Rok,this is cheap, you're right, anyone on this board is not sure it;s easy sell.
What start price do you give it then Glib, based on your calculations?
50p only £250 million mc.
Very possible after drills.
wot?
Seems to be a bit of confusion around a potential opening price. Below is my understanding.
The 2.84p was not the opening price. It was to calculate the share allocation.
0.012p x 236 = 2.832p So we are already slightly ahead.
Total no. of shares in NewCo = 496,893,111 x 2.84p = Valuation of £14,111,765
Due to the increase in the Valuation of AOGL, the Valuation of the NewCo has increased by the difference, so the opening price will be higher.
So today's aogl buyer needs an ipo price of 7p ish to break even? Blimey.
There are two ways for exposure to Helium-1
Buy Attis shares @ the 1 Helium One Ordinary Share at 2.84p per Share for every 236 Attis shares
But SCIR who are the biggest single holder with 4.29% or 21,297,388 shares + a further 1 million share options in Helium One, with a strike price of US$0.035 (c. 2.70 pence)
try 00.02p
Won't the new shares open at £2.84?
I agree.
They must have saved money having a ready aim listed co already in place.
Also they have use of our tax losses.
So maybe not such a good deal for AOGL shareholders.
IMO they could have easily reduced the number of shares required to get one helium share by a small amount to compensate.
A very good question.
If the deal means our current shares are valued at 0.012 can someone explain why the current price is at 0.029 and everyone is excited?
Was a great read first thing in the morning, Looks very promising, Dec could not come quick enough. Ill be topping up for certain.
I'm excited, buckle up. GLA
2.84 is certainly the price they're converting AOGL at and the price they've let large investors in at which we know was oversubscribed.
There must be a reason why large investors are willing to get in. I feel 2.84 won't be the open price imo.
Good news but only 5.35 million net. Over £600 k in fees.
The raise came at over a 50% discount to the friday closing price.
The show on the road. People hanging around for a lower price, rns says it all, £6 million raised in an oversubscribed placing. Market will value this much higher than subscription
The RNS tells you the value of the shares.
We know the price Helium One will begin trading at. If you buy now, your doing so on the expectation that H1 will rise after it opens.
Which is entirely possible....
the placing was " The Placing attracted strong support from institutional and other investors and was significantly oversubscribed. "
So 1. the merger is definitely going ahead( was very very small chance it wouldn't but still )
2... funds in place and presentation lined up
3. deadline or cut off date for share purchases
Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas :) bol but 4 should be breached today imho dyor
· £6 million raised (before expenses) by the conditional Placing of 211,267,597 ordinary shares at 2.84 pence per share
· The Placing attracted strong support from institutional and other investors and was significantly oversubscribed.
Although tbh wasn't exactly difficult to predict that according to the rns today " The Placing attracted strong support from institutional and other investors and was significantly oversubscribed. " SOOOO one of the very unlikely reasons the merger might not go ahead has been blown out of the water, the offer was significantly oversubscribed as i said it would be AND we haev a cut off.

Do you not mean 0.0122 Rock?
Attis Oil & Gas Notes Agreement Values Attis At GBP1.8M; Attis Holders To Have 13% Of Helium/15m shares?!
