Can't understand why folks would get wound up over posts here? Why take it so personal? Posts are opinions which can be easily ignored, or filtered. I noticed that even when filter is applied, it's not enough, folks go and read the posts which end up winding them up anyway. Go figure. Reading about shopping is hardly rolling back the frontier of human knowledge:)
I am working on the next big thing in WiFi technology which will be in the shops for Xmas. Now, that's interesting. WiFi 6 is here folks.
Think if hole 4 comes back with bonanza grades we can get there.
I think 8p is only possible on outstanding drill results better than we've had so far - something like 50-60 mtrs of 1%+ copper in each of two separate drill locations, suggesting nice grades at good depth and width .
Thanks for sharing that westie. Just shows the kind of info that can be shared here if not for the idiots spouting negative nonsense and winding others up.
Seems like plenty of comparisons that show us in a potentially good light..75p would be very nice indeed.
Im expecting (hoping for anyway) somewhere between 25p and ..well who knows its still very early days of course but very exciting waiting for the next drill results. We might have to wait another 5 or 6 months for the C East jorc alone but only then can we be sure of what we have there...and then we have many other promising targets to drill.
Im sure Nick will find a way to speed things up with sales or jvs in other areas.
SP will steadily increase in the meantime so still plenty opportunity for new investors to come in and old investors to top up.
As for 8p next week...personally id be happy for us to get back into the 5s first and onwards and upwards from there.
Westie the trick is to go with yr wife shopping and craftily distract her and steer her away from shoe and bag shops..works for me..sometimes.
Mmmmm interesting question you pose Harry old chap. Well now, will England regain the ashes with a 5-0 test win? Will Norwich win the premier league? Will my Wife not buy any shoes this week?
My answer is yes 8p is eminently possible, but then again maybe we'll only reach 7.5p.
Good night
Anyone reckon 8p a share is possible in the next week?
The weakened GBP is potentially advantageous. Such deals are transacted in dollars and the relatively weak pound means we would receive more of them. That deal in 2009 was at a FX rate of £1 = $1.65; today we're at $1.25, so while $260m translated into £157m then, today it would be £208m...a big difference.
Who knows, the way the country is going, we might effectively win the lottery: achieving a significant dollar sum for sale / JV, with USD / GBP heading to parity!
Well what is certain is we know that this week we will get assay results for two further drills exciting prospects here this week
Well the main thing if your not already in the game...is to get in before its 2 late..most here are already in,but if your on the sidelines if you delay its going cost you a lot lot more as the last Month will underlines
Yup, exciting times ahead here westie! Intriguing to see where it eventually gets taken out.
Evening Twohits yes I accept there was a totally different financial climate back then and the GBP/USD was vastly different. The comparison is still exciting though!! even with different MCaps. Let's see how the next few assay results go which will give us a clearer picture of how the end game might pan out.
Yep the comparison in share price is valid. Yes the market caps are different, but arcm has more prospects, seemingly better grades, shallower, the kiwara transaction was in 2009 when the world was on it’s knees and gbpusd was way higher than now. Also much of the infrastructure for the area has been put in as a result of the sentinel mine.
The 2p - 70p move is exactly what people should be looking at, probably more...
We all talk about SOLG being a good comparison, just look further back to Kiwara PLC (KIW), the owners of the Kalumbila field which was sold many years ago. Their grades were not so good as ours (so far!!) and a high percentage of the Cu was deeper than ours. That went form 2p to over 75p when it was bought out. Admittedly their MCap was a little less when comparing us to them, but there are definite similarities.
I should just add, credit should go for my post to a very knowledgable (and good friend) gent who doesn't post here anymore due to the few bungling idiots who appear to not know what they're talking about. Hid knowledge on this board is very much missed.

That was the buyout notice. If we can achieve something similar in couple of years then i'll be very happy. If the grades keep coming in as they have done then there's no reason why not.
Yes full value or somewhere near it wont be outted until someone puts the cash on the table..a bidding war may then erupt,if we keep drilling and continue to get good results that will happen, and may be a lot quicker than many think, but we have to do the ground work and prove up...must say at the moment I am enjoying that, but when that bid comes in the firework show will begin..At the moment we are just preparing for the display
