As I was saying. More to come.
Another article I'll share, plenty of them coming out now. Mentioning trains in many articles, I see similar company names popping up in articles, AFC will be mentioned in some of these articles soon, of that I am confident.

I'm hoping whoever these large investors are, will be a bit more demanding/powerful than us, they obviously know more than we do too. I'll certainly be hoping for some updates during July.
I'm looking forward to the so called hydrogen strategy from the UK government. AFC must be on the radar. I particularly enjoyed this quote from the following article: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.com/news/amp/science-environment-53238512
"
The UK government also intends to announce a hydrogen strategy before the Parliament closes for the summer, as part of its economic recovery package.
It’s being spurred on by rebukes that the UK lost the battle for battery technology to China – so it mustn't let the hydrogen bandwagon escape. The government is advised by its Committee on Climate Change to start large-scale trials in the early 2020s."
I agree Chippyjo. That would take us to 900 million shares. I would be horrified if we got to that and were still not being told about MOUs, had no sales and the further dilution was at 16p.
Don't want any more extra shares. Would be nice to think that they will not dilute any further the SP for the shareholders.
I also read that statement but didn't take it in. Can anyone confirm if this does give them further rights to just issue more shares for capital or is this just standard procedure?

I would like to see some positive news to underpin the dilution which will be cash generative and supportive of the share price. Otherwise we will continue to see the negativity here and talk of failure with ev sales will carry on like the clorAlk power generation model.
Trouble is, with that sort of cash on hand, do you think PIs will have any clout? Er no...
Just reading through the resolutions of the proposed general meeting on the 17th July 2020. The first resolution is to approve the issue of a further 102.028m shares over and above the current authority the BOD has i.e. 95.472m. The second resolution is to give the BOD authority to issue a further 223m shares ( being 33% of the enlarged issued share capital )between the meeting and next years AGM. Would be nice to think that those extra shares are being made available for a strategic partner to come onboard.
With 197M new shares coming, if they did sell it will be carnage compared to the Russians disposal. No money to be made doing that.
I didn't participate due to being abroad and I will see what the effect is before ponying up more cash without a definite direction to the business and income from sales.
We could do with some positive noises from the company to coincide with the release of the first large chunk of new shares on the market tomorrow just to reduce any jitters.
Hopefully, the main investors are looking to stick around for AFC to do an ITM in terms of share price rises following a large placing, rather than looking for a quick buck.
I don't think much will be said until the shares hit the market chaps
What are we watching for and how soon is soon? Someone may lose a bit of credibility here.
Still watching. Like watching paint dry.
Watching for 10 years. What are we watching for ?
