MM clearly getting desperate for a settlement from ARC as the date of the court cases/arbitration approaches.
He wouldn't resort to orchestrating a smear campaign against the company on bulletin boards and twitter if he was confident of winning the cases. He's clearly trying to make as much mischief as possible to unsettle shareholders in the hope that it will make ARC offer him an out-of-court settlement to get rid of him.
I'm glad the company is taking a firm approach and not letting shysters like MM prevail
Ella-perhaps you could enlighten us with specific and recent examples-always like to see statements backed up by documented sources in the public domain!

MM knows he has no case, if he did he wouldnt be trying to destroy the SP by leaking all the accusations and would just let the courts decide but he has no confidence in his attempt that he has 1 option, make silly accusations and publish to try and damage before its been decided or even heard. He also wouldnt delay appearance in court by kicking the can if he had a chance, smoke and mirrors guys as clear as day

I think you should have a look at some of the court cases that involved arbitration in Zambia - not a quick process.
Also note the documents posted yesterday, if real they were stamped with yesterdays date, one of which included an invoice to MM, now who would have access to an invoice from a solicitor to MM?? 2 people... the solicitor and MM, the solicitor wouldnt release an invoice or documentation to anyone apart from the parties involved, question is (that we dont need answering) why would MM release documentation for a potential case to someone to publish on twitter........ its all just to try and delay and bring down SP due to his agenda. Unprofessional to say the least
Its just a new angle of attack, instead of shouting about how bad things are blah blah now the tactic of how long things will take to resolve and better to move funds elsewhere etc etc blah blah
Additionally any arbitration and associated agreement would likely include full and final settlement of all matters - stop spouting you usual rubbish!
Rubbish ella, the arbitrator will rule in say 30 days and its over.
As per December's RNS ARC are currently defending to two sets of court cases. From the twitter post yesterday it sounds like the arbitration process for the first court case will start mid March. This can take a long time to resolve. There hasn't been any news on the timetable for the second set of cases.
I realise ARC said these case were likely to be heard in H1 2022 but is this timetable similar to the Scoping Study that was expected H1 2021 and we are still waiting for an update on?
