I doubt that very much. Lot's of nano materials in development, but Graphene is now well advanced with industry standards. Borophene is still very much in the lab.
Looks like graphene is on its way out as borophene is going to take over from it. I think that it is more flexible and cheaper to produce.
I agree totally with you share has been a total dog.
Can’t see anything changing until bod is changed.
One of my worst performing shares and I have a lot.
The CEO likes to project possibilities of the use of graphene, but sales volume is woeful.
Most effective skill of this company seems to lie in shrinking the net worth of its long suffering investors.
the companies producing graphene and graphene products are ahead of the markets that intend to use them at some point in the future....
it is all about waiting for the time to be right for the markets to realise they need it.....it will come ...
the research etc has to happen well, well, well in advance of any chance of A1 companies taking it on..
It is like the Tech cloud....they had the Tech cloud in place well beyond anyone started using it ..and even now it can still be a hard sell ...but AWS etc invested billions ahead of time

and searched for the most popular graphine share - defo worth a punt and very profitable in next couple years.
Agreed. The wider issue is that this share is stagnant. Need a perspective on sales growth, product development and more.
Since the share placing (with Primary Bid), this has been a very poor performer and the news flow has rarely featured material change to create momentum.
I am currently holding this only with a view to selling when there is some sort of recovery. However I can't see this getting close to 30p for a long time, let alone 40p
To break into the Indian market is no small feat. It is a notoriously difficult act to perform, as many UK companies have found out recent years.

..does it at the weekends to raise money for the homeless. She has more business savvy than AGM. 100%
Yes snappa you I am afraid are likely right.
Another set of figures just about doing next to no business, making no money, spending money that's been invested (although they have more ready cash not sure why?)
If after all this time the business is still not in way established what can you think of the people running it?
I have to admit that I have not really read the interim results and it's blurb so please some who can be bothered shoot me down in flames!
This company is a complete waste of anyone's money...... Stear well clear!
on my ii email!
Directa Plus PLC, up 7.4% at 130.00p, 12-month range 97.55p-178.00p. The graphene nanoplatelets supplier says it has received authorisation from the US Environmental Protection Agency for its Grafysorber technology. The authorisation allows the potential to export the patented technology.
Does this have any connection to AGM or might it mean something? It's already back down about 123p. I thought AGM had the nanoplatelets thing sown up? Or are this mob a distributor for them?
I just can't be bothered to find out more, anyone with some info.?
Got this one on a slow burner in the bottom drawer.
Good to see another deal being done. Hopefully this company will keep growing.
Expensive c-suites. Similar story with Haydale, Versarien etc.
If the companies merged and pooled their technologies and streamlined the management structure, then investors cash would stretch out a great deal further.
I try and forget that I own some of this comapny, but remembered today and had a look at results from13/10. I found there is an awful lot of info in the RNS so much I find it hard to make head nor tail. I did see this over decade old company, which I would consider to be therefore established managed sales of about £130,000, not much more than double that I and my wife managed as income, with all the difficulties we had through 2021/20. The pipeline has now increases to around 200, I have already forgotten the figures. But apart from a few waxes and detailing products I cannt see much achieved from old pipeline. There is also in note/info no. 11 in "Amounts owed by subsidiary undertakings" an amount of nearly £7M in 2020 year end but this has gone by 2021. That's a lot to no longer be there, I have not really tried to see where it went and hopefully it went somewhere, anyone any idea?
I find this news very interesting, not least because potential sales could be worldwide given security of patents. Downtime of electrical HT transmission is very expensive, and anything that reduces this will be a financial bonus to the companies involved. If the AGM can gain access into India, which even through the 'backdoor' is very difficult as many exporters of goods will know, then the omens are good.
Yes the RNS seems positive. Hopefully they will keep making progress.
Good old India.... every little helps
