China, the grades aren't poor!
Bloodshot, please explain why the recent grades didn't reflect black sap and sulfide expectations, then I will view your posts as more than blind faith.
Is the black sap assay still pending? With such a large ppm soil sample results, why are the last set of grades so poor? Answer those queries, then I will take what you post seriously.
Most people already know that Sturec is a bit of a dud. No one is disputing it. Its not an issue for most..I mentally wrote it off a long time ago and if we get a few quid its a bonus..if not its not the end of the world. Casa on the other hand is a different proposition but far too valuable to accept low ball offers from the Chinese, which is why were all waiting and hoping for a realistic offer.
Spoonhead..no offence..I know youve been around Ortac/ARCM a lot longer than me but it does seem like youve become a bit bitter about things and although you dont post much your narrative is often similar to Chinas. This your post i believe...
"RE: Deal done28 May 2019 13:36
agree NvS is full of -hit Since he took over.almost nothing he stated has come to fruition .we are drip fed bits of nothing .we were expecting loads of news regarding progress.Virtually nothing.Sturec will never be sold. Another year will pass soon and everyone will be saying the same nonsense as before (this year will be ARCMs year).Having said all that I still hold a few after selling lots a while back. GLA."
so I would expect you to have a similar opinion. How you can agree with CBs opinions on new management and were its taking us I dont understand. Your entitled to your opinion but from what ive heard from others who are still invested from the Ortac days, things have changed dramatically for the better and now there is hope that even those heavilly underwater from Ortac times, at least have a chance to make a tidy profit and thats thanks to Nick von Shirnding and the new team hes brought in.
Looks like youve sold most of your shares. Maybe your trading in and out like CB, I dont know but my advice to you would be to give it a chance. Things are really starting to move now and with any luck very good profits will be made.
Try not to be out when the big rns comes or all those years will be wasted.
Feeks, you make a good point there. Perhaps one way of moving Sturec forward would be to financially cede a proportion of the ownership to a community company which would have its own directors made up of community members (there'd have to be some way of insuring you got people with some capability to manage). Although ARCM would be divesting some control and ownership, it might prove one way to see some progress on the project rather than it sitting there 'gathering dust'. It may also be more appealing than the previous community project(s) that were put in place. If a community company were to be involved, there would be more incentive for them to see movement on it (and they'd get more of a say). At present, the 'asset' isn't really an asset. I'd accept that this isn't necessarily what most shareholders would wish for but for some projects, it may prove to be the only way of seeing an advancement. The alternative would be to write Sturec off altogether and find another project in another (?European) country with less geopolitical risk.
I am not impressed with my investment so far. Please forget Sturec people. As I ahve said 100 million times the locals have the final word and they will never let it happen- unless a bunch of them gets it for themselves on the cheap
Blood . CB has merely stated all the facts up till now. He might post some nonsense but that post is a pretty accurate account .
I personally dont think sturec will ever be sold. Too many complications. These assets have been on sale for years and years!!!but what do i or anybody know. Hope to be proved completely wrong one day. Gl
CB feel free to have this post removed if you like but you are just a pointless irritating little troll. Best of luck to anyone who can make money trading, im happy for them, as long theyre not posting bad information, lies or garbage on bulletin boards just to try to affect the price or just to rub a bit of salt into the eyes of other investors they dont like...which in your case seems to be many.
Why would you like our gold to be sold cheaply to chinese buyers. If you had a nice gold watch worth say £3,000 and i said nice watch..I like it but I think you might need money soon so im only going to give you a thousand take it or leave it! Would you take it or wait for a better offer?
NvS and his new Team were meant to bring change, and herald a new age of prosperity. It is concerning that circa May 2018 NvS indicated that he has a Chinese buyer who is interested in Akyanga if it exceeded 2M oz. July 2018 3M oz announced. Aug 2019, gold assets still not sold. I assess a CEO by his/her ability to execute and deliver. I am struggling to see what NvS has delivered since taking over? Took over more of Zamsort, formed Zaco, successfully carried out raise after raise, all the while diluting PIs. Yes, he sold Andiamo, but for half the price he originally said that he had a deal for. After almost 2 years in charge, I'd like to see 1 solid accomplishment which add value for those PIs who held and didnt trade the share. Only Traders are making money here while longs get slowly diluted.
Patience required here, it is very frustrating though.... I am sure we will get our rewards, the drillers have taken stock after seeing more recent samples..... hang on!
This company has never quite made it across the line. As soon as you think there is progress, something will happen to put the brakes on. Been the same pattern for over 10 years . Infact the share price was higher ten years ago than today, pre consolidation. Gla
