FatherTedFeck, you easily dismiss my guess, but your own guess that production could happen faster is accurate? Reading this board, some people think Attis shares worth 0.0255 so Helium 1 will open at 236 times this is misleading because like i said, Attis shares only make up 15% of Helium 1 share allocation. Loans will need to be paid, so will depend on the terms, however without any income, they will be paid via placing in my opinion. Finally, yes definitely ATB because....why not? I dont think negative about people i dont know.
"Attis shares only = 15%"....irrelevant.
"3 years before production"....inaccurate. It could happen faster than that.
"probably more drills to be done." maybe, but your guess isn't worth much.
"more capital raising via share placement" Not if the first drills hit. Let us get the ipo off before you try to worry us about something years down the track, if ever.
"farm out if plant needs to be built"...have you even read the presentation? They plan to fund (relatively tiny) capex through offtake agreements, which is a very realistic scenario.
"ATB"...you sure?
One of the presentations mentioned that any cost for Infrastructure would come from loans rather than placings. If we need a plant built, that will only happen once the resource is proven. That itself will have a huge impact on the SP and Valuation. The plant is also cheaper as we only need to remove nitrogen, rather than extracting the Helium from gas and crude oil.
Not sure how long before production will take place, but as Helium has been escaping since the 50's and still going, I will be happy to wait if they can prove the site.
Hi all, been following this chat for a few weeks now with interest. Full disclosure, i am not invested here. Although the excitement is great here, there is some caution needed. Bear in mind Attis shares only make up 15% of Helium Ones new shares allocation. There is still about 3 years before production, and there will probably be more drills to be done - which means more capital raising via share placing. Also i can see a farm out happening if a plant needs to built. ATB, still a very exciting company.
I’m afraid I’m out of Scir completely at the moment.
Hope Ruvuma sale doesn’t happen in next few weeks as I would lose out big time.
Took the risk but will buy back in as soon as possible.
Good luck to you.
That’s a lot of shares.
Basically I got out of Scir as gone dead there at the moment.
Easier way to get more exposure to helium one than them holding just over 4%.
I would like to think that 7p plus would be achieved soon after opening.
Large prospective reserves.
Drill ready at low cost.
Helium seeping to surface.
Recovery rate of 10%.
Helium is a relatively scarce and high value commodity.
Mustn’t count my chickens so to speak but am very confident that this will come good and in a relatively small time frame.
It could of course be that once appraisal drilling has been completed and reserves proved they could get bought out for a very tidy sum indeed.
Let’s not get carried away and look forward to dealings commencing at 8.00 am on Friday.
Lets hope it flies. Steve, you also probably still hold some of the 21,297,388 shares in HE1-indirectly? ;)
Nice Steve, I've just totted all of my aogl up and hope to get 600,000 new He1 shares.
Evening chris.
Got a bit carried away I think.
Let's hope i did the right thing.
Good luck & one thing is for sure, the HE1 MCAP will now be higher than the £14,156,943 in the presentation.
Thanks Iaint, I guess we're all committed now. Let's wait and see.
he number of shares is based on the terms of one new Helium
One Global share for every 236 Attis Oil and Gas shares.
Please also note in order to retain market cap neutrality for
the event, the price being used for the addition of Helium One
Global will be adjusted based on the last traded price for Attis Oil and Gas.
so 6.11 pence am i correct
Not a round figure for me but topped up yesterday at .0026.
Just over 210,000 shares coming my way.
Happy to wait six months as well.
As any investment their is always a risk.
One I’m willing to take.
Highest probable helium play in the world.
Helium shortage.
Drill ready at low cost.
Buyers lined up.
High recovery rate.
All the above statements have been made at some point.
I’m very confident that given the above the risk is reasonably low that this investment will not come good.
Good luck to you and all holders past and present.
I shouldn't have, but put a bit more in - just to round up for the full amount of shares (after dividing by 236)
Fingers crossed for a flier, but even then, happy tp wait 6 months and see what the market makes of this in the meantime.
GLA
fancy having a slice in an asset which is potentially worth $36billion...yes billion dollars.
Drilling in March/Apri//May...if successful, Helium1 will dominate the supply of Helium for many decades. Anybody reckon one of the majors might fancy owning a resource that will dominate the supply of an element which the world will require in ever increasing volumes? This company is going to gather more nd more attention as we build up towards that frill campaign...I am one very excited holder...good luck everyone.
Either you'll see him start praising the company after placing, or whenever he's going to buy, or he'll just disappear and a new account will appear and start ramping.
You know that type, they're clowns, and should be treated as such.
Of course, you know the derampers code: "The company is only bad until we buy, then we have to ramp it like crazy after"
Lets see how long this avatar lasts
Sohtahbutt
So let me get your logic straight here ..... Tanzania is corrupt but not corrupt enough to put you off investing at half the price
Clown
sohtahbutt - yes, no need to get into a slanging match with me, really not interested. You have your views, so do I. Leave it at that.
Let the market the decide.
Anyhoo.
Gdlk all and hopefully within the next 6 months booooooom
Helium falls under the Mining regulations that were reviewed and the carry and royalties passed into law last year. Ref Acacia etc.
Orslega. I do not wish to get into a 'slanging match', with you.
If you really think that "licences have been already been granted (and renewed) and the Tanzanian Government are entitled to their payment". Nothing wrong with that. But to think that is the end of any further 'payments' of any kind to the Politicians / Government. I suggest you go to Tanzania start a small business. There will be many hurdles, where some sort of payment is required, eg. work permit, residential permit, visa permit, this permit ,that permit. The list goes on. To think that because you have the licence, that is the end of 'fee-paying'. Once IF helium is struck, you really think they are going to sit and watch you make money in their country. Think again."Hardly Rocket Science"
I have worked all over Africa every country is the same that’s why companies have been paying officials for years under the table payments from a slush found, do you think for one minute that any company working in Africa does not know the process of how things work out there.
