Directors' emoluments in the year ending 30/09/18 (see the RNS of 06/03/19):
"The directors received salary from the group totalling GBP270,000 (2017: GBP300,000)...".
This was for an average number of 5 directors, so their "lifestyle" appears to be modest.
Is that it?
From rns half year report
Administrative expenses 1,648,000
So per year 3,296,000
Stop talking about me. I askes about wages. Anyone knows how much this lot earns per year?
Deramping
KenniGT if anyone is in any doubt about your motive for constantly decamping this share then here it is in your own words:
" will not invest in this circus above 1p."
Just looking for a cheaper entry. What a surprise.
I guess you just don't care how much you can damage sentiment here as long as you can make a bob or two. Problem with that pal is that your constant negativity may damage my investment even more. Take your loss like an adult and jog on.
Friday is NEVER a good day to buy on hype alone... unless "genuine" value adding news lands via RNS.
Granted, I think Lucan and chums have made a good start - considering the sh*t they have kicked in the faces of LTH's for the past 6 months... but they have a LONG way to go to restore confidence and belief in this company - as anything other than a day-traders darling for the time being... and the MM's will take FULL advantage of that!
I said 1p by close today and I freely admit I'm likely to be wrong... but I still would not invest at this level - unless another RNS lands and we see another "pump and dump" spike to ride roughshod into profit.
Tip for newbies: just wait until DoubleHeadeCoin and DegsyA turn up... they're a sure sign the day-trader hot money is loading up again! ;-)
expect unexpected
Since 1.2p We have two directors buying shares. We have gained £2.5M to procede with the gas project. We have got rid of Tidswell to a degree and gained the experience of a fellow who has worked both inthe weald and the gas plant.
I'd think that was worth a little bit to see that will Not revisit 1.2p
I say it as I see it. I'll start ramping when I believe it's reached the bottom. The sp is news driven but it won't keep dropping to zero.
Last bottom was 1.2p. let's see if it holds this time.
E_AL, no, I am not bored, I am learning fallowing couple shares. Thank you for your interest.
Someone sold £50K
yes must be him ...gone quite now
Dont you get bored of this Kenni? I would be if I sold out long time ago with substantial loss then spend several hours a day on BB that wont benefit me in any possible way .. I guess its more of a masochism thing !
Anyway, nice £37K worth of buys just gone through:
11:57:47 1.60 250,000 4,000
11:57:32 1.594 125,097 1,994
11:56:36 1.595 940,357 14.99k
11:56:07 1.585 946,561 15.00k
Like it or not, it looks like he might be right, direction is south at the moment and the time is 12pm - SP 1.56p.
It might end even below 1.4p. That is observation. Yes, I know you call it deramping...
Someone sold £50K worth of shares in round numbers, was that you betterupthandown ?
PS: we all do it!
talking your book!
nhawan ...also he is excellent ramper as well as deramper
1.4p close coming I reckon. The small bounce in the morning is only traders getting in and now getting out.
will1734 it is never too soon to take profit. Profit is a profit. Well done
BTW nice movie I watched lately. Big Short.
Looks like to make monies you need to think outside the box ;)

Took some profit....you are all going to say ...TO SOON......maybe??
Seem to run out of steam...lol
will1734
JTP created this company. He change BOD to current shape. Those are his people. Lurcan is just front face.
Unless you believe what has happened in the past will influence the future, there is little point in looking back, it's the company's future prospects which will now determine the share price.
If you want a "genuine" buying opportunity... try out Amer. Been invested there for some time and a buy-out has just been offered. Should be north of 20p!
kenniGT
Changed management since....old nothing to go by
