PC62 thank you for posting that info. That was the first number I gave on this chat and then I started questioning my logic.
I can sleep easy now that is clear in my mind. So 69p everyone for Stroll so any buyout talk or question of Strolls motivation can use this number as a base line.
Maybe we should test 40p before £1 but i wouldn't complain.
Nah maybe 48-50 then settle possibly down to 45 till the agm? Wouldn’t mind a pound though ;) Surely people will want to wait just a few more days for
Confirmation of where this share is going then after agm it should take off imo. Might be wrong I hope I’m wrong and it goes higher!
Gute Nacht CarsCoffee................ :()
All the best (later :)
Stroll's current holding @ 20April is 306.1 million shares
Palmer being replaced with the AMG boss is quite a strong German influence.
I was thinking more German/Austrian involvement CarsCoffee...............!
But.............. WFDIK......... ;)
All the best (thanks again :)
So Stroll should currently hold 380 million shares.
Yep................... appreciated CarsCoffee............ :)
Copy that ............... !
All the best (Tomorrow then :()

You seem sensible CarsCoffee...........!
please point me to the dual listing.............!
I cannot, for looking, website (investors), google , DAX......... and all.............!
All the best ( I'd appreciate it :)
228m existing shares in March 2020.
76m placement shares to raise 171 MGBP via LStroll investors (so 225p paid by LS investors giving 25% of shares ownership).
Now 304m shares.
4 for 1 rights issue at 30p – so 1216m new shares.
LS investors bring 30p*4 shares*76m = 91 MGBP.
Existing shares holders bring 30p*4 shares*228m = 274 MGBP.
Total raised capital is 171+91+274 = 536 MGBP (as announced in press).
"Whatever" ....you would say that
I am not sure this is correct
Do the Math in Layman's terms......"Consortium" are all in @ 69p
Yes, I have done that calculation before however the real life dilution was actually over 6x to get to the 1,500,000,000 shares we have now.
So the % of ownership I assume was based on the final or current number which would throw that off quite a bit.
I have been going back and forth with this and still can’t convince myself what the correct number is for Stroll
ain't math mad.............! :)
We have a range............... :)
All the best (we'll cover DAX futures tomorrow :)
Beat me to it PC62 ;o)
What?
If the consortium paid £2.25 for 1 share to get 4 at 30p.... thats an average of 69p
(225+30+30+30+30)/5 = 69p
4 for 1 = 4 +1 = 5
225 /5 = 45 ...................!
All the best (not convinced by all this..............? :)
Regardless of what the end price is the "Connsortium" sill paid £2.25 per share to get their allocation of 4 for 1
Yes Palms but then it gets more complicated as we had a RI dilution and allocation so as far as I can work out Stroll is in around 50p in current conditions.
OK
£2.25 per share under subsequent RNS of 13th March
