Half year report : Haggis should really spend more time on his studies, rather than being distracted by posting inane drivel on social media, and then hurling abuse at those who disagree with his very polarised views. If he were to focus on his studies, then we feel that, with his cut and paste / plagiarise skills being second to none, he may, with an element of luck, be able to secure some half decent GCSEs when he comes to take them in a couple of years. In the meantime, he must understand that his silly chatter just upsets the grown ups.....
Potential Newsflow List ahead of the Half Year Report:
CE Mark approval of the Power Tower.
Keltbray Power Tower deployment, expected to be in London, will a 'showcase of how the construction industry can decarbonise sites today' so loads of people from the construction industry and plant hire businesses will be invited to see it in use. This will be revenue generating for AFC via equipment lease and Hydrogen supply. By end of June, so could easily be planned for delivery prior to the Half Year Report.
Altaaqa "progressing well on negotiations with Altaaqa for a dealership agreement across the Saudi and MENA regions". The Power Tower must be of interest to Altaaqa (on top of L and S Series) for their region, so hopefully we will see a distribution agreement signed off soon.
Mace could take a Power Tower, or several. "Work has also been continuing constructively with MACE with the two companies undertaking several work programmes since March, including engagement with regulatory bodies, multiple site measurement and assessments of power needs (considering variable power loads from cranes) in advance of system deployment in 2022."
ACCIONA to Deploy First Hybrid Fuel Cell System in Spain. Back on 1 March "FC Energy is currently building the first HFC system in the UK where it expects to be factory commissioned before being shipped to Spain." so this could also be planned for delivery prior to the Half Year Report.
And as per the RNS of 24 March "Power Towers to be deployed to both ACCIONA and Keltbray for operation by the middle of this year".
Haggis becomes more child like everyday. Copy paste merchant followed by childish comments. Cannot take criticism even if constructive. They just have to be right and can't see the view of others. Doesnt matter what they post the market sees this at mid 20s. Lots said this a few weeks back. Should this go on a run it has nothing to do with Haggis but I can guarantee they will try and take some credit for it

If he who must not be disagreed with really thinks the market will react well to £2m of income flagged in November then he's a bigger fool than I gave him 'credit' for.
The Half Year Report will certainly include at least £2m in revenues, which will make the financials look better than they have looked in the 15 years AFC has been listed (since April 2007). Market reaction to this should be good.
16 November 2021
"ABB orders first AFC Energy "S" Series fuel cell system for high power e-Mobility charging with a total contract value of £4m. Proceeds of the £4m order will be paid over a combination of system deployment milestones; first upfront payment of £2m invoiced immediately."
This was not in the 2021 Full Year Results, as that ended on 31 October 2021, so this money is definitely in the H1 Report.
He doesn't sing loudly, he just hurls abuse. He is a keyboard warrior and bully. Like all bullies he's basically a coward who actually shies away from anything that requires anything other than baseless bluster and abuse. Case in point my earlier comment on the late submission of the company accounts and also the suggestion that the Urban Airport thing may just be a house of cards. Oh yes, I forgot, responding to those two point would need actual FACTS.
As already stated, I believe that if the company gets it right, then we will all do OK, and I do wish the best for the company, it's just that I really don't like bullies......
Yep, stick your fingers in your ears and sing loudly when someone tells you truths that you don't want to hear. Great idea.

That's not what I said at all
BTW MrAnal,
If you think my posts are ramping you don't have a clue what ramping looks like.
And before chip on shoulder oggs turns up saying AFC can't time news for when they like, this has nothing to do with holding back news, which would breach the rules.
AFC can easily tell their sales staff to do everything they can possibly do to get sales agreements signed off before 23 June.
AFC could also tell R&D to do as much as possible to get something finished by that date, and overtime will be acceptable if they can make that date.
No rules or regulations are broken by doing this.
If they can’t even get their 31/10/21 accounts into the public domain on time, then what hope is there of getting anything meaningful out within a reasonable time frame ref half year?
Perhaps you could put forward a sound hypothesis of why the 2021 annual accounts are late…..probably not because that involves facts and not just wind and p***
I'm sure AFC would be targeting significant material news ahead of the Half Year Report, which last Year was announced on 23 June. That is only 24 working days from today.
