Thanks to ArielArrow that shared it on the SCIR board
You'll wake up on the 4th and your Shares should be converted and name changed !
Argo - it will just happen automatically !
Argo, if its Halifax I would expect it to be done automatically, I would also expect them to contact you and let you know of the update.
Thanks Gist, I buy through my Halifax account. Not sure what to do there.
ATB.
Argo, it will be done automatically.
You might want to talk to your broker if in doubt.
Good morning everyone, this is my 1st post here and I'm fairly new to share buying.
Do we have to do anything to transfer our existing aogl shares or are they transferred automatically?
I’m brave by 40,000000 Shares
Wise words Sujood, atm I'm nearly 100% up, so maybe I'm being greedy. Still you know what Gordon Geko said,"greed is good".
When the transition happen in December
Its 248 (or 236 sorry dont remember exact number) of your shares to 1 share in the new company
Yes its risky however new share price will be considerably higher as per previous RNS.
It's a tough one, decide wisely and remember not to ever get too greedy or you may loose more than you have bargained for.
Hope you all make lots of money and good luck!
I expect Post IPO launch on the 4th December Reddit, the current SP here is way above the placing price, so people are likely to wait.
Pleased to see everything has passed today and we are all systems go. I am by no means an informed punter on this and am just in for a bit of fun.
General question about this share itself, looking at the number of trades recently, do we feel that we are a bit of an under the radar way in to H1, obviously we know about it but how does 25 trades on the day this has been formalised equate to the type of opportunity and demand that we are expecting next week?
Not trying to ramp or deramp as the share price really doesn't matter at all right now with the preset conversion rate, just interested in when we think mainstream market demand will kick in for H1...
All good pi4r0n ;)
The Company is therefore seeking Shareholders' approval of the Amalgamation and the Cancellation at the EGM which has been convened for 25 November 2020 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of Hill Dickinson, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EW.
.
Hi there long time since spoke last.
Still looking in on Ldp.
Atb Steve
Trust you have some invested here.
Hope it works out Steve old pal
Imo shares will not be suspended.
As far as I read into it attis shareholdings held at close of business on 1st December get converted into helium one shares in the ratio 236 to 1.
No dealing in attis shares as they no longer exist and then dealing will commence in helium one shares.
So a couple of days when no dealing can be done.
I'm all loaded up hoping that once helium one comes to the market institutional investors will buy into it.
Imo looks grossly undervalued.
That is up for a bit of speculation. Below is my understanding but please check for yourself.
25th is EGM to vote for AOGL to become HE1
1st Dec - end of business is when AOGL shares get converted to HE1 shares.
3rd AOGL ceases to exist
4th HE1 should come to the market
We don't know however if the shares will be suspended.
I haven't seen anything mentioning an actual date or even confirmation that we will be suspended. I would suspect that we would be though, so made sure I had my shares bought before the EGM.
That is a good question, answers appreciated
New to this, do you think the float price will make breakeven for us, as I think I have a long way to go
Just noticed that the revised presentation raising £6 million now shows additional shares issues for fundraising fees. Means the company keeps all the £6 million raised although gives the advisors nearly 3% of the company which in turn reduced the Attis Share accordingly.
Expensive these fund raising.
I’m sure going to us shareholders directly would have been cheaper to implement.
Regarding the opening sp, I would think the millions already spent should be included in the value as will probably be shown as an intangible asset on the balance sheet. Until we see the helium one accounts we will not know how it has been treated. Other exploration companies usually capitalise expenditure and then white it off over a few years.
Which means no dilution and hopefully a much higher share price and mc in the hundreds of millions.
David Minchin specifically covered this in this weeks investor presentation - if they make a sizeable commercial discovery they will finance all pre-production infrastructure costs via debt finance ie no placing will be required for the required $50M because of the then proven substantial resource they would be sitting on.
