When lionvolt pre suspension would have had to pay off shareholders
VERY DODGY IMHO
'FRP were not instructed to carry out any due diligence into the Pinnacle offer or provide any advice or support in relation to it' - no sh it sherlock, that's because due diligence was never conducted Nor did the deal
FRP - turning a blind eye to the fraud. No wonder they're dragging their heels releasing it to the public
The difficulty is the company has been actively pursuing a cash raise of c£4m for at least 8 months and raised nothing. All made public. That is the defence-nobody could invest with the balance sheet in a mess.
I doubt there will be any stewards enquiry but good luck with it/you will have to pursue the directors for redress
It's been 100% confirmed that shareholders (as to be expected) have been nuked - as per FRP's documents submitted to the AMTE admin case file.
Why they have chosen not to divulge this fact in the RNS is a disgrace
He is CEO of AMTE power limited and AGM batteries, that's also gone admin. He was appointed CEO of lion at the exact same time of the Sept placing and the announcement of the pinnacle deal. It was all planned and orchestrated
Brundish became Lionvolt’s CEO last September and was a non-executive director of Amte Power since October 2022. He founded Amte Power in June 2014 and was its first CEO.

That's true WKW

I'd just wait until the the RNS is released specifying exactly how they fxcked us. You can use it in your report. The more we know, the more we can report. They must be having a proper hard time of putting an RNS together that doesn't incriminate themselves or draw attention to their fraud
Get paper certificates as they will wait until 19.02 so shares are delisted automatically.
If in ISA they will be removed from account as they cannot hold shares not traded on the exchange .(hmrc reqirment concerning valuation )
Possible lawsuit even if we are wiped out at the moment .DO NOT GIVE UP .ADMIN DO NOT MEAN WIPEOUT FOR SHAREHORDERS NOT AUTOMATICALLY.
ASSETSS AGAINST LIABILITIES WHERE THE ROBBERY WILL BE .VERY WELL ORCHASTRATED .
FOR THRUT
YES CAR CRASHED CORRECT BUT IT LOOKS VERY SIMILAR TO THIS SCENARIO
YOU HIRED BENTLEY AND SMASHED THE HEADLIGHTS.
CAR TOTALED YOU YOU JUST BOUGTH IT FOR NEXT TO NOTHING AND JUMPED AROUND WITH JOY THAT YOU HAVE ONE OF THE BEST CARS AROUND IN THE SAME TIME YOU HAVE BEEN THE DRIVER WHO CRASHED THE CAR AS THE CEO OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT WRIGHT OFF THE CRASHED CAR .
SAME TIME THE OWNER HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT HE GETS NOTHING AS THE PERSON WHO HIRED THE CAR PAID MORE THAN WHAT THE CAR COST .
Now, they'll just wait for this to sink.
Can you explain how I report to the FCA and AIM please? Are there any key statements that need to be included particularly to trigger an investigation?
Wow.
concerning the sale (the "Sale") of part of the trading business and certain assets of the Company to LionVolt Ltd. a newly incorporated, wholly-owned subsidiary of LionVolt B.V. (other than certain excluded assets).
This is why is taking a bit longer .Lets see.
INVESTIGATION ON ALL PARTIES .THIS STINKS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
Took them over a week to publish that garbage 🤣 These rotters really are taking the pish. They're struggling like fxck not to publish something that may incriminate themselves!!
FRP's reputation is going to take a dive after facilitating this blatant fraud
The FCA regulates the London stock exchange and the LSE regulates AIM. Report to AIM, the FCA and the SFO, it only takes 5 minutes. As I said previously, I'd wait and see what falsehoods they write in the RNS first
I thought I read a reply on here that the AMTE weren’t regulated by FCA and FCA weren’t interested ?
Hedge
Wait for confirmation via the RNS that we've been robbed and report the shxt out of them to the FCA and SFO (serious fraud office). Someone (as posted previously) has already had a reply from the FCA. The more people who report, the more likely they will investigate. If people do nothing, then nothing will happen.
Just my opinion but you cannot disagree that I called this car crash correctly-
Ultimately, anode material supplier DGI will work directly with cell manufacturer AMTE Power to take the project forward and develop optimised manufacturing processes for the volume manufacturing of sodium-ion batteries.
And this manufacturing process is AMTE IP.
Very interesting patent for battery pack was filed 02.2023 and showing as unactive???Why?When?Who?
Who is after AMTE IP?
This not invested individual changes the tune every time .
From AMTE have nothing but some chemistry and IP that they should license .
IP no more than 100k .Now
IP come with too much liabilities and so on .
ALL SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED .STINKS
What’s the protocol ? Where do we find out/ keep in touch with future developments and or if there is going to be an investigation ? Advice welcome
Tia
Announcement of sale is usually done via RNS first. FRP are acting wholly inappropriate and possibly in violation of whatever regs, they're supposed to be adhering too.
Is an RNS regarding the ‘sale’ not mandatory here?
So now the administrators are in on the fraud as well? AMTE failed due to a lack of funding - there are many well-funded firms looking at or making sodium batteries. Firms wanting a battery maker need a party with credible financing, a production line that is making volume now i.e. proven not potential. Chinese firms like CATL and some others claim to be launching cars with them: https://cleantechnica.com/2023/12/29/electric-cars-powered-by-sodium-ion-batteries-go-on-sale-in-china/
From Lionvolt press release "The acquisition comes hot on the heels of LionVolt’s announcement that it is building a pilot production line at the Brainport Industries Campus (BIC) in Eindhoven, the Netherlands." I read this that Lionvolt may only want the staff and factory for a short while i.e. gain expertise before switching to the local market - they would be eligible for government grants. Solid state batteries are seen as the holy grail - if they can show both technical and manufacturing progress then funding should come.

STILL can't hear you noncey chops. Try turning down the Gary Glitter song you have playing in the background down 👍
Why did nobody want to support the £4m raise? It was hawked around for months.
Smart, read the comments daft lad. It's how they went into admin that's the issue. As multiple comments clearly illustrate
Next you will be telling us the sky is blue m, genius
