fits
I think G11 did a raise not too long ago so probably have at least part of any funding required to do a deal (if it were to happen). In any case Glencore are awash with cash as underlined by their share buy-back programme recently amounting to $millions per day - day after day after day. This would be back pocket money to them, and although some folk say 'but they won't care, they'll just dilute ARK out' I suspect they'd prefer get rid of the pesky minority shareholder cleanly and quickly so they can move on with it.
The ARK interest in lithium could fit well with its sister company CLON... how about ARK sells its Stonepark interest and merges the remainder with CLON in some manner, thus creating a cash-rich lithium-centric entity.
All pure speculation on my part too of course!
It fits with the new TR1 taking 6.2% earlier this month,
But it’s pure speculation on my part.
Hi.
Re Stonepark. We’re awaiting drilling of this as announced June 22
John Teeling commented: "This is the first time that drilling at Stonepark has found the fault system which is a vital part of Irish zinc discoveries. It is very big with traces of zinc. This might well be the best target discovered on the block. It needs to be drilled and will be. I strongly encourage shareholders to look at the detailed results provided by Group Eleven in the link above."
Pure speculation I wonder if G11 will use their strong SP to do a raise n buy our 23.44% of Stonepark. Mr, Teeling said “we’ve had Stonepark for a long time now...” cud interpret that as looking to sell. Also ARK keen to get into lithium, they’ve tweeted about it’s soaring price n demand again today.
Auc - I think an update on the last drill at Stonepark is due? Remember they are 20+ percent Glencore-owned...
G11 have had some very good drill results over the past 12 months or so including Stonepark.
Full offer being paid
If only to inject a bit of life into things here… I note that the Group 11 share price is uo nearly 50% in the last couple of days. And Stonepark news must sureily be soon?

New presentations from G11 March 2023
Mr. T said we'd had stonepark for a long time now. i thought he was hinting looking to move it on/sell.
It will happen at some point as ARK are exploration only.
this kinda TR1 fits with positioning before a sale
although i think ARK will wait on G11 drilling the hole highlighted last summer that looks a strong candidate to be a game changer ( their words paraphrased )
6.2% is quite a chunk, bout £120k worth
musta been nibbling quietly as kept a lid on SP
hopefully a good sign
